Two week wait...again

Hi mums/mumstobe, I’m currently in the two week wait after having a MMC (missed miscarriage) in June at 12 weeks. After a 10 week bleed I have settled into what seems to be a normal cycle again appx27/28 days. I’m saying I’m in the two week wait but I’m unsure if I’ve even OV. Anyone want to keep me company as I’m going out of my mind and feel like I’m boring the real people in my life 🤦🏽‍♀️

What cycle day are you @ceebee21? Not everybody gets a positive opk do they? X

@BabyB19 true...this is CD13 so can't be too disheartened yet - will be if I don't have anything by the end of the weekend.

I can't remember what day I got my static when I actually fell pregnant after the implant removal - was either CD14 or CD15... so guess I still have time!!

@ceebee21 yes still time. I missed my positive opk this month because it can sometimes a few hours or late at night so just bd every other day to cover yourself

So I've just been reading the thread and I can def relate to the crampy feelings your on about. I ovulated on Friday and had really strong ovulation pains which usually last about a day for me but this time they lasted 4 days and since then I've had like mild crampy twinges on and off. Its so hard not to read into everything but hopefully it's a good sign. Does everyone usually get ovulation cramps each month? x

@dizzy85 how many cycles are you on? That’s good to hear you can relate to the cramps. Yes hard not to read into signs and symptoms. As I’ve never been pregnant before I have nothing to relate too so I think everything could be a sign

It's good we're all getting cramps as it makes me think it is normal and nothing for any of us to be concerned about. I've been Christmas shopping and got my nails done, I'm just going to keep as busy as possible until at least 10dpo hopefully @Jonesbabynumber1 @dizzy85 @Tbug

@babyb19 sounds lovely I’ve just been for coffee with friend which was nice she listened to me rant for a bit but she hasn’t been through the TTC so couldn’t fully relate. The husbands out tomorrow so will have a full evening of mad googling probably as I try to keep it too minimum when he’s around. Do you think you’ll be testing 10dpo? I don’t know what I going to do but I probably will as I’d test now if I could lol. I’m getting some sharp twinges now but After last cycles I’m at the opinion the more symptoms the more unlikely as I’ve felt very pregnant on last 2 cycles x

When I was pregnant last time I wasn't in a cycle so didn't have any of this, I was just sat in work one day and thought OMG I'm pregnant, no real symptoms, I just KNEW! Ran out of work and grabbed a test from the bnm over the road and it came up in a second. So really I want to get back to that. I've started getting a long bath and leaving my phone in the other room so I have a full hour or so switched off completely. I can't see me lasting passed 10dpo though in reality 🤣 @Jonesbabynumber1 x

@dizzy85 at least you knew you was crackers for even trying today, I'm jealous though I wish I was 6dpo and not 3!

@dizzy85 sounds like you’ve had a difficult time, hoping for babydust for you. @BabyB19 omg I bet that was so exciting, this is a different experience but I’m going to be so thankful when it does happen. I’m wishing my life away too

@BabyB19 yer sometimes the insanity just takes over and you just have to go with it 😂 it wasn't even first pee of the day either so crazy. That sounds exciting how you found out before! The month I got pregnant I was 100% convinced I was out the only symptom I had was sore boobs and abit emotional and forgetful but I was so sure af was coming and I had no urge to even test that month I just did one the day before af was due and a really shocking strong line.
If only we could fast forward time!

@dizzy85 See I think no symptoms are the way forward. I’m about 3 dpo and I think I’m out already if it wasn’t too soon I’d be saying my period is due I’ve got spots and cramps and so moody but I think it may be the stress of the TWW.

@Jonesbabynumber1 yer that's kinda how I feel especially after last time but then you do read stories of other people having all these symptoms and a bfp so it's confusing to say the least🙃. I've also had some mood swings this week and bad tension but like you say the stress of the tww is all too real. Also after I got my bfp last time I looked back at things that had happened in the tww that at the time I was so sure I was out it never even occurred to me to be pregnancy related like I had a crying meltdown at my doctors appointment for no reason whatsoever and then I cried at my boss, I'm not a massive cryer and looking back it seems so obvious now but at the time it never felt like I could be pregnant at all it's hard to explain but I just felt out from the beginning of the tww. Every month previous to that I had so many symptoms and was convinced I was pregnant each time. It's so bizarre.

Omg I feel sick as a pig and sick has just come up in my mouth 😭 surely it's far far too early for that?!

@BabyB19 I’m sure we are in sync I felt really sick this morning mouth watering and all I thought i was going mad but had some fruit and it passed.

Hahah should have known, symptom for symptom every day! I can't even stomach eating anything, I was thinking it was all in my head until sick actually came up! I was interviewing somebody at the time so just had to suck it up 🤦🏽‍♀️😭🤣

Finally got my static - CD 14 so right on time I guess. Not sure whether to count tomorrow as 1DPO, or maybe Sunday 1DPO?!

Either way, I probably won't last until Friday 29th before testing lol

Yay! Knew it would come! @ceebee21 I would say Sunday to be sure but I know that's not the answer you want from me 🤦🏽‍♀️😭🤣

@BabyB19 haha true, but as I said, I doubt I will make it to 14DPO in all honesty!!!!

Will probably test at 11dpo which is the 27th if we could 1DPO as Sunday.

@ceebee21 glad you got your static yes I’d count 2days after positive to be sure. @BabyB19 wow that is crazy you were actually sick. I’m praying all this means we are heading got BFP. I’m already thinking of testing.i need help. I am going to try to wait until next Friday as I’ll have weekend then.

@BabyB19 @Jonesbabynumber1 hopefully the sick is a sign 🤞🏻 oh bad times for having to swallow it down 😂. How are you both feeling now?
I peed on an ovulation stick that I had in my bag this afternoon just to satisfy the urge..which obviously told me nothing other than I'm crazy.
One strange thing I have noticed for a few days is that food is tasting really sweet at the moment..could this mean anything 🤷‍♀️

That's hilarious @dizzy85 I did that as well yesterday, I knew nothing would show on it but I know it's to early to try a PT so I just did an OPK to satisfy the urge 🤣 I'm like a dog peeing on stuff 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️😭 what have we become

@ceebee21 if anyone makes it to 14dpo we should all have a whip around and send them a present because that is NEVER gonna happen 🤣
