Anyone just had their BFP?

And not quite ready to move to the pregnancy boards yet?
I've just had mine yesterday, and another today, so excited! But because of previous losses and just the general earliness (i'll only be 4 weeks tomorrow!)
Anyone got any symptoms yet? I've only got a tiny bit of soreness in my boobs, less than i get even at ovulation time. and i'm tired - i accidentally fell asleep putting DS to bed at 7pm last night, but again thats not all that unusual! So i very much don't feel pregnant at this early stage, but i so hope I get another baby this time!

I called the GP yesterday as here the receptionist books you in for midwife appointments. She could only squeeze me in on Dec 16th as otherwise it was the 23rd which I have losds of stuff already organised. So I would do it sooner than later. The midwife calls nearer the time to check all is OK before booking in,in case something has happened

@popcorndiva Your appointment is the day before mine! Like you I booked mine early as my surgery seems to book up far ahead & it's only small.

My midwife apparently is doing all appointments at the EPU at the moment and not at the surgery

Midwifes in the surgery on Thursday so she’s going to call me then to get info and arrange booking appointment :)

Ooh ok, I thought I was being over eager but you girls have inspired me. I had to get some forms to fill in, so I did that and she'll be in touch.

My ds is moving up a room in nursery and I got some crazy news about work this morning, as well as potentially putting our house on the market. I just want to be left alone to sleep and puke, lol.

I might be outing myself but my work has now been earmarked as the first vaccination centre, so might have to tell work sooner than I liked depending on what they decide to do with us

@popcorndiva yes absolutely, we need to be more careful now that we are carrying little beans! You don’t need to be somewhere higher risk!

@Bellaphant you’ve got it all going on havnt you! Is your sickness getting worse?

I’ve struggled with ds today. Just had no energy and been feeling nauseous all afternoon, not actually been sick which is a bonus but feel rough as hell 😒 TOTAL opposite of my last pregnancy! I had no symptoms at all the first few weeks.

Ah so chuffed my CB test has moved up to 2-3 weeks 🙏🏻🙏🏻

@popcorndiva, at least I work from home!

@Char899, was Ill after lunch and half had my dinner but actually feel ok right now (although now I'm worried I don't feel sick, lol).

I also told my folks today, just because of the work stress. Has anyone told anyone?

Is anyone going for a private early scan? I did last baby and it made me feel so much better.

@Bellaphant I’m thinking about telling my parents next week, not told anyone yet!
Yes I’ve booked a scan for 19th December. I’ll be 8 ish weeks so hopefully I’ll be able to see/hear heartbeat! I did with ds too, I had a few private scans as I was so anxious. It really helped! I loved being able to see him ☺️

@Char899, I had bleeding with D's (6 weeks, 8 weeks and just before 12 weeks - on Xmas Eve!!) And my 12 week was going to be postponed BC of Xmas so I did a private one and yeah, it really helped! I'm so anxious right now: it doesn't feel real and I'm just Ill and tired and finding it a bit hard to be in a really happy headspace about this much wanted pregnancy.

@popcorndiva, same! Apart from on days where he has to be in nursery for 7.30, then he loves to sleep in!!

Hi, I'm alright too, feeling nauseous and actually vomited today, I wasn't really sicky with DS so I'm a bit surprised to be feeling queasy this early! 5 weeks tomorrow

I'm going for bloods again tomorrow @Char899. I was in last night on a drip with? Ectopic. Hcg 582.
Have to check it at 48h.

I'm worried as fuck if I'm homest. I've had lots of clear discharge but today it's creamy (dark cream) so I'm worried.

That's today's test v last Sunday.

Oh @NamechangeTTC you poor thing! How are you feeling? Your test looks great so that’s positive! Fingers crossed that everything goes well for you tomorrow!

I'm really worried by the discharge now it's been clear till today.

@DressingGownofDoom I’m a little nauseous too, not been sick but feel quite queasy. I didn’t have anything like that with ds. Maybe it means we are having the opposite sex this time!

@Bellaphant I’m sorry to hear you are feeling like that, maybe it’s just a little overwhelming at the moment? I felt a bit like that a couple of days ago. Just try and stay positive and think of the little bean your growing

@NamechangeTTC I wouldn’t be worried about the discharge that could be anything. Mine always varies. It does generally and it did in my last pregnancy too

It's different to what it's been. Zero when I wipe and I'm checking so paranoid each time

@Char899 you are right - it doesn't help my little one has been sick the last two weekends and just wants mama. Think I'm getting lockdown fatigue now - not to be outing but I haven't had people in my house since march.

@NamechangeTTC that line looks great! My cm has only been ewcm like today + it's been claggy up til now. I think it varies a lot. What are they saying is next?

@DressingGownofDoom, I started being sick at 9 days post ovulation, lol. Today was the first day I've not been sick! But I'm exhausted today and have a cold.

@Bellaphant hcg tomorrow and if it's over 1000 scan Monday. If it isn't, then they'll discuss it then cause it's then not progressing like it should.
