Excitable · 10/10/2007 10:55

Cheers MTW I'm just about to ring the doctors to find out if it's advisable or not if ttc. I'll let you know what they say.

Thanks everyone for being so kind today. I don't feel alone at all now!! And I was feeling that I didn't want to leave you all behind and now I don't have to!

Shazza2002 · 10/10/2007 10:58

Excitable That is horrible, can't you offer to make her a coffee and do nasty things to it!!

Try not to be too upset about it, here in my office there are only 3 women. 1st lady my manager has just had her baby, 2nd lady is due in Jan, and I'm the 3rd (obvioulsy not PG yet).

I absolutely hated my manager for it and was quite mean to her in the beginning, now I've got over it I realise how harsh I was being, it wasn't her fault.

Easier said than done I know, just to say when you do fall PG you will forget how much it has hurt you. Chin up

kirstygem · 10/10/2007 11:19

Oh Fairy so sorry to hear your sad news again. Your friend will know you are sorry for her and I am sure you will be able to support her through this.

Boring week with me as still have AF not near ovualtion so no BDing either. Just counting down the days til time for action. Having withdrawal symtoms from peeing on sticks

07mumstheword · 10/10/2007 11:21

Excitable Great minds think alike I just phoned doctors surgery who said the gerneral consensus is that 'you can have the flu jab but they recommend you don't' Talk about passing the buck! So I have re-schedules my appt to 6th Nov when I will know I'm def not PG or lets hope I am and can cancel that appt too!

fairysnuff · 10/10/2007 11:31

oh no, what crappy awful news excitable
That AF really is an awful witch

debinaustria · 10/10/2007 11:33

Oh Exciteable , I'm so sorry, about your BFN and then AF arriving, but look on the bright side, at least you know that your cycles are spot on, much easier to plan everything!

Enjoy your wine and cheese

Deb

Aw Pixie you're my CYCLE BUDDY!!! I've never had a cycle buddy before!!!

Yah boo to the old witch she is ugly and has B.O.

Excitable is back to old self again!

They do talk a load of balony at the doctor's, don't they. If they don't know, they should just say they don't know. I can have my jab on Saturday now I'm not pg and not likely to be by Saturday. That's quite good, actually, 'cos it means I'm unlikely to get a cold this year. That would be curtains for me, cos I have chronic asthma. So you see, everything happens for a reason.

Off to boil my mooncup and eat cheese at home. Anyone else got a mooncup and love it as much as me?

spookykitty · 10/10/2007 12:54

Excitable - sorry about AF turning up that happened to me too I think the evil old bag waits around the corner gets you to do a pregnancy test then it's BFN then she turns up, anyway join us at the top of the list another month another cycle. When I was ttc #1 I had a chemical pregnancy in May then in August a nasty woman across the desk from me at work announced she was about 15 weeks pregnant so she was due about 3 days before my due date if that baby had stuck she was one of those "I'm the first woman ever to get pregnant aren't I great" types as well, anyway I got pregnant in the November she went on maternity leave in December.

pixie - sorry about AF getting you too

digitalgirl · 10/10/2007 13:38

Glad you're back to your old self again excitable! Hope TEW doesn't outstay her welcome, just enough to see you through the cheese and wine.

Have just eaten the world's biggest sandwich. If I'm not PG I certainly look it. Right, have lots of work to be getting on with today, does furious typing burn calories?

Shazza2002 · 10/10/2007 13:44

It's good excitable the way you always put things into perspective and look at the positive.

I'm hoping furious typing does burn calories, as that's what I do all day, mainly on MSN moaning about other people in the office

ladylush · 10/10/2007 18:56

Excitable - sorry about the evil - -bitch- -witch turning up Enjoy the wine and cheese though

SK - glad teb left you. She is still with me so I am considering taking out an injunction to prevent her coming anywhere near me again. I wish! Actually, have to be careful what I wish for cos don't want to go thru menopause just yet!

ladylush · 10/10/2007 18:57

bitch doh, that's how you do it. LL's first time using the strike out feature

TheMuppetMuggle · 10/10/2007 19:05

Hello All

Excitable Sorry to see AF has arrived, enjoy your soft cheese, wine & choc tonite
SK How are you today?
MTW Hi Cycle Buddy, tbh we have Bd'd once this month, either to tired or finishing work late. but last month we BD'd every other day, including when AF was around

And i think i should find out when our flu Jabs are, as i've still got that bloody cold around and got back ache.
I sat in my friend chris's new hot tub today, was totally fabulous, although need a longer lay with wine or Champers next time.
In the real cold winters month we have the indoor heated swimming pool to keep us going!! (yes my friend & ex boyfriend is wealthy) we are still close and get on great.
was nice to go and relax for an hr

ladylush · 10/10/2007 19:11

muppetmuggle I am so - especially the heated pool.

GardenAngel4 · 10/10/2007 19:13

excitable aww rats. What a pants day. But I admire your resilience, you are an example to us all!

har confusing symptoms indeed....did you find out anymore........?

Lots of baby dust to everyone.....

* **
Tomorrow is another day.

ladylush · 10/10/2007 19:19

yes but today is still today

ladylush · 10/10/2007 19:29

I will be so mega hacked off if it doesn't happen this month. I WANT A BABY

GardenAngel4 · 10/10/2007 19:36

ladylush · 10/10/2007 19:44

Held to ransome by our reproductive system

Excitable · 10/10/2007 20:24

Excitable is full of cheese and wine and having a very nice time, thank you very much. I've been buoyed up by my friends (that's you, by the way and now I've managed to get you down with my depression today. Oh dear - this won't do at all! All these faces - no, no, no, I say! We are better than this, ladies.

I return the favour and raise my glass to you - come on, clink glasses - that's it. You know when my Mum (the mum I haven't told I'm ttc) did this, she had no such thing as MN, she just had this secret burning a hole in her everyday. We have the luxury of each other and it's great. [hic]

xxxxxx

fairysnuff · 10/10/2007 20:39

You'll be singing songs next excitable

Good to see you in good spirits ( is red wine a spirit) Anyway, I always prefer a face with a smile on it to a frown, anyday.

I nearly lost my purse today, I was beginning to think things were out to get me, when the police phoned me to say it had been handed in.

So I did lose it really but a nice shop owner found it and did a good deed for the day.
So, now I feel like I have gained £15. I thought I only had £15 in it, turned out I had £30.
Although, I had just cancelled my card, so not so good, considering our mail right now.
Ah well, at least I have my purse.

And cramps, do you think..., could they possibly be...implantation ones????

Excitable · 10/10/2007 20:47
