Morning ladies, did a digital test and a normal clear blue test today. Another faint line but digital test said not pregnant, still no AF so not sure what to believe 🙁. Should I wait a couple of days? I am only 13dpo and 3 days late now x

@nottoosurewhattoput that’s so confusing for you... have you tried any other brands?
I tested again this morning 12dpo and still bfn af due tomorrow

I haven’t tried any other brands, I’ve just suck to clear blue but I’m thinking maybe I need to? I want to wait a couple of days now because as you all know it’s so disheartening and I’m never late for my AF which is just typical! Will keep you all updated 🥰

@nottoosurewhattoput What tests are you going the faint lines on? Digital are not as sensitive as FRER so that could be the reason why. Have you calculated your ovulation date right? Reason I ask is to have AF due 10 days after ovulation is very quick as that would give you a luteal phase of 10 and the average is 11-17 days. Xx

@Littlebee1990 all clear blue tests, just the normal pregnancy ones not early detection. Yes, I’m quite sure I have. It differs from 10-11 days looking back at my app although I must admit I’ve never really looked into the luteal phase ?! Xx

@nottoosurewhattoput be careful with those tests, they’re known for false lines, try a pink FRER and you’ll have your answer for sure then. These are my tests from last month on the CB ones.. and these were fake lines! So many people have sadly had the same too. Are you tracking ovulation any other way? I started using OPK’s and I actually ovulate 7 days later than my app thought so had I just relied on the app I would’ve missed my window xx

@Littlebee1990 thank you I will get the ones you suggested then! Yes i am tracking ovulation with ovulation sticks, just got all the information in an app so I don’t forget 😂 xxx

@Sip123 yes I continued to test. It’s been very strange with the clear blue digital.
CD8 - blank clear blue and -IC
CD9 - peak CB and -IC
CD10 - peak CB continued and -IC
CD11 - blank CB and -IC
CD12 - flashing CB and -IC with EWCM
CD13 - flashing CB and -IC
CD 14 - peak CB and +IC
CD15 - peak CB continues
CD16 - blank CB And -IC with no fertile CM
And now on CD 17 that damn flashing smiley face is back!!
So not sure if the clear blue digital is working for me as I have have two separate peak results and now two high results. One positive IC running along side the clear blue with only one positive day.
Have also tried temping this month but I’m on nights this week (ovulation week) so my temps are all over the place as don’t sleep well on nights. The temping seems like more stress then it’s worth to be honest.

It’s all very frustrating.

How is everyone else getting on? It’s lovely to see a few BFPs dotted around the thread. So happy for you guys x

So sorry to hear that @Tofu35 and @Nam095, I know how heartbreaking it is 😔 but hope you get lucky next month!

@nottoosurewhattoput I've heard the blue dye can leave false positive lines, whereas pink ones tend to be more reliable (absolutely no idea why that is though). Might be worth trying a First Response tomorrow or in a few days to set your mind at rest?

I'm on 9DPO and desperately trying to resist the urge to test until 12DPO earliest. I find the 'am I aren't I' of early testing so difficult, and then heartbreak when AF inevitably rears her ugly head

Just taken a first response as recommended by you ladies, I think I might have to start believing it, but I will test in a couple of days for a stronger line! Thank you for all your support 💗 I will keep you updated xx

I have to say, I haven’t had a period for about 3 years and my god I forgot how painful they were 😆 I’ve laid on my sofa all day with a hot water bottle! How is everyone else feeling today??

@Nam095sorry you are in pain but pleased it sounds like your body is looking to get back in to a normal routine

@Sip123 yep my body is well and truly going back to normal, heavy and painful periods 🤣 how are you feeling this morning? Have you tested again? x
