Thread 2!
Will try to tag everyone who was active recently in the old thread, but sorry if I missed anyone. And if you're one of the many who got BFPs in the old thread and you're currently wading through the dark depths of morning sickness, feel free to ignore us 😊

@HerringGull It's definitely my strangest chart yet. It's the only chart I've had where my post-ovulation temp rise didn't take 10 days!

HerringGull · 09/02/2021 16:21

@unCliche oooh it's definitely a bit different to previous! That sharp rise and then reasonably level is just like mine was this month. Fingers crossed for you that this is the one! xx

Thanks lovely @HerringGull 💕 let's hope it means something 🤞

EllyNC · 09/02/2021 19:14

Oooh @unCliche hope as it’s so different it’s good news!! Keep us updated!! 🤞🏻🤞🏻

unCliche · 10/02/2021 09:07

Well I think it's safe to say that it's all over 😔

Cervix is wide open and I'm spotting loads so AF might even show up today

HerringGull · 10/02/2021 10:24

Oh no @unCliche I'm so sorry :( That sucks so much. Take care and make sure you have some super tasty wine in.
I think you're chart this month looks really healthy though; a really nice difference between FP and LP, so you must have plenty of progesterone. I know that doesn't make up for not getting a BFP this month, but hope it helps comfort you that it will be soon! xx

Not really. After the move we'll start fertility treatment. I don't expect to get lucky naturally.

EllyNC · 10/02/2021 13:10

Oh @unCliche I’m so sorry. AF is a bitch. Be kind to yourself - lots of wine and chocolate ❤️

unCliche · 10/02/2021 13:32

I don't feel deserving of anything right now.

HerringGull · 10/02/2021 19:04

@unCliche that's not true and you know it. You've done everything you can and you've been really proactive with the tests and everything. It's a horrible unfair fact that it takes longer for some folks than others. But nothing is your fault.
You are healthy and you will conceive xxx

Cc7750 · 10/02/2021 19:48

@unCliche it will happen one way or another x stay positive.. I know I can’t comment now but the whole process is stressful and I can only imagine it gets worse! Stay strong, I don’t know how much truth there is in it but some say the harder you try sometimes the harder it is as you become so stressed x

unCliche · 10/02/2021 21:56

We'll take a break. Good luck @Pudding01 💕

EllyNC · 11/02/2021 15:00

Oh @unCliche it’s not your fault please don’t beat yourself up!! Take a break if you need to to reset your head. Hopefully you’ll feel better once AF is gone too, such a horrible reminder and all the extra hormones. We’re all here when you’re ready to come back xxx

Pudding01 · 11/02/2021 17:52

@unCliche I'm so sorry I have only just seen this and wasn't here to support you yesterday. Has AF officially turned up? It is a horrible roller coaster, this trying to conceive malarkey 😑

I hope you're ok and being kind to yourself. Always here for support xx

unCliche · 11/02/2021 21:46

Thanks guys. I'm ok. I've paid for an appointment to see my fertility consultant. I think I just need to double check we're putting it in the right hole 🙃

unCliche · 11/02/2021 21:49

Well.. I think I'm kidding but now I need to double check which one actually is the vagina.

My progesterone test results came back a bit low yesterday and with DH's brilliant but scarce swimmers I just want to make sure it can still happen naturally before wasting anymore months. We'll still take this cycle off though.

HerringGull · 12/02/2021 11:42

That sounds sensible. Hope you are okay xxx

How are you all? ❤ x

Cc7750 · 17/02/2021 21:20

@Pudding01 I’m good thanks! I had the 12 week scan, due 26th Aug. So aside from groundhog lockdown and the rain all
Is well. How are you?

HerringGull · 18/02/2021 11:10

Hey Pudding! How's things with you? Where are you in your cycle?
I'm fine, lots on at the moment with work, and also hopefully starting building the extension soon, eek! The weather's now warm and wet, having had weeks of easterlies and temps down to minus ten, brrr, so I'm actually welcoming the rain Grin

OP posts:
Pudding01 · 18/02/2021 19:29

Aww I bet the 12 week scan was lovely @Cc7750!

@HerringGull Oooh I've been waiting to sort our extension and new kitchen and bathroom but don't seem to be having much luck finding a good builder. Well my other half isn't, I may take over once I'm redundant next month lol exciting times for you! Show us before and afters. I'm a bit obsessed with houses and interior design and stuff.

I am 10dpo today, cd27. Not tested yet after all the faint positives I had last two cycles.
No real symptoms. Really veiny boobs last night and they were hot and swollen, but feel better today. We are going to have a conversation soon about trying and planning the wedding, as not sure you can so both! X

HerringGull · 19/02/2021 09:13

How are you feeling today @Pudding01?
Is your extension small enough so you don't need planning permission? Is it going out the back of your house? Builders are very hard to find, especially decent ones!
Would love to post a pic of my house but think it might be outing! I've already said I'm from the north west Highlands and there's not that many people here, so tied in with everything else I've said... 😆

Pudding01 · 19/02/2021 10:39

@HerringGull I tested 😂 BFN. But rather that than thr faint lines I had last couple of months! I feel ok, think I am gearing up for AF as a bit gassy, crampy and moody lol

Looking to do a side extension behind our garage to add a utility and downstairs loo along side the kitchen. I want to knock down the conservatory and extend out with either an L shape for a dinning room or the full width for a massive kitchen, but DP said we may as well just move 😂 We are going to knock in to the airing cupboard upstairs and add a separate shower in the bathroom though. Can't wait!

Ahh fair enough lol I forget about the secrecy/privacy on here sometimes! I'm in the concrete jungle that is the East Midlands, so probably a bit easier for me 🤣

HerringGull · 19/02/2021 13:32

@Pudding01 oh no! Hate a BFN Sad
I know, it's tricky when you're doing so much work that you're basically changing the house totally - would it be better just to move?! I guess it depends how much you love the house you're in at the moment eh. Sounds like you'll get a lot of benefits from your plans though, and hopefully not tooo expensive. Hope you find a builder to start soon!
