I have made a new thread as the last one is almost full. I hope this ok @apwilso and have added as many people as I could find to it.

Does anyone continue with exercise during the tww? I feel like I always put my life on hold during this time and wondered what others do, I cut out having baths Incase they're too hot and I usually go jogging, 3-5k a few times a week, but always stop during tww as I've read you shouldn't do anything too strenuous during tww. Am I being silly cutting these things out?

@Dex1521 I continue as normal, I have we horses which is quite strenuous but they still need doing every day

@dex1521 I think by strenuous it means things like weight lifting etc. Why not replace the jog with a walk instead if you are worried. I am more careful but still try and do something especially during lockdown. I so miss having really hot baths. X

@tabbycat92 thought I'd give you an update before I leave..

I rang my GP today to see if they would do bloods to confirm a new pregnancy. He said blood tests wouldn't be any more reliable than a pregnancy test so to just take it that I'm pregnant again if I'm getting a positive result. I done another test today and it's far darker so think that's me settled :)
GP is going to make a referral to EPU to see if they would do an early scan

How are we all? I feel like pregnancies are everywhere just now and I can't seem to escape it. Does anyone else find it hard to be happy for others (in real life ) even though you genuinely are happy for them but feel sad that it isn't you . I don't even no what I'm trying to say but the past few days has been tough and I haven't got anyone else to tell as we haven't told anyone we are ttc. I feel so alone in this as I end up playing it down to my oh as I don't like upsetting him either which I no is silly but I hate making people hurt. I am not even out yet and already an emotional wreck 🤣🙈. I know that made no sense but I just had to vent to someone . 6 dpo today well (Thursday) . Working from home is helping me stay busy but already examining my boobs and wondering what every twinge could be x

Af arrived- i am beyond gutted and starting to think something is clearly wrong. I have regular cycles, picking up ovulation. My doctor has actually begun some investigations on me and my party (blood test and swabs).
I am not ok. Xxx

I completely agree, there seems to have been a lot of announcements recently. I suppose thats the result of the last lockdown!

@1992EM yep definitely know how you feel all I see if babies and announcements. Let's hope this is our month and we will all be able to tell people in April time ☺️ I've decided already I'm not telling anyone until 13weeks or after getting a bit ahead of myself 😂

So took my temp this morning and it's still going up but FF has changed my ovulation from CD14 to Cd15 putting everything back a day. Kind of annoying as this is my second day at 3dpo. Weird that the app would push it back a day must of been that stronger OPK was right in the end but having the temp rise on CD15 lead me to believe I ovulated at CD14. Had this ever happened to anyone else?

@dex1521 I think you are right and I genuinely happy for those who are but it is so hard to hear. Fingees crossed this is our month 💕.x

@tabbycat92 Welcome to the tww party . Symptom spotting has commenced and I know none of them can actually be symptoms yet 🤣. I am not sure about temperature as never done that before . I do find my app can push things back but I generally find i am right with my predictions and opks 90 % of the time x

Thanks @1992EM I think I'm ovulating today, a day earlier than predicted. So will be in the 1dpo club tomorrow

@1992EM yeah I'm the same. I am happy for them I just find it hard to show sometimes it's an odd sort of feeling really, sort of like a rush of all the different emotions.

@Tabbycat92 yay that's even better when it's a day early glad someone else is joining the tww we can keep each other from going mad with symptom spotting and the urge to test

Surprised at myself though. Last cycle I started to test at 5dpo (I know I'm an addict 😂) but today I'm 4dpo and feeling pretty chilled out about it still, no real symptoms whereas in previous cycles I had every symptom going by now. Still time for that all to change 😂 Deciding I'm going to test on Wednesday 20th which will be 10dpo and if BFN wait for AF

@dex1521 I am 6dpo. I have had loads of pulling twinges today especially after going out for a walk . No idea what it means and no doubt all in my head🤣 literally obsessed.

@1992EM could be a promising sign implantation occurs from 7dpo so may be getting ready for that. Do you track your bbt? I can't remember if said you did or not.

If you do you may get a temp dip soon which could be implantation. Fingers crossed 🤞

@dex1521 no I don't take my temperature but think ill start if I am not successful this month. It is mainly in the left side . I know it will be nothing 🤣 but you can always hope x

Hi, please can I join.

We've been ttc for a year and i didn't realise how tough it would be. Today two of my friends text me to tell me they're pregnant and I started my period so feeling worse than I usually do each month.

I have a regular cycle but really heavy periods and I don't know if this is the cause but it's getting tougher to keep trying each month

Are you tracking ovulation or anything like that?

@Ag30 sorry to hear how you are feeling . It is such a hard thing ttc and something that nobody prepares you for. I totally get how you feel about your friends . This was me the other day and even though you are happy and excited for them, it still doesn't make. It easy to accept . My moto is you don't no how long they have been trying for either and they might have had their own struggles too .It doesn't always help at the time right enough. I hope you are ok 💕

Had a massive temp drop today don't know what could've contributed to this. Too early for an implantation dip at 5dpo and I hope to god it's far to early for AF to show. Who knows why it happened let's hope it doesn't get much lower these next couple of days

@Tabbycat92 - thank you! I was for a bit last year using the sticks and smileys but it didn't help. I stopped for the last two months because I thought maybe taking some pressure off would help. I've read some threads on here about the ovulation prediction kit so I'm going to try that this month!

@1992EM thank you! It's just a bit rubbish because you want to be happy for them but it's also very hard when you're going through this process. And nobody prepares you for this at all! I didn't realise how difficult it would be at all!!
