No AF and BFNs 🤷‍♀️

Hello! We are trying for our second child and I am frustrated. I am sure several of you can relate to being frustrated with this whole TTC thing. 😅 Anyways. AF was due 3 days ago and has not shown her ugly face yet. But I have also gotten nothing but negatives (and one invalid). I was planning on not testing again until AF is a week late. Anyone get their BFP that late or even later? I am irregular, so it could just be a late period? I just want to know if I really am pregnant or not, so I can move on! Thanks for any insight you all provide! 😊

@ImpatientMama thank you! ❤️ We’re ttc our first baby I suffered a MMC in July so I think I’m just so desperate to be pregnant again! Everyday it hurts a little more! So we have been TTC since August xx

@Bgrace8 Thank you also! I’m going to try my best to keep my mind off it but no matter how hard I try it’s always there. Then the voice or my head tells me “just do a test! It might be positive this time” ☹️

@Donnat89 I really hope it’s because I ovulated late, although I think I’m clutching at straws here 😢 xxx

I had a single spot on Monday night and again just now. The very smallest streak of blood in discharge so could be a sign of AF (I thought this Monday night too) again, in limbo. I do wish I was in a working from home job but maybe I would wallow and stress even more, I'm not sure but as it is I work full time and have to pretend nothing is up with me which I find emotionally draining but I do seem to be quite good as it 😂

@sociallydistained how annoying ! My cramps etc have got worse along with a bit of spotting so I think AF will be in full flow by this evening

Obviously dodgy tests I had ! Who knows oh well onwards and upwards as they say I just want AF out the way now ! Xx

I'm expecting AF too but I feel so cheated by all of my symptoms this month and not sure I can do another month like this one! My mood has been so much better since coming off of the pill so I'm pleased that seems to of settled but cramping nausea and sore boobs for most of the month feels like a bit of a joke 😭 I'm only on month 3 of coming off it so I know my body is still adjusting but I wasn't on it for very long (just over a year) and the previous months were okay.

Anyway, I am trying to look at positives if AF comes it means I can have a Christmas drink. Think I might need it 😂

@Donnat89 were not very good success stories here are we haha! When is your birthday? We will all have similar cycles now and fertile windows! Cycle sisters 😂

@Bgrace8 New Year's Day is my birthday ! Haaha yes we will be similar timings ! Hopefully better news all around next cycle and non of this crap !

This has been a particularly hard cycle hasn't it, at least when AF arrives on time the TWW is actually only two weeks and not almost four. I've really struggled with it!

Trying to look at it positively too! I'm sorry to you girls who've also had AF arrive, but the end of one cycle and the start of another. I was beginning to panic (worst case scenario as always) that it had just disappeared and wouldn't come back!

Maybe our bodies just don't like November! I wasn't tracking or anything this time last year as was on the pill so was regular so who knows but I know I do not enjoy the dark nights and dark mornings and maybe our bodies always rebel in December 🙈 infact I went to the GP for depression last November for the first time. I do think the pill had a part to play in that and my moods are better since coming off but has made me think!

I used to track religiously but I found it all to much so stopped doing that in June I have
Found I feel better for it and stops my testing early as well .

All I track is the start and end of Af so I can see my cycle lengths

I won't start tracking again either just keep trying to be as relaxed as possible although longer than normal cycles don't help at all .

I plan on going home and relaxing after work for a bit tbh ! Today feels as if it's been exhausting! Xx

@Donnat89 me also. Dinner and a bath for me... that's been my comfort zone for the last week whilst in this limbo land. I usually exercise a lot but my mind isn't in it and my boobs being sore I just can't be doing with it. Hopefully get back into my usual routine next week but for now just being kind to myself and doing what's easiest!

4 days late is early too so still lots of time 🤞🏽 I was 5 days late I think but not too sure of when I should have counted from as my app says different. Aww a rainbow baby too, would you ever find out the sex?

we have been together 2 years, got engaged in September and we would have waited till after the wedding but my partner is 10 years older than me and I would love a baby now so just thought let’s give it a go before the wedding if we can, don’t want to try too far into next year as I want to feel comfortable in my dress etc.

I am 31 years old and have been married to my husband for 7 years. Our son turned 1 in June and we are wanting to give him a sibling! I got off the pill in August, and we really started trying in September. I was lucky enough to get a faint positive when AF was 6 days late. Unfortunately I tested negative a couple days later and just started bleeding yesterday. I believe it is a chemical pregnancy and I am sure the doctor will confirm on Friday. This is my first chemical pregnancy and I have heard they are common. I hope the next time I get a bfp, it is nice and dark and is a healthy pregnancy! I am in an out of town wedding next October so i would want a baby due September at the absolute latest, or not until November and after. But if I do fall pregnant and due in October, I am sure she would understand that I couldn't be there. I am hoping we all get the bfps we want!

@Bgrace8 that gives me some hope! Yes! We definitely want to find out the sex so we can stay buying blue or pink. I get so excited just thinking about it.

Current relationship for 2 years and he is the only person I’ve felt I trust to ttc with! He is 33 and has no children. So I’m a big worried that I am 36 but it’s just how my life has ended up, we will probably only have once child due to our age so I would love it to happen soon for us

I am 32 (33 in March) and my boyfriend is 38. My boyfriend has an 11 year old daughter from a previous relationship who I adore, I have been harassing her today for her Christmas list 😂

My first time TTC, I have been off the pill since the end of March. It's been a lot more emotionally hard than I expected but if at first you don't succeed and all that 🤞🏻

After wondering if next month we should have a rest we've discussed and I've cried, and will continue, make sure we DTD every 2/3 days, I'm going to use the clear blue ovulation sticks and try BBT, although try and not read into it too much! Let's make December our month girls 🥰

My AF seems to have arrived .

Not very heavy but enough to need a liner so defo no BFP for me this cycle

@Donnat89 I'm sorry 😞 it's rubbish when it comes but as @Darcy278 said, no longer in limbo and onto the next cycle to try again 🤞🏻 I hope you are doing ok.

My AF appears to be heavier today than it normally does, no idea if the delay has affected it. It's normally pretty light and short, which has been another thing that's caused me some worry, always something!

Oh dear why are our bodies being so different this month at least we have answered now even if it’s not the one we want
