Hi ladies. Positive OPK today I believe. Now the wait begins!

Still haven’t got my call yet but thought I’d attach my chart.. look at that drop!

So I just spoke with GP. She said she didn’t want to do blood test as they’re meant to be done on CD21 but I’ve not had a period at all since coming off the pill so a blood test won’t confirm anything, even though I tried to explain I had a positive opk and bbt etc but she wasn’t having it. She said periods can take 6 months to a year to come back so to contact them again if I haven’t got a period by 6 months (I’m 2 months in now) even though again I tried to explain to her that I only have a 3 month window to ttc as we have to move out of our rented flat in Nov 2021 so if I were to get pregnant Dec this year to May 2021 it would be too close for comfort for moving out. I completely understand where she’s coming from though so I’m not annoyed at her. I’m just annoyed at my body 😔 but I’ll see if my bbt rises again over the next few days!

@Nam095 don’t give up hope see how it is tomorrow and then go from there.. I hope it sorts out for you and your body settles

Just need to share my crazy emotions somewhere people will understand.. the friends who managed to conceive at exactly the right month for the career path have had their baby! Don’t get me wrong it’s lovely news for them but that pang of jealously hit and brought a little tear. As happy as I am for them it’s not the reality for us all to just fall pregnant on the exact date planned!!

Big hugs to you both! That is a big drop! Keeping my fingers crossed for you! It's difficult isn't it when you have so much going on around ttc! I will be avoiding ttc next month otherwise i will be due to give birth the month i get married and we've already postponed once because of covid!

I know that feeling, my sister is due her baby next weekend, im so excited to become an aunt but i also feel a bit emosh with the fact it still hasn't happened for me yet.

Which is better conceive plus lubricant or pre seed with the applicators? I brought conceive plus but now worrying I should of got pre seed? Just added stress I don’t need whilst trying to get pregnant 🤦🏼‍♀️

CD20 and I think I’m finally getting my peak! Going to be another 34 day cycle for me so AF should be due around 10th, if I had just followed my apps I would’ve missed my window as they suggested I ovulated on CD15!

Hello. May I join? I'm 6 dpo now trying to keep myself from wasting tests too early.

@Sip123 definitely not crazy, it’s difficult to hear especially when planned out so well and everything happened for them it’s hard not to feel envious.

@Ruthsoph I got conceive plus without the applicators, don’t stress though it’s the same thing and I think either way hopefully it will ‘do what it’s supposed to’!

I am driving myself crazy with my symptoms but I think it’s all in my head 😭, although this is the third day I’ve woken to sore boobs!

Hi to those newbies.. I don’t think there’s much difference on which of the fertility lines you use but who knows.
@nottoosurewhattoput it’s hard isn’t it, but I think it’s just about keeping your thoughts positive but rational. I’ve realised I get sore boobs after ovulation now so trying to not overthink too much!
When are you all testing from?

Finally, CD21! This is proof that apps can be very wrong and our bodies do whatever they want.. finally ovulated 6 days later than the apps predicted

Morning all ☺️ My temp has jumped back up today! There is hope after all!! I also have lower back pain today and some cramping. Hope everyone else is feeling good today 🥰

@Sip123 I think that’s what happens with me, sore boobs after ovulation! I’m not sure, I always test too early and then feel disheartened and end up doing a load more so I might try and wait it out (unlikely) 🤞🏻. What about you?

@Littlebee1990 I think it is definitely worth doing the opk as well so many are out at first.

@Nam095 see don’t give up hope, how many dpo are you now, I forget! My temp is still going up 5/6 dpo, I am wondering if it always dips after implantation or the fact that it’s higher still means no implantation

@Sip123 I’m 6 dpo now ☺️ implantation dips actually don’t happen for everyone, I think the majority don’t get it and the fact your temps are still high is a very good sign 😊 I was searching online for about an hour yesterday ‘5 dpo bbt drop’ 😂 and it was most likely an oestrogen surge rather than an implantation dip

There is something about 5dpo that is the worst for my googling. I can read as many "probably too soon to be a symptom" articles as I want, but maybe just one more to make sure 😂

@Tofu35 haha yes!! I have some mild twinges on my left had side today and I’m like is it implantation??! Lemme search it up! 😂 I’m only 6 dpo so it obviously isn’t 😂

Glad we're all in this together 😂 my Google search has been "nausea at 5dpo" "cramp on left side at 5dpo" and "when can I early test". The less we say about my Google for "itchy legs" the better!

@Tofu35 mine is all on be right side. Lower abdomen right side, right nipple sharp(ish) pain a few times today.

I’m feeling a really strong urge to test tomorrow if yesterday was an implantation dip 😬 someone talk me out of it 😩
