Hi ladies, I'm only just getting back here after a few crazy days! Thanks for adding me to the roll call

CD 15 today and no BDing last night (assuming that because my cycle is regular I should have OV'd yesterday) so a bit upset today. Think I might have pushed DP a bit and now he feels crap because, well we couldn't last night (so sorry if TMI) I don't blame him because I know I have turned into a crazy TTCer of late! I guess unless the previous BDing worked I have missed the boat (sad)

I can't remember ever being this consumed by only one thing before in my life!

On the hopeful side I have been observing some differences in my body that I don't remember feeling every month (but maybe only noticing now because I'm focusing?)Have a strange twinge in my lower left side this morning for instance and don't know what that's about? Well, I'll just have to wait and see.

Just to acknowledge that I have read the thread though I couldn't possibly message all of you individually - sorry to hear that some of you have had very sad news. Best wishes and good luck to all of you here.

Hello, Can I join you ladies? I've met some of you on the 2week wait thread.

I'm CD64 so far only BFN but saw doc this morning and she thinks coz I'm irregular that I may have tested too early and not to test now for a week or two. That will take me into September so fingers crossed for that BFP.

moodymoo · 28/08/2007 11:23

Hi Bellie - Yes I am still around but have been so busy I haven't had chance or the energy to get on here. DH was starting to complain that I was on here too much as well. I bought my clearblue monitor sticks in boots - cost £20 for 20 sticks - will probably get them off ebay though in future as they are definatly cheaper. How is it going for you? am now CD10 and still on low -got a feeling won't ov for a few more days. Definatly think it has taken all the stress out of ttc though and put fun back into sex for us both. Looking forward to it showing something other than low though - slight worry about what if it never shows peak or high, but am not going to go down that road of thought just yet!
Hi to everyone else - I seem to have lost track of whos who - for all those who have bfp's and for those who haven't.

digitalgirl · 28/08/2007 12:59

Hi ladies [waves to pixie] !!!

Moodymoo & Abroller - let me know how the opk's go, I'm thinking of using them next cycle for the same reason. Take the pressure off DH from having to read my mind and know that I want some BD'ing

Thanks for the update GF3, good luck at the doc's...

Still no AF for me , am on knicker watch from now till Monday. Am also waiting for my cheapo ebay hpt's to turn up and if it looks likely then I've bought a twinpack of Clearblue digital to confirm.

digitalgirl · 28/08/2007 13:02

oops meant to say moodymoo and bellie re: opk's

abroller do you think the little twinge you've got is an ovulation cramp? any chance you'll be able to go for it tonight?

moodymoo · 28/08/2007 13:11

Digitalgirl - my dh didn't have to read my mind last month - he just knew that I expected him to perform everynight without fail - was leaving nothing to chance - and on the 2 occasions he said no - he knew he was in for trouble. Just can't face that again - I am now the nice normal person that he married a year ago . In fact I turned him down at stupid o'clock this morning [shcok].Won't be feeling so smug about that at end of month with a BFN am sure but right now it feels very good. When ar eyou going to test? If I am reading the charts right you are CD31 - are you expecting a long cycle?

Bucky2007 · 28/08/2007 13:14

Hi Pixie

I am trying to recruit petitioners over here .

digitalgirl · 28/08/2007 13:26

Hi MM - yep, am cd31 today. My last cycle was 36 days, but I think I'm usually about 30 or 31. Got BFNs on Friday and Sunday, but am hoping that it was just too early. Until AF turns up (which could be as late as Monday) I'm staying optimistic.
Good luck this month!

TwilightSurfer · 28/08/2007 13:55

Goingfor3: Best wishes at the Drs today. Keep us posted.

All this BDing banter. Is anyone doing it for fun?? Forget the dates, the cycle, the OV...Remember one day you'll want to look back on this. Is a sore twang and legs in the air the memory you want? lol

Glad to see AF hasn't come for anyone at the end of our list. Looking forward to hearing BFP all around soon.

TTM - HI how are you?? i'm good apart from i think i have chest infection
And yes Dec does sound interesting although not keen on carrying twins, i was the size of a house with Darcie so carrying 2 will be a nightmare!!

josey · 28/08/2007 18:36

Hello girls

Well I cracked this morning and did a test more because DH kept teasing me had I pee'd on my stick yet
Anyway as expected BFN although have the jelly brain, cramps and feel as though about the throw any second, I dont have the boobs, with pervious I turned into Dolly Parton over night I also know that these are symptoms of ridding all the pill from your system so not too worried ask me in December and I will have a big face.

To answer the ? are any of us still doing it for fun, then yes for sure, though I do still remind DH to make the most of it as when I do get a BFP I will go through weeks of going to bed at the same time as the kids and chucking up in the morning so there will be no chance of him getting near me

goingfor3 · 28/08/2007 19:13

I saw the dr and he was very nice. All my tests came back normal, no infection, the baby was normal everything was as it should have been for gestation so it was mealses that caused the mc. He told me to wait three months to try again and he is arranging an ultrasound of my cervix around the same time. It took a few months to conceive last time so we are not going to use any contraception and see what happens, I'm sure I will turn in to a ttc maniac within a few days!

