@sophie that’s what I mean...it can be AF or it can be PG so although it’s hard not to it’s best to try not to symptom spot. As I said before if I didn’t keep a diary I’d be thinking any little change is a sign of an impending BFP. It’s a very hard time to get through

@AllHopeAndNoResults I put everything in on my notes on my app and I've checked back and I've never had any symptoms 4 DPO so I'm trying to be positive but will just have to see how next week goes.
I have read all the posts and I really hope you get your BFP soon. You never know this could still be your month as symptoms are so similar.xx

@AllHopeAndNoResults I just typed in yoga for beginners and a good selection comes up. Have a nose. I’ll let you know
If I come across one worth recommending. I would like to go to a class. But none of my gym buddies are up for yoga.

@Skyla01 the last time I used the flashing, I had 13 bloody days of that damn flashing smiley lol. I just used the smiley face ones this time. Had mine this morning 🤞.

@Sophieb15 yea I thought the stretching etc may help with circulation and implantation (could also be speaking utter bollox) but couldn’t hurt right?

The ttw is so hard isn’t it. It’s cruel that we have to live through it literally every cycle. It’s just one wait and rule after another isn’t it. It’s defo a mans world! 🤦‍♀️🤣

@Carley321 Didn't work for me but only gave it 2 months did it about 3 times a week. I'm normally a 3/4 times a week gym cardio and weights person but I've tried this month of stopping all that to see if maybe I was putting my body through too much. I've put on about 5/6 pounds Shock

@Sophieb15 well it sounds like you could defo be on your way to a BFP if you are starting to notice changes that early 🤞🤞
Thanks I hope so too but I’ve kind of written off this month, I just don’t have that feeling this time.

What ttc apps does everyone use? I've got one that tells me what my CD is and logs my AF dates, but that's all. I might well upgrade to one that will let me log symptoms details.

Also been reading about the Ava bracelet but it's eye wateringly expensive for a poor student. Anyone tried those?

@mamansnet I use Premom to upload opks and Ovia to record daily logs but tbh I don’t think it’s helpful in terms of predictions but it is helpful to keep track of your cycle day and Premom is really good for uploading opks and it gives you a score and tells you what day is your peak etc.
I haven’t tried Ava so I can’t advise on that. Have you looked at ovusense?

@Sophieb15 maybe the rest will do you good, could you try something like walking instead. I suppose it’s less intense than full on work outs?

Iv started spin and I walk quite a lot. But since Iv had time off work my routines all gone to pot. I’ve ate rubbish not exercised and spent most of the time lounging around. I’m only slight but I like to go to the gym to help me gain a little weight. So next month I will be completely cutting out alcohol trying the meditaranian diet and exercising a minimum of twice a week. Well that’s the plan anyway!

Me to @AllHopeAndNoResults I am a dreadful relaxer. Although this month that is the only healthy thing I’ve managed to do lol... relax.

@mamansnet I have Ovia. It’s pretty good and free.

@mamansnet I also use the clearblue Fertility Monitor, cheap opks when I get a high, and fertility friend to log my temps from the Ava bracelet.

Hi ladies, Can I get your opinion on this pic? Do you think I have missed my surge? Best one I got was yesterday at 10.52 and it’s gotten weaker since then. Tested this morning and it’s a v faint line! I don’t know whether I’m yet to ovulate because while it’s dark it’s not a positive OPK 🙈🙈

@Carley321 starting Monday now going back to my healthy eating and going to try go for a walk every night or very 2night and maybe do a few squats and lunges holidays in 3 weeks from Tue. If AF does come then I'll have 2 weeks of full on workouts before hols!

Hi everyone trying to catch up on the thread - @AllHopeAndNoResults it is defo still early and also so glad you had good results that positive energy will really help for you great news - wonder if AC did help .. who knows ? @DGirl35 I'm sorry I not experienced in those as I use the smiley face ones so will let someone else help you on that. Welcome to any newbies hope your month is going well - it seems to be going so slow! I am on CD12 so DTD again today but still low fertility on CB opk hope I don't ovulate late again. If we don't conceive this month after SMEP me and hubby have agreed to go private to have a few further tests for me next month while we have a month off from trying so that will be interesting and expensive! My little girl is desperate for a sibling bless her keeps asking when and why she hasn't got one and wouldn't I be a great big sister ugh it hurts! Anyway feeling positive for us all trying SMEP and knowing we are doing all we can - in the meantime keep busy I guess have a great day x

@DGirl35 what day do you usually ovulate. That Cd15 looks pretty dark to me 🤔.

@Sophieb15 it’s hard to know what to do best isn’t it. But yea I’m going to try and get some activity in too. But I will probably be in ttw then so don’t actually know what to do for the best. Walking and yoga I think!

@DGirl35 I tried using the premom app last cycle and I just couldn't get the app to capture the opk sufficiently. It kept telling me my positive opk was low. I think perhaps I will give it a go again. Cd15 looks to be the most positive. Can you take a pic of the stronger ones without the app.

@carastarchild ye I defo think the app is not capturing it correctly. It was very dark to the eye!

@Carley321 my app tells me Day 17 but I actually have no idea! So it would make sense that my peak was yesterday wouldn’t it?

We DTD last night and this morning to be on the safe side. Will DTD again tomorrow and then one for luck on Tuesday and then it’s 🤞🤞🤞🤞

@DGirl35 I'd say your result yesterday at day 15 was definitely your peak out of them all. Is this your first time using PreMom to read your results? How long did you let them develop before taking a photo? I only ask because they don't look properly developed which might be why PreMom is rating them all as low x

Thanks all for the encouragement and yes I am over the moon with my blood results I just couldn’t believe how much they went up by! It just means I’m now on par with normal stats so I’m hopeful it will happen soon as long as they stay up 🤞

@MakingAWish Yes that’s my first time using Premom so I’m just getting used to it! 🙈 I mostly let them develop for over 10 mins. Saying that some of them could have defo been under that! x

@AllHopeAndNoResults No, I don’t take them all in the same light because I’m sometimes take them in work and at home! That’s something I’ll take into account for next month! I think I’ll keep testing anyway just in case I missed it

@DGirl35 over a few months (if it takes that long) it will work out your personal base levels and what is high/peak to you so even though your strongest one says low now, that may change over time 😊
