Miscarried 22nd October at 6/7 weeks and starting to try again this month, so cycle 1 as I had the mini pill for one month until I was ready

Girls! I need help! I don't know when to test! AF hasn't arrived for me today as predicted, I'm on CD34 but so far this months cycle is only the same as last months, with AF arriving CD35 last month, but I'm not sure if I ovulated 21st or 26th December as I had positive clear blue OPK's on those days so tomorrow I could be 15 or 10 DPO, going off 21st I have had BFN's at 9&12DPO.

Anxious as all hell, hopeful but don't wanna get my hopes up 🥴

Further background my cycles so far have been 45/34 days as I've only had 3 periods since they returned after the birth of my son.

I would think you probably ovulated with the second surge - sometimes if your body tries to ovulate and doesn't, it has another go. So I'd assume you are 10dpo,and go from there.

@Crumbsinthecarpet well that app I posted below has 27 as ov day but I got the next peak opk on 26, (CM & o feeling cramps made me check because I was like this feels like o again!) so from 26 tomorrow will be 10DPO.

Argh this wait is killing me, I've been symptom spotting like crazy the last two weeks, this week in particular I've been so tired nauseous headaches and dizzy!

@Sjp17 - you ovulate 24-48 hours after the peak surge of LH, so if you had your peak on 26th, you probably ovulated on 27th so you'd be 8dpo today, so a bit early to test. I'd get a frer and test in a couple of days.

All so complicated 🙈 also a question, should I count my ovulation day as when I felt the sharp ovulation pain in my right?

@sjp if you ovulated on the second surge then it's still early so keeping my fingers and toes crossed for you! Excited to hear any news in the next couple of days!

@crumbsinthecarpet that's what I would have said. I used to get very clear ovulation pain and I would assume that's when the egg is released.

No news to report here, still waiting for AF to disappear so I can get on with my OPKs and BD! Next AF isn't due until 27th Jan so it will be a long wait... When does everyone start testing using OPKs? Do you test every day of your cycle after AF or wait until your projected fertile week? Obviously don't want to waste tests but also have no idea when I'm ovulating because of breastfeeding.

@urbansloth I like it 😂 ah ok so I got the pain in the evening of new years so it would be reasonable to say I'm 5dpo? I hope so cos I want to test from 10dpo and that means it's only 5 days away 😂
I used opks from cd9 I think as I'd had mad cycles after mc, so didn't want to miss it! Gave up after cd21 🙄 then after judging cm I retested at cd30 ish and got positive opk!

Hoping the post ovulation increased creamy cm is a good sign for me!!

I'm so so so convinced I'm pregnant, tiny bit of pink spotting like 1 on 1st jan, I've been feeling nauseous, tired. Dizzy, I just have a gut feeling, just need to see that bfp! Going absolutely insane. Tww is long enough without it being extended to 3 in my case this cycle 😩

@Sjp17 10dpo would be super early to get bfp so don't worry yourself! You're very restrained waiting 2 more days! I can't help myself I test every day I keep trying to decide when when when to test 🙈 spotting would have been like 6dpo then right? Good timing for implantation...?

I know! I'm actually going to try wait longer but if I can't I'll test again tues and thurs, yeah around about then, feeling a little crampy again today, so annoying how we can't just see inside what the damn hell is happening!!

@Sjp17 6dpo today! I'm feeling a bit crampy too, and (tmi) cervix is still high up with plenty of cm 🤞🤞🤞feels so weird that I'm past where my "normal" cycle would be, yet I still can't test! I feel so sorry for women with 40 odd day cycles!!

@Crumbsinthecarpet 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 by the time my AF arrives or hopefully I find out I'm pregnant this would be a 40 day cycle 🙈 the wait has been hell! I thought I would have been so much calmer and more patient the second time round!
I still have heaps of EWCM so much so I took an opk today just to check my lh wasn't surging again! I also just had a teeeeny tiny pin prick of pink in my Cm again seems to have appeared every second day since the 1st 🤷🏻‍♀️🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 come on let this be the cycle for us both 🙏🏻

@Sjp17 the longest time!! I thought I would too but the whole thing has been pretty stressful 😂 all sounds unusual, must be something different surely?! I hope so so much 🤞🤞🤞

Also not to symptom spot but I'm so tired and I feel so so cold! I was just like this last time!

@Crumbsinthecarpet crazy isn't it! How old is your first/other kids? And how long have you been ttc this time?
I think I'm so stressed because I had my heart set on a small age gap and really wanted to have my next bub before 30. All stupid things really just had being unable to control and plan everything 🤯 also hoping to be able to continue breastfeeding so I had hoped we would easily fall pregnant so I don't need to come to a point of considering stopping

@Sjp17 son is 18 months old (nearly) and had another pregnancy in October that ended in a mc, how about you? This is my first month off the pill, I went on it after the mc as I couldn't face a pregnancy straight away! I wanted a smallish age Gap too, my husband and his brother are 18 months apart and have a fantastic relationship! Will you continue to breastfeed through pregnancy?
