As predicted, the red lady is here! 😞 It’s almost eerie how I feel OV pains and then bam 14days on the dot....

@Juno231 That was my point about not pin pointing O week. Because people not trying don't and still manage it. So I'm going to try being more sporadic i think.

@MrsTwentyEight I'm sorry. I used to feel the pains too some months or spot. But I don't really now. It was very handy! I also don't seem to get painful boobs in my LP since being on the soya isoflavones which is interesting!
AF due next week for me. I still haven't fully decided when. 🤣 But any time from Monday.

@paintfairy ha I'm still not convinced as in her case she did nothing to track hers and clearly that one month she ovulated later/earlier than she expected 🤷‍♀️

@MrsTwentyEight I'm sorry AF showed! It's not even the right kind of weather to treat yourself to a hot bath 😅. Lots of cold booze maybe? Hope you're OK xx

I'm still checking my heart rate. 😂 mine hasn't really changed though. Still mid 60s.

@paintfairy where in your cycle are you now? Mine dropped massively for AF and now will be plodding along until O-day - after which it will go much higher in the TWW. It's massively affected by alcohol though so my last cycle was a bit of a write off as I had drinks every weekend!

@paintfairy there's a lady on the RHR thread with super high heart rate atm and we're all convinced it's a BFP! it's literally done a vertical climb up to 79 this week.

@Juno231 oh it will be interesting to see if she has!
I don't bloody know. 9dpo or 10dpo depending on which app you believe. My rhr also seems to vary anyway depending on when you take it. So I'm not sure how reliable it is. I assume a fit bit does a bit more of an average?

@paintfairy yeah it's 100% an average and the night time rhr really pulls the average down. I guess if you do it every morning as part of temping that could be consistent enough for a pattern? Total faff though.

Ladies we're on the last page of this bus - what do we want to do when it's full? I could set a part 3 up but is that a bit sad for the three of us lol.

@MimiArm any updates on ovulation medication since your last update?

Yeah i suppose it maybe is pointless for the 3 of us. I don't follow any other threads any more though, just can't keep up with them.

No news I'm afraid. I couldn't get the blood test re-done the month after the bad result as I didn't get any peak on the OPK. I did get a peak last cycle though so had day21 and day25 bloods done. Both results came back "no ovulation" so I'm just in limbo now waiting to be called to the fertility clinic. Funnily enough, my "cycles" are now peak OPK at day 14, and AF at day 28 so at least that's a positive, even if there is no egg 😂

We are getting married in 11 weeks (COVID-19 permitting) - we have both agreed that we are happy to go private (well, not "happy") but it's just been so mad jugging everything that I'm almost of the mindset to just wait now. Also trying to lose weight to fit into my dress and kick start ovulation, not that I'm massive or anything, but I'm definitely overweight.

So, I think given GP said it would be a 4 month wait for NHS clinic, and that was 2 months ago, we should wait until the wedding then revisit going private if nothing has happened by then.

This really isn't how I envisaged this would pan out!

@MrsTwentyEight I'm the bus driver of the August bus if you ever want to catch me though! And I still get ladies from busses way back PMing me as well so that's always an option for us :)

@MimiArm sorry to hear nothings happened yet! Will the gp not prescribe something like clomid then, you have to wait for the fertility clinic?

@MimiArm that sounds a bit bonkers if your cycles are regular? Bloody drs don't exactly fill you with confidence though. Good luck with the wedding!

@Juno231 I was happy using this thread. Its annoying they have to had a limit! We all seem in a similar boat so its been nice having people to talk to about it.

I've no idea what's going on. All the signs of ovulation are there, period has regulated, LP has lengthened and AF itself has went from 2 days of hardy anything to 5 proper days. The mind boggles!

@MimiArm I wonder if they have got it wrong? Maybe just tested at the wrong time or something? Sounds a bit bizarre.

Well- AF came for me yesterday. Which means I did ovulate on the Sunday as I thought.

@paintfairy Sorry AF arrived for you! Good though that you were able to tell when you ovulated.

I dunno - they could have. All I have to go by is the CB OPK peak fertility reading and timing the tests 7 days later.

We've went ahead and went private. I'm booked in for AMH blood test and ultrasound (which I'm dreading as it's internal one) tomorrow afternoon. OH's SA test is Friday. We then have consultation to discuss results and action plan next Thursday.

I got a copy of my GP results to bring with me tomorrow and my Day21/25 tests are really low - see pic

@MimiArm ah I'm sorry it says you didn't ovulate. I hope all the other tests go well though, kick starting ovulation shouldn't be too difficult if that's the only problem. I've got the transvaginal ultrasound on Tuesday so will be interested to hear how yours goes too!

Hopefully I'll know next week what's happening next (hoping for Clomid prescription to kick start ovulation).
