TTC October - bring on the spooky BFP's part 2

Ladies the thread got too big so I have started a new one hope you don't mind, I will cart the list and the tonnes of baby dust over in a minute.......................

Oh, Chez, forgot to say that if your baby's born on your anniversary, you'll never have that time for the two of you again. Better to have the lo a month later, I reckon!

I know I've only just joined this thread but would love to keep this one going, bit scary joining another.

As you all know 1st month off pill, just wanting to see what happens on a 'normal' month. Had pains since Monday which would be CD13 so after reading what everybody has said I convinced myself if was OV pains, but still got them today which is CD18, didn't think OV could last that long so who know's what's going on.

Any ideas, if there's an answer I'm sure one of you will know it

The problem is - there's no answer - there's just your body and my body and all these ladies' bodies doing crazy things to throw us. It seems to be red herring after red herring (note to self: sticking red herring up there did not work)

Have you had pains before AF while you were on the pill?

OK ladies when this list has 1000 messages we will just have one TTC board that everyone can be on and you never get kicked off of until that lovely BFP turns up.

Not much happening here EW still here DP off for a 21 mile run this morning so I'm having a bit of time on here before starting the housework (DDs are enthralled in Something Special)

I did a big Boots Christmas order yesterday which cheered me up (great 3 for 2's) and you get 1500 free points if you spend ove £125, need to hide everything well from DD1 though.

Shazza - my OV pains are like sharp stabbings in one side of my groin lasting about 2-3 hours only but everyone is different.

ladylush - so sorry to hear about your loss x

Piggleychez - sorry AF got you onto next month, I used CBD opks last month to see if I was in working order after the mc. I liked getting the as well, got mine CD15 of a 27 day cycle. I think they are great but wouldn't use them every cycle I think they can stress you out as well.

Chez sorry to hear af has caught up with you. I felt exactly the same last month revulation so I've started taking my temps and recording them on fertilityfriend.com. Debs did the same and it certainly worked for her!!! I'm just using this month as a trial so that I can plan future months better. Like you, I want to see that my body is working normally (had a funny feeling that it wasn't) and it seems to be - had all my ov pains and ewcm at same time as a temp shift so all good so far!!!

DG think I ov'ed on Mon 1st (helpful to keep track of what day I'm on!!) so effectively 6dpo. Think I was just being snotty to be honest! Have a really sore throat this a.m so maybe it was a cold coming through.....

Working it out... our romantic trip to Paris should conicide with ovualtion. DH joked that If it works out well for us then we can jump on the celeb bandwagon naming thier child where you concieved and name it Paris.

Pigley - your on testing on Halloween it is am v about your trip to Paris, I've been quite a bit with work and a few times with DP haven't been for about 5 years though (thats what having DC does to you!) Enjoy!

Hi Girls, our computer has been broken for 2 & 1/2 weeks so haven't been on m/n, the Engineer has been out 4 times and sort of fixed it, but were still having a few problems! I will be getting my own lap top soon (because we are swopping over to AOL) I can't wait, I will be able to join in with you ladies more often
congrats to all who have recently got BFP's!
I ovulated on day 20 after my last M/C and am now up to 9 days past "O" I should be "due on" on Thursday 11th or Friday 12th October, not showing any signs of anything yet, just a nasty case of thrush! We have been TTC for 14 months and although I have managed to become pregnant twice in that time. I have M/C on both occassions in March and september.
I spent a few hours at our local hospital last night as my youngest son who is nearly 3 broke out in a horrible very red rash, any way I told the Dr that my husband had given him a few peanuts the day before and I was worried it may be a reaction, the hosp don't really know what it is but they gave him some piriton and said bring him back if his face starts to swell or he has trouble breathing!! anyway he is being a little monkey today "fighting" with his brothers, so apart from this horrible rash he seems ok! Hope everyone has a lovely day, I must go now I need to go to sainsburys to get a pessary for my thrush!!

sorry to hear about your ds rash - poor thing. Sounds like he's on the mend though if he's fighting Thrush is yuk isn't it. I get it everytime I have anti-biotics.

Lol chez - didn't notice your spelling of Eiffel (don't even know if I've spelt it right - french v poorI meant you could call your conceived baby eiffel instead of Paris

My grandad was heavily involved in campaigning to keep the Irish language going, hence the tribute (he wasn't involved with Sinn Fein or the IRA!)
