Not sure if someone made a second thread, i couldnt seem to find one. Went to post on the old one and it had been closed! Will tag who i can remember off the top of my head, please tag the others or add me to the new one if there's a thread i missed 😊

@paintfairy got a boozy couples dinner/bbq tomorrow and we're staying in a hotel overnight so we dont have to worry about drinking. I'm looking forward to it as I feel like most days are taken over by TTC in one form or another. It's like I'm always on hold and waiting for the next thing. Whether that's FW, then OD, and then obv the dreaded TWW. My job doesn't keep me mentally busy enough either - hence all the time spent on MN!

@Juno231 well, we had a really busy weekend. Never sat down. Although I don't feel I actually achieved all that much? 😆 No time for thinking anyway.
What you had planned sounds much more fun!
I know what you mean- i think if I had long cycles it would be different but because mine are 26 days ish, there's no let up? You are either waiting for AF to pass, trying, or waiting!

@paintfairy ours was a bit too much as we both went to bed still hungover yesterday! Didn't have to think about babies at all though which was nice.

Got my day 3 test back saying it was normal - no details at all though which I'd be interested to see purely cause I'm a stat freak.

Back to CD4 now. I'm feeling weirdly relaxed about it atm but I think I always do at this stage and then the second half of TWW I go a bit loopy...

@Juno231 I'm the same! 😂 I don't believe you unless you show me the figures. Lol.
Time off from thinking is good though. I'm OK until half way through the 2ww. Then I get stressed. Which is kind of about soon.....

@paintfairy ha I did think as I wrote that you must be entering the second half of the TWW any day now...

I got the book it starts with the egg after seeing it mentioned everywhere for months. Pretty interesting so far but also a bit depressing to see how many things negatively impact the egg. Have you read it or anything else TTC related?

@Juno231 no i haven't. I think it might depress me further. Drug addicts, drunks, obese people all with terrible lifestyles manage to conceive. I think it's just- if you can, you will. My eggs are old. That's what I've decided. 😂
I'm 7dpo I think. So yeah half way. Feel OK though atm.

@paintfairy are you taking any ubiquinol? That would help your old eggs 😅.

@paintfairy me too - I just wish they weren't so bloody expensive! How are your temps looking this TWW btw? Mine dropped to 36.02 and for a split second I was worried that I might be ovulating stupidly early ha.

@Juno231 I've ordered some more. But yes, it is expensive.
Temp was 36.62 this morning. Which is lower than yesterday at 36.69 but my timing is all over. It'll usually sit up there somewhere until a couple of days before AF. So it'll start dropping at the weekend I suspect. AF due next Tuesday.

AF due today (I think) for me. Could be tomorrow. Struggled with temping due to no sleep the last few days. This morning it was 36.58 (probably about normal before AF) but I'm not sure how long it'd been asleep. Pretty much 99% sure AF will be coming though. As it always does. 🙄

I had a weird dream actually the other day. That my mum had told me about egg issues and then it was like a cartoon dream about the egg coming down and getting stuck which is why the sperm can't get there. Bloody random. 🤣

@paintfairy haha that dream is ridiculous! I can see why you'd dream about TTC at this point though - I'm waiting for the dreams to kick in as well. Got my fingers crossed for your AF to stay away - at least your temp doesn't sound like it's plummeted!

I'm on CD12 today - which was OD last cycle but don't think it's happened yet. OPKs are pretty much blank and temps are inconclusive for now. Am a bit concerned we won't have DTD enough this FW (only CD8 and CD11 so far) but I guess that depends on when I actually OD. I'm trying to convince OH to DTD every other day until I get my peak but he can be a bit tricky to convince...

@Juno231 I have bizarre dreams often but not usually about ttc. I've got one friend who's ttc though and one who is halfway through pregnancy. So maybe that's why!
I'm not feeling that stressed about it.
My temp was 36.87 though the other day, so it's definitely come down. Oddly this month my boobs haven't hurt, and they usual do.

