Not I, we
Hold my hand Bucky, I am frightened!!

TwilightSurfer · 04/10/2007 21:16

Fairysnuff now that you see the EWCM see if you don't feel OV in day or so.

You too Bucky2007...have you felt in OV pains yet? LP of 14 days is a standard number can be 22 days ... can be 8 but 8 may not allow you to have a healthy-sustained pregnancy (mc).

CONGRATULATIONS Josey, TW, Deb. Gives us all hope!

Just wanted to check in. Only on CD 3 but not sure whether to count this as a normal cycle due to BFP's last wk & subsequent bleeding.

You are all so knowledgable about your cycles, I think I have approx 28 day cycle but just go for the BD'ing everyday from about day 10 for a week! On TV's "The Wright Stuff" a few weeks ago they had a fertility specialist on who said do it everyday for about a wk before and during ovulation and every other day throughout the rest of the month. TBH I do the week thing but as for the rest of the month well zzzzz

Haven't hear from Sweetkitty lately, are you OK?

Bucky2007 · 04/10/2007 21:23
josey · 04/10/2007 21:36

Fairysnuff and bucky go get jiggy and through your legs in the air after to force the wee tadpoles faster up the tunnel

ladylush · 04/10/2007 22:12

Is libralady back from hols yet?

SK - pleased to be cycle buddies I think my cycle was 26 days this month. Last month it was 29. Usually it is about 24-26 days.

fairysnuff · 04/10/2007 22:30

TS I started to get confused,... LP?
Is that the countdown to when I can test?
Could be 8 days (would that be from my CD8), better to be 14, but could be 22.

So I could test on Friday, but next friday is likely to be better?
Or am I totally confused??

I know bucky, at the games, but I think we had best return our hands, we have to get busy BDing.

TwilightSurfer · 04/10/2007 22:40

Fairysnuff for luteal phase info try

or

TwilightSurfer · 04/10/2007 22:46

This one's a bit technical but informative:

mcchesers · 04/10/2007 22:58

Looks like there are a few of us on on the same CD. Howdy cycle buddies! Doing alright now, but this is the first AF after my MC and it's a nasty one. I've been on the couch all day doped up watching movies running back and forth to the toilet.
Good thing I got through all my interviewing early in the week before all the cramping kicked off. ugh I cannot even type. We have a lot of PG ladies out of this group..surely it's a good sign Going out tomorrow to get the CB otk so my DH knows where the "sex window" is. That cracks me up. Better than "sperm roulette" where you just keep playing and hope you get lucky. Off to bed...gnight ladies.

fairysnuff · 04/10/2007 23:05

I read through one of them, thank you TS I will have a better read through them tommorrow, DH kept talking

But it is a little clearer.
So really I have to wait until, at least next friday. But I think that will be too soon cos it will only be CD22, for me but 14DPO.

It's all numbers this ttc

oh poo! AF turned up this morning so back to the start I go! Must go am at work!

Spink · 05/10/2007 09:36

AF arrived here too this morning... in some ways I feel RELIEF cos after last months chem preg I wasn't sure whether AF would've been scared off and so I was expecting a really long cycle.
So. Later on I might start up a Nov thread.. no way I'll be joining you in the Oct BPFs, even with my creative maths
GOOD LUCK and especially magical baby dust to you all! And if not I'll look forward to catching up with you on the fireworky, woodsmoke-in-the-air, cosy-evenings-in-front-of-the-fire-November thread!

TMI Alert

EWCM?? It was like a little thing of jelly when it finally went pop onto the tissue

Sorry, had to share cos it had made me go, blimey!
Also bit of tummy grumbles in those regions so DH has now recieved a text, The egg is coming! The egg is coming! I need ur boys now!
Having our DD I would like to try for a DS this time, so I need those fast swimmers in there and getting that egg.

The things you learn on MN, eh?

Conflicting advice re how often. It won't just wash them all away if we BD today and yesterday?
Mind you, then those ladies might get their hair wet so that will slow them down even more

ladylush · 05/10/2007 10:00

according to my book it is much harder to plan a girl than it is a boy so you have a good chance. I personally would love a girl as I have a ds and I cannot resist girl's clothes especially tights

kirstygem · 05/10/2007 10:20

Tested yesterday which was CD30 and got a BFN. Didnt really expect anything as this only first month off pill but still . Maybe do another test if no Af in a couple days. Actually wish AF would hurry up now so could get back to start of cycle and lots of BDing and hopefully a BFP in November.

digitalgirl · 05/10/2007 10:22

morning ladies,
Sorry AF turned up meglet & spink hope she was on time and prompt any unnecessary bfns.
Well I'm working from home today, which is good because i feel even more spaced out than yesterday. Also it's a beautiful day.

Good luck to all those hatching eggs

Anyone testing today?

dg x

Excitable · 05/10/2007 10:35

Somebody asked about cycles after the pill, didn't they? I had a withdrawal bleed about two weeks after coming off and then a cycle of exactly 28 days.

There is a theory that the pill makes you more fertile and I've heard stories about people who have difficulty trying to conceive being put on the pill for a month or two to kind of jump-start them, iyswim.

It seems to me that irregular cycles might be connected with the pill or might not. People who've used other forms of contraception sometimes have irregular cycles too, so I'm not sure that it matters much. Just BD until you feel sick, I say!

spookykitty · 05/10/2007 10:43

Sorry popped in did list and ran away again.

Meglet and Spink - so sorry AF turned upit's the pits isn't it but you pick yourself up and and get on with another mad month of ttc. Good luck with the Novemner thred spink I hope I don't hve to join it.

fairysnuff - well done on the egg hatching, I don't put much into the timing of sex for a boy or girl I did loads of reading on the internet and it is confusing, some people say timing works but a study by the BMJ said timing of sex had on relation on sex sowe just decided to throw the dice and see what we get so to speak, it's stressful enough ttc without trying to time BDing as well.

kirstygem - sorry about your BFN hope AF turns up soon

shreksmissus - hello and welcome back

07MTW - I am here just being spookykitty for a while

Just back from a little look round town and I couldn't believe they sell hpts in the poundshop, 3 for a £1, don't know how good they are though might by a few packs (only for scientific research you know) for next month. Right bettego lovely day here better get some wahing ou, for the third day in a row DD2 has woken up at 5am screaming and she's soaking wet, poor wee thin was shaking this morning, full change sheet and everything hence the washing. 2 nights in a Pamper baby dry last night in Huggies!
