TTC number two... still breastfeeding. I temped with Baby 1 but this time going on ewcm and rise in libido! Cycles are pretty regular but slightly long at 32-35 days but they've always been like that. Periods returned when my greedy EBF baby was only 4 months and have been like clockwork. Baby is now 18 months old.

Anyone wishing to join and just about starting the 2 week wait are welcome!

Is CM after ovulation in the 2ww a good sign?

Morning ladies! I'm now just waiting to see if my period is coming or not. Since my cycles have been wonky these past two cycles, all my apps are all over the place with predictions 😒. Based on that, one app says I'm two days late. Another one has me starting today (their following a 27-29 day cycle) and then since I had a 2nd, higher LH peak on cd22, my testing apps say I'm not to see my cycle until the 23rd! THAT'S 39-40 days!!! I've NEVER had a cycle that long! I tested with cheapies yesterday and it still is a BFN so I'm not gonna drive myself crazy. Now I'm just playing the 'Pregnant or Period' game 🤔.

Evening all! How are we all doing? I'm getting some really really strange cramps and twinges. I had them last night and now again this evening. Not like period pain at all. The closest thing I can compare it to is very very early labour contractions ... Is this a good thing or a bad thing ?! 😩

@ablisha I think it can be but then I've read threads of some people get more of it and some don't, hopefully it's a good sign for you.

@Ktn35 hopefully they're good signs, how many DPO are you? Ive had an on off stitch like feeling on my right side today god knows if it's related to anything 🤞🏻

Evening all! I've still got the lower back ache and now sensitive nips. And when I just brushed my teeth/tongue I gagged and I only ever done that before when pregnant with ds... Fingers crossed our symptoms lead to bfp and we're not all crazy 😂 worst waiting game ever

2WW ladies...... this is driving me crazy!!!!!

I’m 11DPO, my cycles are 24 days and my AF was due today (although one app says it could be tomorrow).I have 1 FRER...... should I hold out to see if my AF arrives tomorrow or just for for it?

I feel I’d feel less disappointed if my AF turns up as oppose to seeing a negative test.

Thoughts?

@Bubble29 if it will upset you more if it's bfn then maybe wait till tomorrow. Have you done any tests so far? I tested twice today coz I'm crazy and both was bfn.

This is my first cycle TTC. I’m finding it over whelming already tbh.

@Ktn35 not sure if it's worth it. If, in fact, I am to be following the OPK's (using 2 different OPK reading apps), I'm only DPO6-5 so too early for any test except maybe blood. If I go by my normal 28-29 day cycle, I'm either 2 days late(by 1 non testing app) or should be starting today ( by another no testing app)😕

@dizzy85 I hope it's prego too! If not for those past 2 crazy cycles, I maybe wouldn't be as concerned. This morning my cramps were like those you get when you have to poop(and I did. TMI 2x which is not normal), now they're just a dull pain extending to my lower back. And a bad headache 🤕.

Evening ladies, so I went out today and got some frer’s. Me and my partner have just done the deed and I noticed some brown discharge when I went to the bathroom (tmi sorry) wondering if this could be the start of af or spotting. I don’t seem to remember ever starting my af earlier than expected but there’s a first for everything will see in the morning and depending will do a test

Hello, I'm also in tww, month 5 ttc#2, irregular cycle was 55 days, down to about 35 now. I was bf at start but just weaned at start of Jan as felt it was preventing (sad to stop earlier than intended, but for the greater good, hopefully). Age 37, so @ktn35 post really struck a chord with me, and OP's. App says to test now as AF due but I think a few more days as it's not accounting for longer cycles I've been having. I did two cheap ones yesterday but unsure, think I might buy the FR from superdrug someone mentioned, tests can be so expensive!

I just tested and my period is not due until 21/22nd. I'm an idiot. 😩

@swife I think first response are ok to try up to 6 days before your missed period ... Do you usually have your period 5/6 days after you ovulate? I'm a bit confused! Sorry if I'm being an idiot and reading what you wrote wrong! 😊 Xx

Morning all, a bfn on frer today well this is how crazy I am I actually did a cheap test and was bfn so thought maybe they're no good and try my last frer obviously bfn too I'm so insane!! Af due in 4 days now losing hope this month. Hope everyone is doing ok, this month has felt extra tough. X

@dizzy85 I'm 5 days before due on and also got bfn and taking it quite hard :) was this cycle we conceived ds so kind of expected it again this time. Its certainly seemed a long old cycle! I mean we still have a chance but frers do say they're pretty accurate at this stage don't they :( I also used frer and strip 😂

@Elly88 we do put so much pressure on ourselves don't we. It's hard not to though when it seems like it's taking forever and your trying your hardest. I really tried to relax this month without the opks and stuff but now that's all out the window. Im glad I'm not the only one testing twice in one day😆 well we do technically still have time so let's try remain hopeful..🤞🏻😬

@Ktn35 I normally bleed for 4 days with a cycle length of 28-29 days. However my last two cycles were: 26 days in November and I bleed for only 2 days & 20 days in December and I only bleed for 3 days.
If I was following my normal cycle 28-29 days, then I was supposed to start my period yesterday.
I had a .89 LH surge on CD7 so we DTD(and we really covered😂). Then on CD18 we DTD and when we finished there was some blood. It stopped by the afternoon on CD19. There was no clots.
I call my OBGYN, sent her pics and LH results. She seems unfazed and told me to call her when I get a BFP 😕.
Then on CD22 I got another LH surge that was 1.23. We had DTD 2 days before and a day after the surge. So I'm sure we were still covered. Now my 2 OPK apps are saying I'm DPO6/7 and I'm on CD30.

@dizzy85 tell me about it! Let's pray for late implanters and hope yet 😭 I've had every symptom in the book and still got big heavy boobs and now a cold. Just had a feeling but obviously I was wrong 🙄

Update: sent a message to my OBGYN and going off of my pregnancy history and following my normal cycle of 28-29 days, I'm technically late.
I have to go in tomorrow and get a blood pregnancy test, then another one on Wednesday and then a sonogram on Thursday. I also have to take 200mg of progesterone vaginally, every 8 hrs until we figure out if I'm pregnant or not.

@Elly88 my boobs are usually sore by just after ovulation and still not so I was holding onto that as being something different. Yesterday and today I've had a bit of watery cm and yesterday was blood tinted if that makes sense and today I thought I'd come on and had a check but it was just watery? Lol I love how we can have these chats with complete strangers 😂 but I also keep feeling like I'm gonna come on like I get achy thighs before af and I think i can feel them now. I really do hope it's late implantation for us. When will you test again?
