2ww buddies welcome!

TTC number two... still breastfeeding. I temped with Baby 1 but this time going on ewcm and rise in libido! Cycles are pretty regular but slightly long at 32-35 days but they've always been like that. Periods returned when my greedy EBF baby was only 4 months and have been like clockwork. Baby is now 18 months old.

Anyone wishing to join and just about starting the 2 week wait are welcome!

@dizzy85 hahaha so true, but so nice to talk to people in the same boat as it really is such a hard time! And also, you don't necessarily want to tell friends or family that you're trying do you. Ooh could be ib bleed then if just spotting, do you normally get spotting? I don't get any symptoms of af until she's here, just maybe grumpy week before which I've definitely been!

@dizzy85 oh and I probs will test every morning, much to my disappointment 🙄 wbu?

@Elly88 it definitely is good to have people to talk to I'd go mad otherwise or drive my OH mad with it. We've not told anyone either coz it's too much pressure isn't it. I do have pre af spotting usually but I did the month I got pregnant too so it confuses me. I'm gonna test every day now too until one or the other🤦‍♀️I've only got cheap tests left though so I don't mind wasting them.

@dizzy85 keep me updated with your testing! I've used all my strips but have 3 frers, an asda cheapie and CB digi left 😂

@Elly88 I will do although I'm sure I'm gonna be out now just had another bit of spotting when wiped and it's heavier so I'm thinking it's the start of af 😭😭😭😭😭

@Sho2207 I know! All the years you spend trying to prevent it when your young when in fact it's not that easy to get pregnant at all. How long have you been trying for? Is it your first?

@dizzy85 makes me so jealous when people are lucky enough to have it first time. Me and my partner started actively trying this month, last month was more of a casual month without checking dates or anything. I’ve been desperately wanting to have my own family for ages, it’s just unfortunate that the best things in life take time.
How about you?

@Sho2207 I know what you mean I know so many people who have got pregnant so quick it's hard not to be jealous. We have been trying for a while now, the year before last we tried casually for about 4 months and then last year after 6 months I got pregnant but then I lost the baby at 3 months and then had a few months off and now this is the 3rd month since then. Feels like forever. That's all I want too a nice little family of my own. We will get there eventually that's what I keep telling myself. I'm like 99.9% my periods gonna be here when I wake up. Are you taking any vitamins or anything?

@dizzy85 you’ve been on a bit of a rollercoaster then haven’t you 😔 sorry to hear! Yeah I keep saying ‘there’s always next month’. I’ve got my fingers crossed for you!
Yes I’m taking the conception pregnacare to make sure my body has all the vitamins and minerals, how about you?

@Sho2207 thanks, it has been a long rollercoaster of emotions but we will all definitely get there. I'm only taking folic at the moment I did take the pregnacare last time so if it's not happening this month I'll definitely try them again.

@Elly88 how are you today? Another bfn for me this morning. I was convinced I was gonna wake up to af today but didn't and I keep feeling like I've come on but check and nothing, I have quite strong cramp on my right side today just wanna know what's going on in there!

@dizzy85 same. Still can see shadow line but it would be darker by now so 99% sure I'm out this month. Sorry to hear you've had such a hard time of it. Fingers crossed we get our bfps soon

I'm on day 7 of a tww after a IVF 3DT.

I'm absolutely anxious as this is my 3rd go. 2nd go we got Pregnant but at 5 months we had to say good bye to our girl as she had Turner syndrome.

No symptoms and freaking out a bit!

@Elly88 I hope the line does get darker was it on a frer? Thankyou, it will all be worth it when we have our babies ☺️ hopefully that is soon. I'm due on Thursday but because my spotting seemed heavier last night I was sure it'd be here today. I only have 1 more strip test left now, I got through them quick 😆

@hay2882 hi, I'm really sorry to read what you've been through how heartbreaking. Wishing you lots of luck in your tww, halfway through so not too long left now but it is such an anxious and stressful time all the waiting, I hope you get your bfp🤞🏻x

@hay2882 it certainly can be. That's it keep yourself busy if you can easier said than done though coz I think it's constantly on our mind anyway 😆 but hope it goes quick for you. These forums are brilliant they've helped me get through many twws I dunno what I'd do without them, probably drive the OH mad with all my symptom spotting 😂

It's OP I've name changed... I'm on cycle day 25 and only just got a positive OPK. I'm so happy! My entire thread was very premature!
