Hey all - hope you don't mind if I join?
I've been keeping up to date on the last couple of threads but not posting. Thought it would be a good time as there's a new one and I have just started a new cycle.

Bit of background - I'm on CD2 of Cycle #3 TTC following a MC in December. This will be baby number 2 as I have a little girl who is 2.5.

Fingers crossed for June! 🤞

Been catching up from not checking in since Friday!!!
A few asked about exercise and running, I have been running 3 times a week but did take it easy over last few days as I'm a week into my TWW and as its really hot I didn't want to dihydrate myself. I have a heart rate chest strap so ensure it doesn't go higher than 160. I still went out on a 3.5 hr bike ride and went swimming in the lake. Yoga and body strength stuff also good. Have cut out hard interval sessions for the TWW.

also congrats on the first couple of BFP, how exciting!! You are all tempting me to test this week but going to try my best to wait 🙈

Hi @VP91x 👋 definitely temped, set up the bus then went back to sleep, how is AF treating you? Hopefully it's over soon and you can get back to fertile week, we seem to alternate when one of us is in TWW the other is starting their cycle xx

@SmileyT thank you. It’s a funny one this one, I was ready to try pre-seed (didn’t happen) I started seed cycling this month, but I also want to tell people not to loose hope if you don’t have sex during ovulation. Me and my partner did the deed on a Sunday then I got a peak cb Tuesday night but we had a little tiff and had no more sex (don’t worry it only lasted a few nights and we are all good now, he was just stressed about his health) but it shows you only need one. Oh and I never got a peak on my opk’s only cb. Hopefully it’s a sticky bean and I can get really excited in a week or so. I’m a worrier so trying to remain positive x

Feeling ok this morning, managed not to do any symptom spotting as I don't have any, and plenty of medical stuff to distract me, but only half of the first week has gone so... no medals yet

@Minster2012 thank you for the reply yesterday RE migraines! It’s a relief that you’re safe to take them in pregnancy. I also take 100mg sumatriptan and ibuprofen for an attack , so at least the suma can stay. They’re awful aren’t they! I get clusters of 12-14 days in a row then a clear week or 2. Have done since a teenager. Propranolol helping though the odd cluster sneaks through!

@SmileyT haha, always a good idea to get that extra sleep! Yeah I'm alright today, got that awful back ache that comes with the first couple of days but I'm going to get back into my exercise today properly. Get those endorphins going for a happy (fertile) month!

Yes I was pleased @watermelonwizard ppl don’t know how crippling they are unless they suffer! No I got told it was ok though to double check with my migraine clinic but I never got as far as that as MC & tbh I haven’t seen them in years now
