Bring on the October BFP's

At the risk of jinxing myself by starting this thread I'm hoping it's actually quite therapeutic to let go of September. The next few weeks are all about bd'ing and for those in the same boat, we can start looking forward to an October full of BFPs.

Afternoon ladies just checcking in CD19 on the 2ww for me.

Foghorn - thought it was you, yes I have 18 months between DD1 and DD2, DD2 is 20 months now. I had a mc last month if that one would have stuck DD2 would have been just over 2 when it was born, now she will be about 2 1/2 and DD1 nearly 4. I love the 18 month gap personally it's better now DD2 is walking and erm fighting with DD1. I think having 3 is hard no matter how long a gap you leave I want them all to be close and I'm not getting any younger either.

bucky & abby, sorry you're both back at the top. i'm sure it won't be too long till you start getting lost in the middle.

am definitely going to limit my MN addiction now. tried really hard not to get obsessive about lack of egg as I know it will only delay it. taking comfort in the fact that it could still turn up between now (CD18) and CD21 for me to still have a 'normal' cycle i.e 31 days. but i booked an appt with docs for monday to ask for a referrel for blood tests to check LH and FSH (?) levels. can't hurt to set my mind at ease.

started crying for no reason last night in bed, dh soon made me feel better (bless him). i think it's the same dip i got last time mid-cycle. trying to remain positive, but happy hormones are running low...anyone else get unhappy just before or just after ovulation?

Digital Girl, I get really anxious and teary around ovulation time.

We are a house of sickness at the mo! Took DS to the doctors and he has tonsilitus (sp) she said as i'm feeling dizzy and a little out of it i'm either
A. Pregnat
or
B have some fluid behind my ear drum!

Know which one i'm hoping for, also to add to my ever expanding list of symptoms is sore boobs! Right pregnant tests at the ready

Please excuse me today but my positive meter is through the roof. CD24, 10DPO, with 8 days till possible AF and I haven't any normal preAF symptoms. NONE! I actually feel great. A bit tired after sleeping with DD for two restless nights but nothing to complain about. This is EXCELLENT! By now for the past 6 cycles I've had loads of preAF/pregnancy sypmptoms. WOW!! Again I apologize but I've been trying for such a long time now.

abby & Bucky, sorry that your back to cd1, that af is a b**ch sometimes.
I'm just waiting for the inevitable...again....I am having af symptoms on and off so not getting excited. Not sure of my cycle length as I ov'd on cd20, and I don't know if this is normal for me as it was the first month using persona. The waiting is sooooooo hard, this month more than the others.....I hope loveverona & Libralady are doing better than me....

Debinaustria - sorry - this is dh's name for it and I'm not sure how many other people call it anything like this... but it is when, like a dog, you can smell what the people across the street are having for lunch. Not always nice. Fish counters and pooey parks were no-go areas for me in my last pg [bleurgh emoticon]

I have been up at 4am for a pee last 3 nights and needing to pee all the time during day. Convincing myself could be pregnant although only CD21 and dont think have BDed enough this month.
I had Dog nose with DD1 although didnt call it that!! Can be awful sitting having lunch with people if they got smelly lunch!

Well i still feel totally shattered and felt really sick this morning although now subsided abit, as was 25 day cycle last month am now on CD 20 so 4 days to go

Whats the weather like where everyone else is, its it bucketing it down here with Thunder &Lightening to, Hail stones the size of golf balls to!

Am going to enjoy a nice hot (but not to hot) bath tonite.

Muggle - it's freezing but sunny here, I got a thumping sore head and feel utterly shattered I wish I could say it was a pregnancy symptoms but alas it's not just a knackered symptom started a thread on always feeling like c* in the afternoons.

Bucky/abbymeg - sorry you have had to go to the top of the list 1st of October is just around the corner now hopefully first BFP will be coming along soon.

Spink - yes I get dog nose when pregnant cigarette smoke makes me wretch but any strong smells will do it.

welcome appletise and hello to everyone else, off to make the dinner bangers and mash for the DDs and DP, something veggie for me.

AAh I understand now and I got dog nose too with both pregnancies, it was the smell of the fridge when I opened it in the morning that would set me off. (just like to say it was not particularly smelly, just being hyper sensitive when pg)

I think I put my name in the wrong place on the list..... have been on depo for 2 years but came off it in July and decided to start "seeing what happens" about three weeks ago - can anyone tell me what my CD is and what cycle it is?

Squonk CD means Cycle Day. Cycle Day 1 would be the day AF arrives and the count continues each day till AF arrives again starting process over. (AF or Aunt Flo or Period) Then cycle here refers to the number of times you've ttc. Every AF arrival adds another cycle. If you came off depo in July to start ttc the AF that showed up in maybe August could start you on cycle 1. If you then you had another AF in September, that would be cycle 2. Only slightly confusing.

Oh Squonk the one thing to look forward to is being on the END of the list. That's where the ladies wait patiently for their BFPs or TEW (the evil witch aka AF). If TEW gets them they go back to the top. If they get a BFP they happily graduate to the ante-natal thread.

right, now I know what everything means.... AF or TEW hasn't been since I had ds. I presume I don't put CD 853 so should I be at the top or the bottom of the list, as I really have no idea.
