TTC number two... still breastfeeding. I temped with Baby 1 but this time going on ewcm and rise in libido! Cycles are pretty regular but slightly long at 32-35 days but they've always been like that. Periods returned when my greedy EBF baby was only 4 months and have been like clockwork. Baby is now 18 months old.

Anyone wishing to join and just about starting the 2 week wait are welcome!

@dizzy85 I'm doing okay. I'm gearing up for a new cycle. I'll start my ovulation tests tomorrow and I just have 2 more days of Letrozole to go. I'm feeling good about my consistency in taking my vitamins and meds so I'm screaming "LET'S DO THIS BABE!"

dizzy85 · 22/04/2020 14:28

Hey @Sho2207 @Swife hope your both doing well?
My miscarriage fears were confirmed this morning I got woken up at half 5 to full blood and now have cramps and clots too so it's definitely happening😞 heartbreaking, I'm just hoping everything happens naturally and quickly now xx

@dizzy85
Oh no!😓 I'm not understanding how we can all have such bad luck!
I never realised how common miscarriages were, people make out like it's so easy to just get pregnant and have a healthy baby. But in reality is such a hard thing to go through, we do so much to try increase chances of conceiving and then to try have a healthy pregnancy and it doesn't seem to work in our favour.
I'm so sorry you've had to go through this 😔 our days will come!
Always here 🥰

@Sho2207 Thankyou 🥰❤️ I just knew it was gonna happen. Yer your right, the reality of ttc is so different to how it's perceived, I think I remember my dr telling me before that 1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage. Which is a lot! I think part of the problem is it's such a taboo subject that it's not talked about so much, so our expectations are that we should fall quickly and everything should be ok when the reality of it for a lot of people is the opposite, it's horrible. I do wonder if there's something wrong with my body maybe from taking the pill for so many years when I was younger, I've not been on it for about 5 years now but I swear my hormones never returned back to normal after and I've read a lot of similar stories about it. Or I think is it my age? I'm 34 but I've known plenty of people to have babies older than me and they are fine 🤷‍♀️. The only positive thing to come out of this is now I've had 3 they will actually investigate it so I'm gonna have a million questions for my poor dr.
Now I just want it all to be over and I hope it all passes naturally.
I think mine sounds pretty similar to how yours went 6 days of spotting then this morning it's got heavy I would have been 6 weeks tomorrow so about the same time too, did you notice when you passed the sack? I'm just waiting for it to happen it's the worst part!
Hope your doing ok and the tests are going in the right direction. We will definitely have our babies one day and all this pain will be forgotten xx

Since having my recent miscarriage I've heard of so many people that have had recurrent miscarriages before getting there rainbow babies.. I don't know why I hadn't seen/heard of it before. It definitely needs to be spoken about to make people aware that it's not all rainbows and butterflies, it's hard work.
Yeah I've always actually wondered if I ovulate properly or not, only due to not really getting symptoms of it, I never notice ewcm, I don't get one sided pains. I know I am obviously ovulating because I've been able to get pregnant and has positive tests. But again, that's only the once I've noticed a positive test from LH..
is the limit 3 before they start investigating then?
Were you 6 weeks from when you conceived or from last period?

Every time I went to the toilet I had bits of gloopy blood coming out, and I said to myself I wanted to see if it was actually blood or if they were clots. I could feel something coming out (just felt like blood clot) so got some tissue and held it underneath me, I caught what I thought was gonna be a clot but turned out to be the sac. I wasn't 100% sure if it was the sac or not but I had a pretty good idea, I took a photo and send it to my mum and asked, she confirmed. After that I had two more tissue clots over the course of like 48 hours and then the bleeding calmed down.

I'm doing ok thank you, I tested Monday and had the faintest line, I then tested yesterday and the line was darker, tested again today and it was faint again.. so not too sure what's going on. The pregnancy hormone will be out my system by now so I'm hoping I start seeing some darker lines soon. I'm gonna do another test before 8pm today and see if it's changed at all🤷🏻‍♀️

Let me know how you get on xx