Hi all, thought I'd join in as AF came to visit yesterday.boo hoo.....

CD2 of cycle 3 and already concerned its taking too long. I know some of you have been trying for a while also, but am really not getting any younger and would love my DS to have a companion while he is still young enough to consider the new arrival a companion.

Oh well, bring on ovulation...and a week of love making....hehehehe.... much better than BD.

sweetkitty · 28/08/2007 21:02

I can't even be on the stats yet as I need to have an AF before I can start a cycle proper although since I am completely mad with this ttc business already that I was thinking well mc was 2 weeks ago so in 3 weeks time I will buy some CBD's argh I'm starting already. I bet you it takes ages this time. Theres no way I'll fall quick again it's sods law.

Sorry to those just joining us with AF's and those testing BFN wouldn't it be a first if everyone on the thread got a BFP in September and we were all on the antenatal thread together

Waiting2Exhale · 28/08/2007 21:06

that would be sooooo cool kitty....lol

Waiting2Exhale · 28/08/2007 21:07

sorry...is it ok to call you kitty?....sent the post without thinking

BORED AND SURFING
Decided I'd help out the first to post list in the AM. I tried to add all the newbies I found and update any that seemed to need it. PLEASE double check me.

Tomorrow I may test. With DD I got my first faint positive on CD28. It's risky. If it's BFP I don't know how I could contain myself with DH still away on business. If it's negative, well then I've pissed away another test then haven't I. Feeling a little pre-AF today but nothing like normal. By now I'm usually biting everyone's head off, balled up on sofa with chocolates. Will consider testing but won't be able to post results till midday as too hard to post while DD runs around my feet.

Here's to a quiet night.

Hope updated everyone correctly!!

Well I am on cd9 - still showing low fertility on the monitor and started bleeding again (for those that don't know had ectopic in Sept 06 and since then had light bleeding on and off from day 8 until period starts!) am still trying to be positive tho and hope that our holiday on Saturday makes us less stressed about the whole thing. Am really hoping for the BFP when I get back so that I don't have to have a hysterosocopy and my cervix cauterised 24th Sept. Although a little bit of me thinks that I may get to the bottom of what has been causing the bleeding and pains that I get every month!

Are there any testers today??

sweetkitty · 29/08/2007 07:51

W2E - course it's ok to call me kitty I'm kind of used to it it's my msn name too so I've had it years, I even got a present from a friend last year with kitty on it.

TS - twice now I've been horrible and phoned DP at work and told him I had a BFP first time it was because he was in a different country and second time (in June) because I was so shocked it was BFP. I do feel awful about it and told him at the time that I promise never to do it again and if I ever tested he would see the result first, this was when I thought it was the last time I would ever pee on a stick though. So I will have to keep my promises now.

Not that I will be doing anything anytime soon we still haven't had sex since the mc mostly due to the bleeding but DP v stressed this week as he has 2 job interviews and a training course and I've been ill with teh cold. Def must rectify this this weekend.

Anyway hope you all have a good day must get off of here and start to get the DDs ready.

Thanks for adding me on I've filled in the rest of my details on there.

Still no AF and appart from tiredness and a little bit of nausea yesterday no symptoms. I really want to hold out testing until Saturday 8th September. I want to give myself a chance of getting my AF without testing every other day.

TwilightSurfer · 29/08/2007 11:45

BFN
Not even slightly extra line.
No AF yet of course.

Oh well...busy day.
No time to wonder.

Hope others find that mysterious extra line today.

AbRoller · 29/08/2007 12:38

hi all, I really must check in more often, lots of messages since my last and it's hard to keep up! Sorry for all who've had a BFN and AF arrive, we'll all keep hoping together for a September BFP. It would be wonderful if, like Sweetkitty said, we all ended up on the same AN thread.

Dp has forgiven me for being over zealous! Still no BDing as we were both exhausted after a long day out with family yesterday but I'm trying to be positive. digitalgirl not sure what the pain was as I usually don't read into anything like that but under the circumstances I'm reading into and analysing everything! The twinge is still there though so it could mean anything I wonder if we can 'feel' implantion [hopeful emoticon]

I remember when pg with dd I had period-like cramp about a week before AF was due but now, with almost a fortnight to go I am having cramps? Also I've gotten up in the middle of the night for the last two to use the bathroom. Feeling tired more than usual. Oh and I've gotten very emotional and cried for silly things in the last two days. That usually happens though with PMT so again I'm none the wiser. Other than those few things I don't really feel any different but it's early days.

Not since the days of waiting for Santa have I ever felt so excited, impatient and worried (that maybe he didn't get my letter!!! lol)

Take care all
Abs
