Anyone else feeling the torture?! This is only my first cycle but it took a long time to make the decision after a traumatic experience with DD. Now I’m just anxious to know so I can prepare myself I guess.
Feeling tired but could I hell sleep last night! Didn’t get to sleep until almost 5am and only slept for 3hrs
Boobs are aching a bit and I’ve had cramp and backache for a few days. App says 6dpo but I do tend to ovulate early from what I remember so could be more than that.
Ordered tests online to make myself wait til they get here before I test. My attempt to try and drag out the time

Firstly congratulations to cj and also can I join? Lol. AF started 21/12 and ovulation day was the 5th according to my app and next af is due 19th january. Have dtd every day since Xmas day when af finished. I know not to get my hopes up but I'd be so happy for my partner if I could surprise him with a bfp as we have been speaking about trying and agreed to see what would happen and if it did it did. Sending to penguin so sorry you and your family are going through such awful times:(.

I'm on 4dpo I think going to try and hold out from testing until my period is late, I have a short Luteal phase so will be around the 14/15th which seems ages away!! When do you think you'll test @Potustrumpnomore

I'm going to hold off until my af is due to test as I tested too early last time and got very downhearted so don't want to do that again

My period is due 12th January. Did a test today but bfn. Tender boobs and one long cramp today. Not sure what to think really. Not charting temp or opks or anything. Going off fertile cm.

I’m dying to test again but darent after the bfn. My boobs are killing me though which was my first sign last time. Trying to hold off til Sunday maybe. Af due Tuesday or Wednesday.

@Lottiebugz22 might still be a bit early? I’m in very similar boat. Due AF on 13th but my cycle is not very regular.. I’ve got same symptoms, some cramps and very tender / enlarged boobs.. testing again tomorrow morning so fingers crossed 🤞 sending hope to you. Xx

@Farfaraway1 your braver than me to test tomorrow! Lol. Let us know what comes up! I’m trying to hold off until Sunday but Hubbys now started asking if I could be pregnant as my boobs are so sore.

@Penguinmumma 😂 i don’t feel brave at all 😂 I’m sure it’ll be negative tomorrow, despite the symptoms, but I think knowing earlier helps me to process it.. 🤷🏻‍♀️ X

@Farfaraway1 I keep wavering between positive and negative results. Can’t make my mind up. I’ve had cramp since shortly after predicted ovulation, among other things but then think I’m making myself have the symptoms cos I want it so badly 🤦🏻‍♀️

@Penguinmumma yes same here. I’m sure the tests I’ve done have the faintest line which is mostly only picked up when I take a photo and edit the contrast. And I’m not entirely convinced the symptoms I’m having are overall different from PMS symptoms.. I guess only time will tell for us 😣 it’s a bloody hard waiting game though eh..

I’ve been off for a fair few days now. I’d usually get a little cramp the day before af and be a bit snappy but I’ve had cramp for around 6 days now and not felt snappy. A bit sad and weepy but we’ve just lost our aunty so not reading too much into that. Plus the sore boobs.
Apparently I do ovulate earlier than cd14 but not sure exactly when as I don’t use opk’s.

Going to test again tomorrow with a digital test I’ve got leftover and then book a doctors appt! But Nausea has been constant and my nipples already look completely different, so I’m pretty sure it’s happening 😲 Still not trying to getting too excited yet xxx

Ahhh so glad I found this thread I feel really stressed. 10DPO with BFN and trying to stop myself doing another test as had BFN this morning and last night. So hard to wait!

Just really want it to be this cycle because of work- I'm a junior doctor and I'm trying to fit it around my training schedule and it's just an extra layer of disappointment.

Im due Af on 12th, tested today 10 days dpo but bfn

Well I think I’m out this cycle 😓 I was so hoping it would happen this cycle but I’ve tested again this morning and BFN. So gutted. I really thought I was this month. AF not due till Wednesday but I would expect to see even just a faint line by now....

@Farfaraway1 same for me 😞 Af due Wednesday and bfn on a first response with fmu. Was so hoping to give hubby some nice news after all the crap.

@rosegold33 sounds like your cycle times are exactly the same as mine. Fingers crossed for you! And thank you. It’s so damn hard. We feel awful that we’re stuck where we are and can’t get back over ☹️

@Farfaraway1 I know 😣 I know it’s first cycle but I’ve caught first cycle every time previously and I honestly have felt so crappy for days. I feel a bit sicky and my boob pain is soooo bad this morning. Feel like I have pins in my nipples. Especially the side I had the blocked duct on.
I’ve told DH how bad I feel this morning and he’s grabbing tests. I didn’t tell him about the others cos I was trying to surprise him. I warned him that it might be too early & it might just be new pms symptoms just so he doesn’t get too excited/stressed.

@Farfaraway1 I know I shouldn't but I'll probably just keep testing til AF comes on Wed. Good luck too! Seems we both have Wednesday looming!
