Hey girls as we are about to get thrown out of our thread I have started a new one so we can continue manically looking for EWCM, sore (.)(.)s and orange feet whilst chanting 'in with love, out with BFNs'.

Come on over/in

DG I wouldn't read too much into things like 40day cycles meaning no ovulation, see what doc says. The internet is great but also so full of stuff that is worng. I hope this new opportunity turns out OK, sound slike you want it so I hope this is your month and he's cool with it, can't you speed process of getting contract along?

MTW I do love the symbol you all use for boobs, makes me laugh everytime, I must be quite childish. I think I must be the only person in world who dreads boobs getting bigger, I seriously wonder if I do get pregnant if I'd get maternity bras in my size. And I hate them being so big and that is heartfelt. I wish i could wear nicer tops. Anyway get DH to check size, my DP noticed mine were bigger with pregnancy before I did!

clairepo got partner to look, feel and wobble (.)(.) LOL and he agrees they feel bigger! No idea what this means but at least it's not just my imagination.

07mumstheword · 18/10/2007 08:44

DG Sorry meant to say they should have PG tests there. My first was unplanned and although having done a few home PG tests my now DH wouldn't believe it until I got a piece of paper from the doctor, she was kind enough to do a test for me. So you could save your CB. You could always pop you CB in your handbag & take it to the appt just in case?

pixie04 · 18/10/2007 11:16

Digitalgirl Don't let the other threads get to you, I thought that I didn't ovulate on my 71 day cyle but now realise that all the PG symptoms I had were in fact ovulation symptoms as two weeks after those symptoms started AF arrived. You did have an LH surge and you did have ovulation symptoms a few days later which is a good sign. My last cycle was 35 days which is only 5 days shorter than yours and I ovulated. Don't read to much into it. Ask the doc about PCOS and problems with ovulation and push for as many tests as you can because knowing what's going on is always best but don't let other people's non medical opinions get you down! >

PS Google has an evil side so beware. [suspicious emoticon]

digitalgirl · 18/10/2007 11:51

Thanks ladies,
This thread feels like home to me! Anyway, still no symptoms today, but I did have a weird dream last night that I could feel my uterus and fallopian tubes through my skin...was a bit freaky. Could also feel something in the uterus! Was very very strange. I've had a dream like that a few weeks ago, but this was in much more detail. It's obviously affected me a lot more than I thought.

I'm going to ask the doctor about hormone tests, PCOS, and anything else that could cause long cycles (and will take my hpt in with me just in case). Thanks everyone for all the support!

mtw & CPO have also intsructed DH to keep an eye on (.)(.) to let me know if they change in size!

dg x

pixie04 · 18/10/2007 12:32

DG shall we do the stealth morning wee carrying again? Go on take a sample you know you want to...

digitalgirl · 18/10/2007 14:20

where does one purchase a wee holder?

spookykitty · 18/10/2007 15:32

CD15 for me so back on the 2ww although got a positive on the ebay opks this morning, same day as last month.

DG - I have a special pee container (up here we call wee pee and wee means small lol) it's a small jug that came with a new iron. much easier to pee into then on the stick IMO. DD1 does ask "Mummy whats that juice?"

Oh and 3 days before I had a BFP with DD1 I dreamt I saw a test with two blue lines, you never know you body knows before you do!!!!

pixie04 · 18/10/2007 15:42

Hi SK I love getting a positive on OPK's don't you? It's nice to see what a positive looks like when I keep getting negative HPT's, good luck for your 2ww. I hope you get your BFP x

DG not sure what you could use, I nicked a load of plastic cups from my work's water cooler for OPK testing but I don't know what you could use to take it to the docs. I suppose you need a cup with a lid hmmmm.... not really sure sorry.

digitalgirl · 18/10/2007 16:58

am popping to boots to get some sort of shampoo travel container. m u s t r e s i s t buying more hpts.

pixie04 · 18/10/2007 17:42

DG Don't do it! Stay away from the HPT's LOL

Bucky2007 · 18/10/2007 17:52

Just popping in to say hi. Hope everything goes well at the docs tomorrow dg. I have super sensitive (.)(.)s am starting to believe that they are more sensitive than last month

Am really busy trying to sort out all the insurance/police/security stuff. I keep finding more and more missing .

DG I've been thinking we should maybe have RL lunch when you are at home and anyone else local is invited too of course...It would be nice to put a face(s) to a 'name(s)'? Where is everyone else based?

OP posts:
pixie04 · 18/10/2007 18:21

I'm based in North Hampshire, where are you Bucky? How are things going by the way? Is DH home yet?

