Hi pamina3, thanks for your comments, I've been scouring the site for soemone who has had similar experience - yes am thinking cycle is up the spout after mc - bit confused though as would have thought first cycle would have been more screwy rather than second. It's all very annoying as if I'm not pg I just want to get on with ttc and I've no idea where I am just now (if cycle was running normally than would be approaching fertile time again, nearly). If nothing has happened by tues then I've got a docs appt, but have a feeling will just be written off as another neurotic woman! Well done you, sounds like you handled last night really well - one of my friends is due in march, as is my cousin, which I'm finding difficult just now - my due date would have been the 9th March. Emotionally all over the place at the min, this just feels like insult to injury, another month, no pg and screwed up cyle .

Well BeckiF i hope it was worth it and it works!!
Tessiebear if you do it at least every 4 - 6 weeks it isn't so bad but that is coming from someone who leaves it to the 6 - 7 week mark and nearly kicks my beautitian in the head everytime which reminds me i must make an appointment LOL

LOL Tania - those poor beauticians must go through it - mine said i was one of the bravest she has seen!!! Shame my midwife couldnt say the same!! Did you have one done before your last labour?

We often do the 5am thing. No chance of the kids waking up and it means we can drift off back to sleep and we wake in a better mood. Im always to tired at night and often crash out by ten. If he tried waking me then id bite his head off ( and i dont mean the head he'd want me to go near iyswim)

I was considering having a brazilian this weekend actually! Thought it might add some spice and get him in the mood a bit more often.

The only thing that puts me off (and is the reason I have nevr had anything waxed before) is the waiting to re-wax period. I can't stand the thought of having to be stubbly!

Me too! God I can't wait to be able to take up my new maternity package and go home! Not the real reason we want a baby - but it does help!

I finally booked a doctors appt for Monday to get this troublesome boob looked at. It's just very tender and sore ... can't help but think it's cancer but I'm sure it's not (I hope!). As I said before I will try one of those ultra sensitive pg tests when I get home just to make sure!

I would like somebody's advice please. Have been on other ttc threads and then thought I would take a break from posting even though I was still ttc.

Usually have 30-32 day cycles. Have increased to 36-39 of late. Today I am CD 41 and have BFN. Am reading TCOYF who says when stressed you can ovulate late. Am wondering if my cycle is say 42 days, when am I technically late? Or if it 39 days like last month, when would I get a pos result if I were to be preg? No AF, but cramps and extreme fatigue.

You are probably all tutting to yourselves that I am clutching at straws! That's why I stopped posting.

Twiga · 17/09/2004 22:49

Hi Shouldknowbyfriday, don't worry about the straws, they're what keep most of us going and we're all doing it . Not really sure re: your query but would have thought that it would be safe to asume your late now if your longest cycle has been 39 days previously, hpt can sometimes not show until your a few days late (I didn't get a BFP with my pg until four/five days after I was due, got a BPN the day I was due) so if nothing happens in next few days, would test again. If you were trying to work out o dates then you could work out from shortest and longest cycles then take the earliest date from the shortest and latest date from longest and make sure you bd over that time to be sure - that way all bases covered. Hope this is helpful and not too long winded, and that someone with more know how comes along soon, lol .

Thanks Twiga. Just wanted to stay up for one MN reply to my question which you have very kindly done. Off to bed now. Thanks again.

Sorry, I am of no help at all with your query. I am ttc again for the first time this month (have a 2yo DD) and it is all seeming so new again to me. Sorry.

But please keep posting. Clutch away. That's what half this TTc malarky is all about each month. We'll all be around to advice and support each other, I hope!