I think with dtd every other day its difficult. It becomes hard work. We've done it more though and it's made no difference. So i think once every 3 days would likely be ok at worst? I usually ovulate roughly the same time so I just try to make sure it's done at least once close to that. Some months dtd comes easily and others you are just busy etc and it becomes a chore. We mostly find it OK but if you pressure it too much, it'll become unbearable after a year!

More crazy dreams! Last night I went to dr. Was lovely and seemed to want to help. Then started referring me somewhere and it was for mental type help as opposed to physical. 🤣

No AF for me yesterday. I must have ovulated on day 12 and not 11 (often happens day 11 but I missed temp on 12 so only got first rise on 13). I assumed it was 11 but clearly it wasn't! So I expect it today.

@paintfairy hahaha your dreams are starting to worry me 😅😂. Any AF updates today?

I'm CD15 and my OPKs are still blank pretty much. I've not ovulated any later than CD16 since I started tracking in Jan so I'm annoyed my variance is increasing rather than regulating!

Don't know if you remember calimommy from the Feb bus but she got her BFP today!

@Juno231 AF arrived yesterday. I expected it tues or wed so it was cruel. But there you go. Apparently it likes to tease you. 🙄

Oh really? That's great! Because she must have started to feel it wasn't going to happen by now too? I've given up. 🤣 I've got a dog instead.....

@paintfairy ah that sucks, I'm sorry. Wine to drown your sorrows in? I know I would (I do anyway!). I'm sure I've asked this before but you're not keen on having more stuff checked out? Hycosy, ultrasound, that kind of thing?

So I think calimommy conceived either on the Feb/march bus but then had an MMC at 10 weeks so this is her second BFP.

@MummyBearBoo no - she just had a thread a few weeks back where I helped her decipher her OPKs. When she got her BFP I sent her the grad bus link as she asked for it so hopefully she'll pop in and say hi again? If not then do prompt her by tagging her in it!

@Juno231 I had an ultrasound last year. They could look into it a little more i guess. I hate drs though. I wonder if the problem might not be me? And I think I'll have a massive task trying to get DH to go! I dunno. I just wonder if it's worth the hassle or whether I should accept it if its not happening?

@Juno231 what day did your temp drop properly last month when AF came in the end?
Mine didn't drop right down to 36.31 until day 5. I think this is odd. But maybe not unheard of.
This month I'm on day 5 today and it's 36.57. (Same as what it was on day 4 last time). Mine used to pretty much drop down day 1 or 2 so I don't understand why its now not? Unless it's the soya as that's the only thing that was different these 2 times. I might try without this month.

@paintfairy hm and it was a proper AF? Mine dropped on CD2 this cycle down to 36.25 from 36.7 the day before. Per FF "it's not unusual to have erratic or high temperatures during your period" - so hopefully it's nothing to worry about? Annoying that it's out of the ordinary for you though.

I finally got a peak OPK yesterday - the latest I've had it yet (CD17) and after several days of highs so there's something funny going on. Woke up this morning expecting/hoping for a temp drop but it's risen instead so I may have ovulated overnight? It's certainly messing with my head by not being very clear! All I can do is wait for another two high temps I guess.

Btw with regards to your previous post - it wouldn't hurt to have a hycosy done if you've had the other stuff checked out already? Rinse those tubes out and have increased fertility for a bit :) I just don't want you to regret it down the line if you feel you didn't explore it properly!

@Juno231 I've been looking at other charts and some people do seem to have it up and down. So maybe it doesn't mean anything. Who knows! But yes its odd it never used to happen. I think it was proper AF. 🤣 Who bloody well knows these days.

I think it's hard to know with temping because by the time you do know, its really late. I must have ovulated much later than I thought last month (well, 2 days) going on when AF arrived. So trying to predict ovulation is a nightmare. I guess as long as you are dtd then it doesn't matter too much.

And yes I know what you mean. Probably wouldn't hurt. I'll have to ring the Dr. 🙈 God I hate Drs......

@paintfairy yeah I think I'll request DTD tomorrow just in case this wasn't it. OH will be so upset lol.