DG good luck for tomorrow will be thinking of you.

digitalgirl · 18/10/2007 20:05

didn't make it to boots in time so may try holding it! Still no symptoms and no AF so I already feel very justified in going to docs on CD42. Looking down my top, bra looks unimpressively baggy so no change there am jealous of those with sore (.)(.)s

bucky lunch sounds fabulous. My weekdays off are flexible (unless I've got a meeting in) so let me know when's good for you. have you got an email address i can contact you on? I would post mine but it has my name in it and what with recent job offers etc don't want to risk it.
Hope the insurance lot cough up soon so you can get back to normal.

pixie do you work full-time or can you get the train into londinium during the week?

Excitable · 18/10/2007 20:26

Maybe you could take it in your cupped hands DG Sorry, that's disgusting. slaps own hands.

Am of your meet-up. I am in Lancaster and have no chance of taking leave in the week until December. Stupid job.
You can print out one of the photos from my profile and make up excitable things that I might say, though - you have my permission!

Had a shit day at work today, but DH is doing a sterling job of reminding me why I married him. He's done the washing up and he's just poured me a glass of wine, so I'm off to drink it. Now he's spoiling it a little by deliberately dancing like Ian Brown... but only a little....

digitalgirl · 18/10/2007 20:31

excitable lol cup of pee! sorry you had a rubbish day at work, your DH sounds like a diamond. my dh is currently cooking me fish pie

I used to work in a nearly all female team, was a bloody nightmare sometimes. Too many eating disorders in one room

Bucky2007 · 18/10/2007 20:45

Well I have an eating disorder, its called blo*dy gluttony....I haven't been running much (just too busy and the nights are drawing in) and I usually go months without chocolate and I am muching chocolate and biscuits everyday . Needless to say I am getting rounder. Hmm might have something to do with chest increase .

dg i will give you my secret alias email address, and then when you email I will give you my real one! Wouldn't want my cover to be blown...LOL like telling everything about myself hasn't done that, but hey people could google couldn't they? am I paranoid or what?? Anyway its [email protected]

Bucky2007 · 18/10/2007 20:53

Pixie I live in Hertfordshire but I work in North London where DG lives. I'm sure we can sort something out though, North Hampshire isn't that far. Where's Gryffingirl gone? She's in London too.

07mumstheword · 19/10/2007 08:55

DG I use an IKEA plastic childs up! They come in packs of about 10 so DD wont miss one? It's in the bathroom cupboard with tests when I open the cupboard door loads of HPT's fall out I hope you get on ok at the doctors today, look forward to hearing about it.

of your meet up. I'm in Bristol so no chance for me.

Went to Doctors yesterday and as I expected she said my two Chemical Pregnancies are just incredibly bad luck. She said that if I have another one they will do some simple blood tests to check everything is ok.

As for testing early (I have been testing on day AF is due so technically not early) she said that is down to my mental state. Didn't want to tell her I'm a completely obsessed loon so said well I seem to be coping quite well! It's best to test as if I get a third mc then they'll do tests but not best to test if it devestates me. Catch 22 then! I'm going to keep testing because AF is devestgation enough and I'd rather know if there is a problem.

Anyway I just need to be positive. I'm CD 19 and it seems like an age before I can test and my (.)(.) seem to have gone back to normal. I had funny cramps yesterday and thought AF maybe coming early and TMI alert I felt very wet down below but each time I looked at the tissue - nothing. Only time will tell!

Hope your all ok. x

pixie04 · 19/10/2007 09:20

07MTW sorry about your chemical pregnancies, this ttc business is so hard sometimes.

DG unfortunatley I do work full time and generally between 8am - 7pm Monday to Saturday. I do love my job but get very little time off which is a shame. You and Bucky have fun at your meet up though x So how did the doc's go?

GryffinGhoul · 19/10/2007 11:05

I'm here, I'm here! I have been stuck at work and with nothing much to report here. CD 9 today, so gearing up for next week and getting DH in stamina training . I have decided to change my name for Hallow'een - whaddaya think?

IHurrah for a meet up RL lunch. I am in Central London - I work in the City and live near Paddington, so very handy for getting about. I have just skimmed the thread, where and when?! ...maybe we should have it before the 2WW so we will be allowed wine

PennyBenjamin · 19/10/2007 12:03

Morning all, just popping in from the October thread to ask a quick question - could bleeding gums be a symptom?

Am now about 5 days dpo, and brushed my teeth this morning to find lots of blood when I spat! (Sorry for TMI)

If it's not a symptom, guess I'd better go to the dentist!
