@1992EM maybe. I read online it could happen from 5dpo and some other threads people asking the same thing then at 10dpo saying they got a BFP so I hope that's me 😂

@laura2093 the most I really know about it that from AF to ovulation your temps are low sort of 36.4 and below I think but everyone is different it's really just to start a baseline. Then around ovulation there should be a dip in temp it'll probably only be slight. Around 12 hours after ovulation you will get a rise in temp due to a rise of progesterone hormone. After three days of continuous rises (if using FF app) you'll get crosshairs which then confirm ovulation then from ovulation until AF your temps should stay above the crosshairs, they will start to dip again if AF is on its way though.

I find when I see a temp dip it's easier to process AF is on its way than a BFN. Hope that helps. Also FF app is really good to track it, I find it the most accurate and there is loads of tips tailored to you based on your chart and BBT readings

On back onto my testing from yesterday and been getting some stupid test readings on premom app. I did a opk said it was low but at 0.32 and when I looked at my previous tests I was like it's no way near that more like 0.10 if anything but just retook it till got what I roughly thought it was. Had a family emergency this week and nearly made me stop trying but it's made us want to try even harder.

I've been manifesting and putting it out there for us to be blessed with a baby. Just a bit gutted because I'm finding it hard when my partner works away and I'm not always ovulating when he's home which is annoying because I feel like I'll miss the ovulation days some months. My head went into overdrive thinking can I freeze his sperm with my quarter pounders 😂😂

@apwilso I never trust premoms interpretation. If you swip left on the picture of your strip, you can edit it to what you think it should be.

I'm a bit irritated as @Tabbycat92 told me earlier you can amend your opks on premom because I said it didn't look right and I've gone back over my previous cycles that I've tracked and the numbers are way off!!!!!😫😫😫

So I ovulate late at 19 back in November. But it actually looks like I've had higher reading on day 15-17 as well previously but because the rating as been off I've not noticed

@laura2093 sorry I am not sure about if I have low progesterone but my luteal phase was 13 days and has now gone to 14 days. I am not sure what is classed as short. How long are yours ?

@apwilso this messed me up last month. My peak happened but didn't have a CB smiley left so tried the premom and it said it was low but it wasn't and then I missed my peak day. I now just use cheap opks alongside CB when I am near ovulation.

So 8 dpo tender boobs and really random dreams. All systems I can get anyway so will see what happens next week. AF is due on Friday x

Also have bad heart burn which I have only ever had once and it was when my period was 5 days late (which looking back on I think could have been a chemical ) x

@apwilso it's so annoying isn't it. Mine always puts it way lower than it is. Just looking at the test I can see quite a dark line, I take a photo with premom and it pretty much bleaches the line out.
Sometime I find it better taking a photo with my camera outside of premom, then just uploading that pic

@1992EM how annoying is that now I've just feel as if I've wasted my time with that!?!

@Tabbycat92 I'll do that instead. I'm sure it was saying like day 14 which was like the peak of my month was low and when I actually adjusted it it was high😵

Anyone able to have a look at my chart please. Big drop again today right down to the crosshairs. Also had 0 symptoms no cramps or anything which is so unlike me I usually have all the symptoms going.

@Dex1521 could that be implantation? How many dpo are you now ?

I am 9dpo and no symptoms that stand out . Everything I have is also pre AF symptoms so not really holding out much hope. AF is due Friday. x

@1992EM ah I forgot to update the chat!

I was changing the bed today and saw my thermometer on the bedside table and mine saves the last recorded temp when you turn it on so I thought hmm I'll just double check it as I always read it with one eye open and using the light off my phone screen so not too clear and is read it as 36.32 instead of 37.32 look at my chart and the rise I've had!! I've never had such a high temp since ttc

I've been googling it all day and I think I have had a triphasic cycle which Ive never heard off but according to a lot of articles they very commonly end in pregnancy but I'm not getting my hope up and I've managed to keep away from the tests as still on 7dpo and need my temp to stay up there to confirm it's a triphasic cycle

@1992EM @Tabbycat92 I know trying to keep my excitement to a minimum don't want to set myself up for disappointment. Hopefully have another temp increase or not a massive drop tomorrow and hopefully get my BFP. I'm holding off to test until 10dpo as I really don't wanna see a negative test

@1992EM haha I have the pram I want already picked out 😂 just waiting for the day I'll be able to buy it lol and I was in Aldi yesterday they had Moses baskets for £30 and god I wanted to buy one lol had to walk away all these baby events in supermarkets driving me mad haha wanting to buy everything

Hi everyone I had to take a little bit of a break from the chat just to clear my head space as I’ve tried not to get overly obsessed this month! I’ve also had to content with another family pregnancy announcement, which makes 3 in 5 months.

AF is due Friday so not testing this month and just going to wait for AF.
