I have made a new thread as the last one is almost full. I hope this ok @apwilso and have added as many people as I could find to it.

@LRW26 I am also due on Friday we must have the same cycle as I am sure it was the same last month . 💕

@1992EM yes we’ve got pretty much the same cycle. How are you feeling this month?

I’ve got sore boobs (which I get normally after I’ve ovulated anyway) but I’ve had literally no other symptoms so who knows.. already just have a feeling I’m out this month. I’m going to ring the doctors if AF shows as we will have been trying for a year but I don’t have much hope of get any answers quickly especially with everything that’s going on.

Has anyone been to the doctors and can give me an idea of what the next steps would be?

@Tabbycat92 @apwilso I used to have issues while uploading test results to the premom app, the important tips are keeping the lighting the same as always while shooting and stick to the same reader, the automatic one or the manual one. Maybe you can contact their support team for suggestions as well.

@LRW26 hope you're doing okay. Everyone seems to be pregnant atm!

@Louisa199 I might take it up with them because I'm having readjust all of them and I tend to do them in the same bathroom lightning but it's thrown me off the past two months because I didn't realise and I probably wouldn't have realised if it wasn't for @Tabbycat92

Can some help me out as well. Weird questioning but basically my partner works away mon-thurs and sometimes Friday so sometimes I end up missing some days in my window where I could have BD. I've attached my "predicted" ovulation which is due around day 17 which is about right for me anyway. He will be working away until Friday this week so how am I best of planning DTD because I don't want to overdo it before Sunday if you get me. I HATE the idea of planning the deed but I feel like it's needed with the small window (which is already small enough!). I do feel pressured in a sense but hoping to ease up x

I tested 😭 annnnnnnd it was BFN now I'm sad and feel like it's not gonna happen this month. I know I'm not out till AF but I've lost hope now

@LRW26 I haven't got much in the way of symptoms but have been reading and you don't get any until 6 weeks as anything that could be pregnancy can also be AF before as hormones are roughly the same until AF is due. My boobs are tender, and pulling cramps but that is all AF too so not sure. Will wait to see what happens on Friday . I hope you are well .x

@apwilso I would dtd when you can on those 3 days he is home.

@dex1521 you are still really early . 12dpo is the earliest recommended date to test x

@1992EM Yeah true I should've known better. It was only an IC I used too so dunno what I was expecting but thought there might have been a shadow of a line maybe

@dex1521 still in with a chance as they aren't as sensitive.

I think I am out . Spotting has starting even earlier than usual . I am not due AF until Friday and this has freaked me out a bit as I am only 10dpo. 😭

@1992em could it be implantation? It can happen as late as 12dpo

@1992EM I'd say the same could be implantation. I've been checking the toilet paper like a mad women for implantation spotting but had non yet I feel like I'd have some sort of reassurance if I had it 😂

@Tabbycat92 and @dex1521 Thank you, I really hope it is . I am totally exhausted today and have a sore head . I have looked back at all my symptoms on 10dpo and haven't ever spotted that early but at the same time I don't want to get my hopes up as I know by Friday if not before AF will rear her ugly head. I just wish you could tell the difference between symptoms. Will see what happens tomorrow and if spotting gets heavier x

@1992EM it would be too good to be true if you could tell the difference 😅 got my fingers crossed for you would be nice to see 🤞✨

Has anyone here ever tried to check their cervix during their cycle? I've been trying a bit this cycle and before ov i think I was touching my cervix and it felt like a hard ish ball like the end of my nose. It's gets higher and softer during ovulation and if you're pregnant (like your earlobe texture) and today has been the first time it's felt softer (not sure if it's really higher or low still). From 5dpo to 7dpo it felt how it did before ovulation but today it felt softer I'm thinking maybe to do with implantation?

I've also had really mild dull cramps on and off and electric shock type feeling going through my boobs once or twice today and last night

@dex1521 I have literally no idea about cervix positions. I've never been able to reach mine! Either I have short fingers, or it's down to my tilted womb

@dex1521 it would be amazing if it was this month. Perfect timing in lots of ways but things never work out like that. I am usually such a positive person but with ttc my default is negative as it hurts too much to get your hopes up 🙈. Even if I got a BFP I am not sure I would actually believe it 🤣.

@1992EM I'm desperate for it to be this Month as I love October and I may have predicted My due date using a calculator and I'd be due on my mums birthday 😂 that would save me buying a present 😂 but honestly it's just a blessing falling pregnant no matter the month

@Dex1521 always wondered about the cervix positioning but I've normally got some obnoxious acrylic nails on so don't want to claw any organs out whilst giving it a go

I've just a weird feeling recently of having a girl and I just find it quite overwhelming 😬

@apwilso I really want a girl but both me and my mum can only see me with all boys...she even said 3 or 4 of them 😱 like calm down mum I've not even had 1 yet. I think this adds to my urge to have a girl plus HOW CUTE are girls clothes and I am a pink lover 😂

Interesting question for everyone ... would you find out the gender before giving birth?
I always said I wouldn't but since ttc I have decided I probably will reason being OH wants to find out as he can't wait to get a nursery all done up and ready and I thought because I want a girl I would hate to go through brith etc and then it be a boy and feel upset (dunno if that's the right word) which sounds really obnoxious but I mean it gives me time to prepare for whichever gender I'm having both physically and mentally if that makes sense.

@dex1521 I think I would find out . I am not bothered what gender but I am a control freak when it comes to organising and I would need to have everything in before baby was born 🤣. I also would need to know the name 🙈 x

@Dex1521 never really had a preference but just imagine myself with boys and seeing evening with my partner I just sense a girl! So weird. I said I'll take whatever at this point 😂

We said we don't think we would want to know but we're both as nosey as each other so god knows. We've already got our names listed up because I'm also a control freak so we've got first and middle names the lot!

@apwilso we have a list of first names for both a boy and girl lol and yeah you're right I'd take anything at this point too lol. We decided middle names for the first child would be for a girl my nanas name and for a boy my OHs dads name. As both are no longer with us

Hello lovely ladies. So I am new here and been skimming through. Firstly I wish you all the best on your journeys and hope you get gifted beautiful bubba’s soon. And to everyone who has had BFP’s, congratulations!!!! What a wonderful start to the year!!
I am not quite up to terms with the acronyms I.e AF, FRER, BFP etc. Maybe one of you could give me a quick rundown if that’s ok?

Anyway me and my fiancé were due to get married 2020, but it was postponed to 2021, however after lots of thought we knew we wouldn’t still be able to have the day we wanted so we pushed it back again to 2022. We’ve now decided we want to start trying as it gives me abit of time to try loose the baby weight after to fit into my dress. This is my first month TTC, not sure what to expect. At first I was soo nervous but now I am so excited and fidgety wanting this to happen. This month we didn’t use any ovulation trackers etc, just DTD around the time I thought I was ovulating and that was it. Am regretting that now as my period is due in 5days and I’m getting all the tell tale signs it’s going to arrive... obvs am naive to think it would happen straight away.

Sorry to ramble... but that’s more or less my story so far.
