@AllHopeAndNoResults - could well be implantation. I literally never have spotting - even before AF ... I basically just wake up and BAM AF in full flow! But when I fell pg with DS I'd noticed spotting at 7DPO. You just never know though as I guess it could just be our bodies throwing us more phantom symptoms! Keep us posted - I've got everything crossed for you!

Re: vitamins. I'm not taking anything specific. Just my normal multivitamin which has folic acid in it already. Might try something more specific next cycle if we don't catch this time. It's CD6 for me today so my CBFM was demanding I POAS for the start of the fertility tests. It grows old quickly but I do trust in the CBFM as I never get +OPKs on the usual cheapies so it takes away the guess work for me! My fertile week should be next week and we're off on hols without our DS for a couple of nights and so I'm really hoping it'll help to make DTD less 'planned'!

@tinyole 😭😭 it’s so frigging annoying isn’t it? Why does it have to be like this....

@catsandkid I think it could literally be anything! It was honestly the tiniest amount, it was as if I’d wiped a bleeding spot or something, do you know what I mean? Does that sound like IB? I’m getting my hopes up aren’t I??

@AllHopeAndNoResults I know soooo frustrating!! Last cycle I drove myself absolutely nuts which is why I'm ignoring everything until test day. Honestly for your sanity I would suggest the same. Everyone woman is different and there are so many variables! I really really hope this is your month but I would just wait till it's time to test and ignore every symptom

@tinyole I’m actually not going to test at all this month and I am very slowly backing away from it all!

I started another thread for BFPs because I wanted something to look at on the days I was staring at my own BFNs lol. Will stay motivated at al costs!

@tinyole sorry it’s late, just been up the hospital DP got run over and the driver drove off!! He is ok though thankfully!

But I wanted to reply so I didn’t forget! That’s a good idea to have a BFP thread tbh! Also how many days after your spotting did AF arrive? It must be the Agnus mustn’t it? I’ve taken the fact it could have been IB out of my head now!

@AllHopeAndNoResults oh my gosh so sorry to hear that!! Really glad that DP is unharmed. How crazy some drivers are actually mental. What a night sorry that happened to you both.

AF arrived 5 days after spotting for me but remember i have a short cycle and that had actually lengthened my cycle

Hmm I’m thinking then that mine would have been shortened so perhaps no spotting? I’m really clinging onto that being IB 😭😭 my belly has felt a bit off but I can’t describe it, maybe I’m imagining it?

It feels a bit like having a UTI (I don’t have one don’t worry 😂) it’s like a heavy pulling feeling. I just want to know either way lol

@AllHopeAndNoResults yeah I know what you mean it's just annoying when you feel different but don't know what's causing it. Have you suspected that you have IB?

@tinyole something is telling me it was but I could just be just really hoping it is if you know what I mean?

Also to add, because I said about feeling like a uti, I don’t have any other symptoms of one and I recently had a swab which ruled it out.

@carastarchild thank you, he is ok but I’m still fuming! Who does that? Hits someone and drives off!!

Anyway I’ve literally just come back from GP and defo no water infection/uti. I just wanted to rule it out. But my belly feels like it’s a uti I can’t explain.

Also gp said that that tiny spot of blood was probably not IB so my hopes have gone back down.

How is everyone else?

@AllHopeAndNoResults I'm so glad your OH is ok! That's terrible, he could have been badly hurt.

I was thinking your tiny bit of bleeding really could have been anything. So I would try not to get your hopes up or down, just have to wait it out and see what happens. I think the waiting is one of the hardest parts of TTC! I'm just off the TWW, and now I have an even longer wait for ovulation! Hopefully I'll feel better once we start the plan tomorrow, at least we'll be working towards our goal. My Flo app still says 15 days until ovulation!!

I know exactly what you mean, if I didn’t have the cramping and the lower back ache I would have also written it off. I have now tbh but there’s still a little bit of hope 🤞
I agree the wait is more than just TWW it’s the ovulation, the getting started, waiting for your peak. It’s all so much waiting

Hello everyone. I've lurked on the conception boards generally but try to stay quite detached as it's good for my mental health I think! But, wanted to say today that I follow a lady on instagram called emmalcannon and she writes really helpful posts (I think) on how to think about trying to conceive. They resonate positively with me, and today's post especially so during the TWW. So just thought I would share on case useful for anyone else! X

@Skyla01 I usually get the positive OPK around CD16 so I think I might still be ok starting from CD13.

We only usualy DTD 3, max 4 times so this is going to take allot of stamina

How are you all coping with the amount you have to DTD?
I think we are going to struggle with it as we are usually shattered from both working full time and having my son also. But i'm determined to do it no matter what.

I just hope my husband doesn't get too fed up

@HayleyD84 last cycle wasn't too bad. DTD does feel like a bit of a chore but we powered through! We both work full time but no shift work and no other kids so we manage to fit it in. One thing that works for us is not leaving it until bed time when we're really tired, but try to DTD when we get home from work. Basically get it out the way when we still have energy! Not so easy with wee kids around though.

@catsandkid I bought the refills for the monitor and it is ready to go. It will be cd6 on Friday for me, so I will begin testing then. They are pretty expensive but if they work that's all that matters 💜

@HayleyD84 I usually ovulate on cd 14 or even 15, but I got a positive opk on cd 11 last month... Just letting you know that things can change month to month.

@Skyla01 my hubby is more of a morning dtd and I am more of a night dtd, so we just dtd we we can 😁
