@BooMamaBear no i havent started yet, seriously thinking i will this month, im worried about putting too much pressure on myself though. Very excited for next fertile phase already 😂

@Elmlee It's strange isn't it? Are you much of a water drinker usually? I normally have to force myself to drink a glass of plain water, it's just so unappealing. But last week I felt really thirsty, saw a picture in my mind of a full glass of water and I've never wanted it more in my life! Been drinking like a fish ever since. Also sorry if this is a bit weird but I've been having A LOT of excess saliva since then as well. From the moment I wake up til I go to bed. But at the same time my mouth still feels dry Who knows!

I appreciate the general good luck posts on this bus Just got to get through tomorrow and then on Friday I will finally know (hopefully). I was getting ready for work this morning and out of the blue started feeling really nausious. The kind you feel just before being sick... That's never happened before. Also last night (CD22) I had quite a bit of crystal clear stretchy CM. Can anyone advise?

I have been writing my symptoms down for the most part and I'm going to double check how they match up with my cycle days. I feel like a bloody detective! And very anxious, even alienated.

@Hatepickinganame I used opk for the 1st time this cycle and I started testing about 5 days before my predicted ovulation date. I know that I tend towards a longer cycle so know this would be okay. I actually ovulated a week late (due to the chemical the previous cycle) but it was helpful to know. I got some from amazon called OvaView (in a pink box) and found them good. I also used the femometer app to help interpret the results so I'd highly recommend it 👍🏻

I'm currently 10dpo and I'm trying so hard not to symtom spot but my boobs have been so sore today. I'm finding hard to ignore them. I'm trying so so hard not to get carried away. Doing to try to wait until next week when af is officially late... But the boobs are making it hard. I'm so tempted to test Saturday (13dpo)...

Still no sign. I can't cope!
I'm 8dpo. What's really bizarre is that just before I was supposed to come on, I felt crampy and as if I was going to start at any time.
But now there's no symptoms at all apart from lots of CM.
Are you going to test again at any point?

Argh ladies I've woken up with a horrible cold ☹️

Question is - do I take cold tablets? Or as I'm in the TWW just take paracetamol? I'm leaning towards the latter to be in the safe side...
Anyone else ever had a cold in the TWW? If so, what did you do the symptom manage?

Good Morning everyone! Can I join this bus please?

I'm 33, TTC #1 and already lost my mind 😑

This is my second month of trying...

Last month I was CONVINCED I was pregnant. I felt so different, had so many unusual feelings, googled '.................in early pregnancy' approx 50 times, had constipation for the first time (now think due to pregnancy supps?) and was shattered! Then AF came 3 days late and it was the most horrendously heavy and nasty one I can remember :(

Anyway on to this month! I got a static smiley on CBD OPK on 4th Feb early am (so stayed static for 4th and 5th Feb). I'm not sure if this now makes me 8 or 9 DPO? What day do you usually take O as when using these? (We DTD every day after AF until 6th Feb so I'm hopeful we got that bit right). I 'felt' 🤔🙄 like I O'd on 4th but after last month have realised I have no clue about my body and it's all in my head.

I have absolutely no symptoms so far. I know it's SUPER early but I did a FRER this morning and it was a BFN. And even though I know it doesn't count me out, I feel so upset. Just so impatient and so excited for a BFP!

Anyway, looking for some friendship and support during this TWW. Think I am around the same dates as @Jellybean252?

I actually think I ovulated yesterday looking at my temp now. Despite only getting peak OPK yesterday morning. Which means I didn't time it to do it the day before ovulation. Ffs. We did last night though.

@Sausage1990 Hello 👋 I've just googled 'cold in early pregnancy' for you 😊😂 And yep...it's there 😁 How many DPO are you? I'm not sure about taking cold and flu tablets as not sure you'd want the extra ingredients like caffeine? If it was me I'd just take some plain paracetamol (I don't have a medical background I'm just saying what I think ☺️)

@MissTTC2020 welcome! I convince myself I am pregnant every month!! Absolute mind f**k! If you got your static on 4th then you take ovulation day as 5th so you are 8DPO which is the same as me 😊 My AF is due the 19th. I have no symptoms so far either, please do not test too early or you really will lose your mind, I'm on cycle 14 ☹️ so the very earliest I would test is 12/13 DPO or if I'm being really good I don't test at all before the bitch shows up 😐

@MissTTC2020 hi! I was convinced id gotten pregnant on our first try haha i tested like a crazy person for most of january.... last cycle i kept saying i didnt think i was but then af was late so i got my hopes up, ttc does weird things to otherwise sane people 😂 fingers crossed for you!

@Sausage1990 take the cold pills, it'll be fine. I got very drunk on a girls weekend when i was a few weeks pregnant, i just didnt know at the time. She's now a healthy, moody 14 year old 😂😂

In the end I've managed to convince OH to DTD two days before and the day after ovulation - not ideal but lately it's unheard of us to DTD twice in a week so I'm still surprised I managed! Officially on the TWW bus now and I can already tell it's going to be looong.

Ah and OH and I had a chat yesterday and he wants to start trying properly from now on! I'm still worried I'll scare him away with the 'proper' stuff so I won't dial the crazy too high up.

Lastly - have any of you had any thoughts about how you would tell your other halves about the BFP? I'm tempted to plan a small gesture.

Fab we are the same dates then 😁 Fingers crossed that this is your month! OK so I need to calm down and wait...but it's so hard 🙁 Maybe I'll try and hold off testing until Monday? 12 DPO? I feel like my head has already gone. I'm just thinking about it all the time! Hoping between and then some of you will be further along and have BFPs to keep us going?! 🙂

@Juno231 my oh wants to be there when i take the test so thats how he'll find out 😂 i do like the idea of a gesture to tell them though, i found a little baby vest with a cute slogan that would have been perfect to wrap up with a positive test and just hand to him 😊😊 i have a feeling he might cry if and when we get that line though....
