As we agreed - starting a fresh thread before our original shuts down. Will post this new link into the old thread so everybody can find us!

In the meantime ~ sprinkling it with pink and blue baby pixie dust

and splashing with baby glue so lo's stick around forever ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

ooooooooooooooh fellow crosseyedian tjuice so exciting

my tests still arent here dammit

Hurtful remarks- my mum told me not to class it as a baby but to class it as a foetus it looked like a baby in the pictures!

iliketoeatbatteredsausage · 19/10/2007 09:43

oh yeah and take another test, take one for me too cause i cant

lissiethevampireslayer · 19/10/2007 09:49

my mum told me to stop trying now, after all what with my PND and all my losses, someones trying to tell me something and i prob wouldnt cope with another baby, or maybe theres something really wrong with me.

gillypumpkin · 19/10/2007 09:56

TJ congrats!!! I'm so excited for you!

Grinningbee I'm so sorry to hear about the comments and crap day you had. I can't belive the comments so many of you have had too. I didn't have hurtful comments as such more like actions. 10 days after my miscarriage and my first day back at work, DH's step father decided to include me in the most gushing email round robin about his new born granddaughter. They named her one of my choices for a little girl too . It really hurt and I had nowhere to hide at work.

Also my MIL has never asked me how I am after the mc, hurtful in itself but added to the fact that she suffered a mc and had great difficulty conceiving her second son, it makes me .

gillypumpkin · 19/10/2007 09:58

Lizzie a friend of my has had 1 ep and 3 mc. She has suffered depression after each one and taken a lot of time off work. After the last mc the office manager told her 'you don't know when to stop do you?' I would have slapped her!

iliketoeatbatteredsausage · 19/10/2007 10:00

lissie ignore what everyone else says and do what you feel is right! it doesnt affect anyone else so its no one elses place to say

gilly, i also had a situation like that as my cousin was born september the 11th the same day i had my m/c i was sitting on the toilet 'loosing' when my mum rang me to tell me she had arrived....

hey you lot im gonna do a stats thread where we can all put our stats so everyone knows where everyone is at as im lost with it all lol ill post the link in a sec x

iliketoeatbatteredsausage · 19/10/2007 10:02

here ya go

lissiethevampireslayer · 19/10/2007 10:08

done.

sausage, i know how you feel. the 1st was the EDD of my ep, and my friend had her baby on that day, (1w late).

fates very cruel

ladylush · 19/10/2007 10:27

cd32 - in that case CONGRATULATIONS TJuice So pleased for you. Engaged and pregnant! Woo hoo

EllieG · 19/10/2007 10:29

My SIL was due exactly same time as my LO would have been. Was very pleased for them when their little girl was born but couldn't help feeling a bit sad for my baby. Re unhelpful comments - I don't think anyone who hasn't been through it can really know what to say, as they don't understand. My DP, although usually wonderful, said he thought our little Elvis wasn't in heaven as didn't have a soul cos he was too small I nearly hit him! Is just because he deals with things very differently to me, by pushing them away. My Mum, who is a vicar, said 'Rubbish. Of course he had a soul, and God is looking after him now'. Not sure what I beleive about afterlife but I like to think of my LO safe and happy up there.

lissiethevampireslayer · 19/10/2007 10:31

i like to think of mine as playing together and looking after each other as well as ds. in a way, im glad they have each other and they aren't alone.

EllieG · 19/10/2007 10:46

Oh crap all this is making me cry. Bloody hormones. Am off to blow my nose.

iliketoeatbatteredsausage · 19/10/2007 12:07

ok ladies you won, i tested

but now i am confused

the test i got a faint line on was a tescos own

then i had another faint line on a llyods pharmacy own brand one

then i got a bfn on a clear blue

and today i used another tescos and have got another faint line.

Im beggining to think that the pg hormones are still there from m/c and thats why the lines arent getting any darker.

im so confused

iliketoeatbatteredsausage · 19/10/2007 12:13

oh yeah and i took the plastic off to double chack and accidentaly stuck my thumb on it so now theres a line and a brown splodge but still a line

wheelybug · 19/10/2007 12:29

Hi All

Congrats Tjuice !

Sorry things are so confusing Sausage - hope you get a darker line soon.

Lissie -sorry AF arrived

Friday hugs and love to all...

Nothing to report here - CD 11 or something so entering 'The Zone'. Can't be arsed to waste money on OPKs this month (although will probably crack about monday )

ronshar · 19/10/2007 12:37

OOO you have wee on your hand.

Dont worry about it until either your tests arrive or the evil witch gets here. Easy for me to say but the more you worry the worse it will be either way.

Re meet for cake, I will be coming up on the train so anywhere in London is good for me. I will need directions though.

Gillypumpkin
Ronshar.
Who else will add their names to the list?

ronshar · 19/10/2007 12:38

Bugger forgot.

Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
Tjuice fantastic.

iliketosleep · 19/10/2007 12:52

i've put a pic of the test on my profile so you can all decide had to change ack to ilts too

iliketosleep · 19/10/2007 12:53

i mean back

splishsplosh · 19/10/2007 13:13

Tjuice - hope the faint line gets darker, and the going off cakes is a good sign! Hope huge congrats in order

ILTS - why don't you go to the drs and find out for sure? Can't they do a blood test that'll give defiite answer?

Would like to come for cakes.. it could be the first day of celebrating my birthday - ok, that's a month later, but I'm more than willing to have cakes for a month. I live south of London, easy to get to town. As long as can get babysitter, as trying to get dp to move out at mo. So that's the end of even contemplating ttc for me I guess.

TJuice · 19/10/2007 13:18

its a line.

iliketosleep · 19/10/2007 13:22

it is and its gone several shades darker in the past hour

iliketosleep · 19/10/2007 13:23

my docs dont do blood tests. dp was with me when i did the cb and its defiantly a bfn as its still sitting on my desk now as we speak and has seen that one said oh yes thats positive, kicked me up the bum pulled my ear and grinned

iliketosleep · 19/10/2007 14:11

i've done a bit of working out which is good for me as im a bit dumb..

if the test was correct and i ovulated according to that calendar whatsit them i am 3+4 days, which wouldnt give me a strong positive would it? im gonna get another one the way home from getting dc from school and havent pee'd for what feels like 70000 years.....

will let you all know x

ronshar · 19/10/2007 14:14

Sorry I got sidetracked by the kittens.

Splishsplosh, I'm sorry I didnt realise that you were having problems with DP. Are they going to be fixable probs or is this the end? Sorry if a bit nosey. Tell me to bugger off if you want.
