Bring on the October BFP's

At the risk of jinxing myself by starting this thread I'm hoping it's actually quite therapeutic to let go of September. The next few weeks are all about bd'ing and for those in the same boat, we can start looking forward to an October full of BFPs.

After a 41 day cycle I'm back to CD1, anyone else care to join me?

Morning all I fell down the stairs this morning (only the last 4)so I have a sore backside. Some clear fluid ran down my legs when it happened (sorry if tmi )so I convinced myself I must have m/c even though I haven't even got a bfp cos I'm only on CD20

Apart from going insane the only other symptoms I have are exhaustion (probably due to working and a 3 yr old who doesn't sleep well)and tingly breasts. Could well be normal PMS. I read that it gets worse with age. I certainly didn't get breast tenderness when I was younger. In fact I think it's only appeared since I had ds.

Ow wow - another BFP!! Congrats MTW! This is all starting to feel a bit real.

I am CD 16, so will have another last bash (unfortunate choice of words) at the BD lottery tonight before I go to my PILs at for the weekend tomorrow.

Already secretly symptom spotting, but don't even feel all that tired. What is the official starting CD day of the 2ww? Am in it yet, or am I still in with a chance? My maths is rubbish, didn't realise I'd need it for this!

Excitable - I would count the dreaed 2 ww as the day after you ovulate so if you have a 28 day cycle, CD14 is ov day then CD15 to AF or BFP is the 2ww although for some of us who are insane and impatient we test way before AF is due.

Right better get DD1 from nursery

Fairysnuff I have just moved here 6 months ago from Ross-shire my Mum has moved down here as well and she was in Orkney.

TS I dont know when I will test not officially due till the 3rd so if nothing then I think I will go for it unless Im starting to get any symptoms and I will cave in before.

Have washing machine stomach today, and when I was in the shower my nips felt as though they were being pelted by hailstones(in my imagination as dont really know how that would feel) my nails are also growing quicker which happend before, I dont have nails apart from when Im pg for some strange reason.

Deb I'll be late on monday, still feel sick and exhausted today, is doing my head in, DP is getting worried and think i should see the dr as been feeling like it for past week but told him see how i feel next week and if get BFP we know why - i suffered with morning sickness till i was 16 weeks with DD if BFN i'll still go and see the dr.
Other than that things are okay here.
I'm sure i had milky CM a few days ago what does that mean again??

MN is drawing me back in. And my sympton spotting is driving me crazy.

Last week had EWCM from Wed onwards and was woken up by a pain that felt like it was a little higher than period pain and nearer my back. I was convinced that it was an ovulation pain.

But didn't feel sexy at all at the weekend. BD'd anyway, just to be sure EWCM hasn't left me, more than a week later and now I feel REALLY sexy. So when did I ovulate, last week or this week?

What do you reckon girls? I'm really confused...

i'm on CD20 and think having short cycle, have tested this morning and got a very faint line, got DH to look at it and he could see it to, bit early so will try again on sunday.

does anyone know if a line is a line?? it was an extra sensitive test?

I still feel sick but no other symptoms, so I think I just feel sick.

Thanks sqonk, just ordered some more tests so will wait for them to arrive. Fingers crossed for you.

Tigger 13 - I'm a fine one to talk as last time I did 9 tests and DH did 2 (both his were negative) but if I learned one thing a line is a line & a positive is a positive. This time I have done one FR and one CBD tests both positive, I like to see the word "Pregnant" that the CBD gives you as there is no question!

Your faint line sounds very positive!

sorry to hijack but tigger, if there is a line it means there is hcg, therefore my dear, you are pregnant.

Squonk am going to try my best to hold off, i think DP is more anxious than me to find out!!

My symptoms are sickness and feeling sooo tired. and no AF back ache so can't be to bad!!

I do feeel a bit pregnant and had some cramoing poss bedding in pains a week ago and feeling bit tender in the boob department.

was very excited this morning but now trying to be cautious as bit early yet.

muppetmuggle - sounds good that you're still feeling sick and tired. I don't feel as sick today.CM is also a positive sign!!

Tigger, all I can say is everytime I have tested and had even the minutest line, I have been pregnant (12 wks with no3 atm) Afaik, all pregnancy tests work on HCG, which is only present in your urine after conception, the amount gets larger the further gone you are and as a result the line gets darker. I'd probably have done a million more tests by now if I was you!

Muppet - don't know really, argued with dh this morning about something really trivial, then went off and cried. We're fine now but I still feel very sad today. I was feeling so pregnant, then my temperature started to go down again and I don't feel sick...
Also a bit worried about tomorrow - I'm on a German course from 9-4, for the next 4 Saturdays. I think my head might explode from the concentration or I'll get the shakes from not being able to get on MN!!

And a german course, i can't spk the queens english as it is let alone learning another language lol!!

I just hope if i am PG then morning sickness doesn't last till 16weeks, as thats when it wore off when pregnant with Darcie

Muppet 16 weeks for MS is good going, DS I was the full nine months DD was 6 months remind me why I want to do this again??

Yay 2 more graduates! I second the 'line is a line' advice, I only got a very faint line using those First Response test and now have a lively 2.7yr old!

All these BFP are making me want to test, I have one of the Clear Blue Tests but that's my 'posh' pregnancy test so i'm saving it

On the psychosomatic symptom front i'm now experiencing mild sickness and heartburn, not long to go!

Have you managed to resist testing yet sweetkitty?? If you test early then I know I will as well

Tigger - looks good to me I have used Asda cheapies before and had v v faint lines CDB was positive I agree a line is a line. Test again tomorrow morning first wee of the day.

muppet - hello to you x I've been feeling a bit sick the past 2 days think it's nerves or something as I don't get symptoms.

calebsmum - I am majorly debating doing a test on Sunday morning will be CD24 by then (cycle is usually 28 days and that will be 10dpo I used opks) thing is I'm scared it's BFN then I will be gutted I know delaying testing isn't going to turn a BFN into a BFP and better to know I suppose. I have had BFP's on CD24 before.

I swear I come on here my boobs start tingling and I feel sick, it's not good I'm making up symptoms here

Chemical pregnancy, I had heard of them, but don't really know anthing about them, thanks for the info SK.

Don't know if that will make DH feel any better, a fertilised egg is still a baby in the making to him

Well done to the BFP's!! Yup, a ine is a line. But reckon I would defo be out for one of those CBD's so I could see it in writing!!
