March Is our Month (testing 14th)

Hi Ladies.
Starting a March group.
Our 4th cycle TTC #2. I'm still breastfeeding my son who is 1 this week.
Currently on CD3, expecting to ovulate 26-29th February.
MARCH WILL BE OUR MONTH ✨

Wishing you every success @burntpinky we never manage three days in a row!! I feel very lucky if we dtd every second day in FW so I really have to get the timing right. I'm expecting my easy@home opks to arrive tomorrow so only using clearblue in the mornings this cycle. Just downloaded the Premom app so now an app analysis as well as poas addict 😂

Was convinced Feb was my month... nooo tail end of AF now..
Ovulating around 4th to test on the 18th. So 4 days after but will join you in the pain in the ass wait :(
TTC #1 since Jan 2019

So I’m back for March cycle! Cycle 3. This month I have changed my pre conception vits to just folic acid as I think the pregnacare messed me up last month. I’m also considering being more relaxed with tracking ovulation as my body signs and previous positive opks always fell around my tracker app give or take a day... so might be less stressful just having sex all over fertile week and every second day there after? Rather than testing everyday and stressing over the result. I’m also going to use pre seed again and I have bought a fertility cup to use also!

Planning on testing around the 9th March

Hey all, just checking in. I’m CD7 so we’ll start basically SMEP from tomorrow. Should ovulate next Tuesday/Wednesday. Fingers crossed!

@burntpinky It's not looking great for me this month...my opks are all over the place. Here they are from Cd 5 to today (cd11)
I do feel almost intrigued to see what will happen with them later this weekend.....so I'll just say'to be continued!' 😂
I'm feeling ok tbh about it, not sure if you remember but OH is away on a school trip and won't be back until Sunday which will be cd 16 for me. We will obvs Dtd straight away but what will be will be this month!

@YellowFlower22 yes that does look unusual and I have no advice other than to try when DH gets back. Sorry for forgetting he was away, I can barely remember my name some days! I suppose in a weird way, if you are having an odd cycle then might be preferable to be THIS cycle if DH not around. But I also know how frustrating such a cycle can be.

@RR369 - not too long for you to wait now. I am trying to get through all of this by thinking, if this is my month then technically I’m already 2 weeks pregnant. Daft I know, but I need hope.

We couldn’t be arsed to DTD last night (think ovulated Monday) but did every night since Thursday so hoping we’ve done enough. Have my blood tests Friday so at least that ball will get rolling.

Has anyone beeb listening to the “happy mum, happy baby” podcasts by Giovanna fletcher? They’re so good. They had Anna whitehouse on who I love and she was saying her dad had said to her something like don’t let trying stop you living. Resonated with me, that and the fact she’d suffered 5 miscarriages.

So I started using Easy@home strips with premom app on Monday, only CD7 but I wanted to get used to it before ov. Then today I got a high reading even though my clearblue was low this morning??? I think the test line looks darker than the control so is this likely to get any darker tomorrow??? Any opinions appreciated xx

Are you able to re-test with another strip?

I didn't think of that and disposed of the pee straight away 🙁 anyway dtd this morning and I'll see what Clearblue test result is in the morning and another strip in the afternoon. Don't think we'll manage to dtd again before Friday so if it was my peak I'll just have to hope that this morning worked 🤞

Clicked too soon! It does look positive though. Definitely do test again today. Time of day seems to make quite the difference for OPKs

@RR369 - fingers crossed! V impressed you can DTD in the morning before work - I can barely lift my cereal spoon to my mouth in the mornings! 😂

@burntpinky 😂 I admit it is a rare occurrence 😂 static smiley on clearblue this morning CD10 so think it's early ov for me this month- pains and ewcm saying the same. It will be interesting to see if strip is darker or lighter this afternoon. Would love to fit in another dtd tonight but I'm out and DH will probably be asleep by the time I get home 🙁 I think tomorrow will be too late!!

What time is best @BuffaloCauliflower it will probably be 4.30 today

@RR369 seems afternoon/evening time rather than morning but I’m no expert

@RR369 - fingers crossed. I find a bucket of cold water helps wake them up and make them amenable to procreation (joke!).

I'd stil DTD tomorrow if you can as they say static means OV in next 48 hours so if OV is tomorrow you could catch it

FFS! Why is it when I don't want to see a line I get one, and when I want one I can never get one!
Bloody typical...praying my lines get stronger than this and that egg waits 3 more days! My OH must be terrified I'm really to pounce as soon as he walks through the door Sunday 😂

😂 @burntpinky I might give the cold water a try 😂 definitely think tomorrow will be too late, less ewcm this evening and pains easing off so I think the egg has flown!!
Does anyone else get ov pain? Mine was quite bad today, made me gasp twice, always worse when I ovulate on the right. Could it be a cyst or is that normal??
