Hey girls as we are about to get thrown out of our thread I have started a new one so we can continue manically looking for EWCM, sore (.)(.)s and orange feet whilst chanting 'in with love, out with BFNs'.

Come on over/in

OMG I completley missed DG's post

extra symptom:

being a dippy mo

Sorry DG really glad it went well for you at the Dr's I got a similar reaction off My GP when I got to the point and said "oi you I want a refferal" Well done, I'm really pleased your getting somewhere. Your DH is so considerate booking your appointment for you. Let me know how it goes.

I too am also resigned to the fact that it may take a few more months. Although I seem overcome with symptoms already. Maybe I'm just comming down with something?

pixie04 · 05/11/2007 12:38

Before I came off the pill I think I had a phantom PG. I had all the early symptoms that lasted weeks I was convinced I was PG except for all the BFN's, a few weeks after the symptoms went away I kept feeling a strange feeling low down in my tummy. Just above my pubic bone I was getting the feeling of bubbles moving inside, very hard to discribe it went on for about a week and my friend who had recently had a baby told me what I was describing to her was exactly what she got at about 16wks and she realised it was the baby moving. It lasted about a week on and off (evening's mainly) then one day it just stopped and I felt very sad... so came off the pill and started ttc

Sorry for another mega post just thought I'd share my little story.

07mumstheword · 05/11/2007 12:41

Pixie GG Sarahnh The symptoms are looking really good, lets hope you get BFP's to confirm it!

DG I'm so pleased to hear you got on well this morning and you have a few tricks up your sleeve to try now. You are sounding very positive and rational, well done you as most of us seem to be raving TTC nutters!

coolkat · 05/11/2007 15:54

Afternoon ladies, No rant today!

Here's hoping all these signs lead to BFP's!
GG, PIXIE amd Sarahn. I know how you all feel as you begin to doubt why/whether you feel like this and perhaps before TTC we all ignored any symptoms of periods and suff (Does that make sense!?)

Any way just a quick one off to make pork chops and trimmings got to keep the DH happy!!.... Bye

coolkat · 05/11/2007 15:54

suff = stuff!

sarahnh · 05/11/2007 16:08

exactly coolkat, i was just thinking the very same thing!!! i am sick of obsessing and think if nothing happens this month ( which i kinda off feel won't!) then i am going to deliberately not symptoms spot cos it just gets your hopes up and can put you in a rotten mood which i am in right now!!

beaniesteve · 05/11/2007 17:18

I think I just over excited my boyfriend because I said I am feeling weird. I'm on about day 22, my cycle is usually 25-26 days. I do have a strange taste in my mouth and some sharp pains in my breasts.

One thing I am not sure about though.... Cervical mucus.

Last night I felt like my period was starting because I was all wet... very thin creamy white very liquid discharge. Is this a normal part of a woman's cycle or something more pregnancy related. or have I ovulated late maybe?

beaniesteve · 05/11/2007 17:20

should I be drinking grapefruit juice?

beaniesteve · 05/11/2007 17:22

someone mentioned being very hungry... I read you can get a loss of apitite ... what's the true early sign?

superblastofflips · 05/11/2007 17:23

Beanie - why dont you have the test now?

ClairePO · 05/11/2007 18:33

Some very good symptoms [] everything crossed for you all!

I'm 4dpo and I have no symptoms and time is dragging sooooooo much.

libralady · 05/11/2007 19:17

Where's the reset button gone? My threads are getting long and I reset them so I know where I read up to in the past!

mylittleeloise · 05/11/2007 19:26

well i have decided that the evil witch must be on her way to visit, had 3 hours ish of on-off af style cramps today and my tummy looks like someone has been at it with a bike pump, size 8 jeans changed for 10 and now dh as peed off to pub.....again

07mumstheword · 05/11/2007 21:44

beaniesteve Sounds like good symptoms especially the CM, I think it can go like that when PG You've got nice short cycles like Superlips says you could test now or tomorrow using a 4 day early test? Goodluck.

ClairePO I'm only CD9 and the dragging is unbearable! Next week I'll be on 2WW so God knows how that is going to drag this month!

mylittleeloise I'm just you could get into a size 8. I've just spent 30 minutes exercising to hold on to my size 12, I will not go up another size, I will loose weight before Christmas so I can put it all back on again!

mylittleeloise · 05/11/2007 22:43

right i am really confused now, i should be 10 ish dpo, and today ive had signs that TEW is on her way and now i dont no what to think, been to the loo and got EWCM
(sorry TMI)not a great deal but thats what it is, could anyone please tell me WTF is going on down there

sarahnh · 06/11/2007 07:25

morning ladies, well as per pixie's advice i took a pgt this am but again it was BFN . i reckon that my body must be pretty messed about, giving me all these weird and wonderful symptoms!! i now resolve not to test again until at least the weekend unless TEW rears her ugly head before then! I kinda of know that i'm not pg now as our bd'ing definitely tailed off a while ago as i was convinced that this month i would have a short cycle!

ClairePO · 06/11/2007 07:55

So sorry Sarah fingers crossed that its just too early to test. Don't forget if you have EWCM his little swimmers can survive in there for a few days so even if you didn't time just right you may still be lucky.

I have to confess we stopped doing it when I knew I had ov'd last week according to my chart and DP is a bit about that but in my defence we had my niece visiting at the weekend and I am not doing it with a 16 year old in the next room LOL

07mumstheword · 06/11/2007 08:19

Sorry sarahnh the mind and body can be so confusing

ClairePO lol at bd'ing tailed off after OV. Sometimes we can just run out of steam! Having your niece next door is 100% valid excuse - but if it had been your OV time would you have snuck one in? (oops that sounds awful)

digitalgirl · 06/11/2007 11:15

hello all,

sarah sorry for BFN. hope you get an answer soon.

mle you can get EWCM just before AF, I had it the day before I got mine. but i hear it's also a pg symptom! My rule of thumb is to BD whenever you get EWCM - just in case. Stops you from kicking yourself when AF arrives two weeks later!

CD10, lowest temp ever this morning, low and hard cervix....then just got EWCM. Think this is the first of many random patches of EWCM so will not be getting my hopes up as I am able to read the other signs. Will not stop me glugging grapefruit juice and jumping on DH when I get home (after a night out with the girls).
Who knows, I may even go for a run tomorrow morning in order to speed up my metabolism.

pixie04 · 06/11/2007 12:16

Morning ladies,

sarahnh Sorry you got a BFN I was convinced it would be a BFP. The body is a strange thing.

Well I have more symptoms:

Extreame Tiredness (I was in bed asleep last night at 7.30pm! and I slept right through till this morning.)

Being Thick (I locked myself out of the house this morning so DP had to come home from work to let me in)

I don't feel very sick today though not like yesterday. Nip's are still sore which is dragging on a bit but so did ov pain so who knows

I could only be max of 8 DPO is that too early to get symptoms or is it more likley I have a bit of a bug???

sarahnh · 06/11/2007 12:26

hey pixie, they do sound like great symptoms so got fingers crossed. I was very gutted this morning but now for some unknown reason i am in a very happy mood .. no reason why i think because i have been obsessing it has really got me down so now i have convinced myself i am definitely not pg i feel happier in a very weid way, like a weight has been lifted... although if i was pg i would be the happiest girlie in the world but i just don't think this month is my month!!! definitely might be for you tho!xx

mylittleeloise · 06/11/2007 12:44

well i got some ebay cheepies in the post today and did 2 and got very faint bfp just trying to keep my feet on the ground at the min till i can go buy a cbd.
OMG i cant believe it

pixie my symptoms were prety much non existant part from lots of cm and just over the past 2 days i could sleep for a week so i think its looking very positive for you

Bucky2007 · 06/11/2007 12:49

Afternoon all.

Still no egg a'hatchin here by all accounts.... gryffingirl I'm a bit like that too, rather than becoming more obsessed with eating, taking supplements, not drinking to aid fertility I am returning to my debauched lifestyle ever increasingly . At least you take the folic acid, I can't even find mine. I think it got burgled .

Keeping my fingers crossed for you Sarah, but glad you feel better in your new state of mind .

DG what does it mean when you have a low temp? Don't know anything about temping except you get a high temp when the egg is about to hatch.

Pixie sounds promising so far. I don't think 8 dpo is too early doesn't implantation start around then, or before... I should know that one, good thing this isn't an exam.

I am rushed off my feet at work...need to do some more BDing the egg has to hatch soon surely!! CD17!

ClairePO · 06/11/2007 13:00

Congrats mylittleeloise fab news!!! What signs did you have that TEW was on way because they must have been early pg signs! SO annoying that they are the same LOL

Pixie they sound very positive signs. I think that as soon as hormone is there you can get signs even if hormone very faint? And if implantation can be 7-10 or a few days on either side as it says on fertility friends then it could be symptoms. Fingers crossed they are anyway.

MTW yes if it had been ov time we would have done it with niece in next bedroom just v v quietly

Waves back to Bucky I like being at home during the day (am working at home today) as it means I can mumsnet without IT snooping on me. Odd that your burglars took your folic acid, maybe they were ttc too? You need to add a new pack onto your insurance claim LOL!
