2 week wait

So I thought I would start a thread and see who else has started the dreaded TWW, I'm currently 2DPO and finding it impossible to wait to find out the outcome, so I need some ladies to share my insanity with.

Pretty sure I'm experiencing leukorrhea same as my previous pregnancy

@Abi58 Yes 9dpo! I can't quite believe it! Still so early (but sure if my dates!) so will test again at the weekend just in case!! 😬😬😬

@FredMyl No, this was my 2nd (although I hadn't had a drink yet!) I used the 1st on a cheapie- which looked negative (I picked it up an hour later and saw a minute shadow, hence a retry with FRER) x

Ohh what symptoms were you having?
This afternoon I feel rubbish. So tired and headachey, sore throat and nose.

@Treaclepie19 Achy, sore throat, cough, headache, sleepy, pulling cramps- you name it... to top it off conjunctivitis (lol- doubt that bit is connected, but thanks DS!) It is that time of year though so not sure if anything is connected xx

Currently trying to keep awake while my DS plays.

@Abi58 - I'm definitely going with your idea, for today, at least. DP brought the subject up last night, from a 'what will you be wanting to drink on Saturday?' pov, but then segued into will I be avoiding alcohol or not. He agreed that me avoiding alcohol today would be noticed, esp as there'll be one person there who he's told and who I didn't really want to know, and who will definitely be on the lookout. So I'll take a small glass, sip some and then hand to DP.

@TimeIhadaNameChange that is a good idea, we just came back from.holiday and we had the same predicament but I just got a coke and told people it was a vodka and coke. That seemed to work well :-) no one guessed a thing.

@Treaclepie19 Sucks to feel naff- but @Abi58 mentioned earlier that feeling rubbish can sometime be a sign so 🤞! Aww, how old is your DS? My DS is 2 1/2, so very full on lol, but is at his granny's today so have tried to relax (hoped to have a sleep but don't think that will happen now I'm too wired!) xx

JenDaw I hope that's the reason. I feel dreadful! I'm only cd18 or I'd test tomorrow.

He's 4 in september :) Absolute little livewire.
Try and get some rest if you can!

@TimeIhadaNameChange yoi should be fine with even a couple of glasses tbh I just wouldn't get hammered - saying that people dot know they're pregnant and get really drink and still have a healthy pregnancy, think at this early stage it's not a problem but personally I won't get drunk but until I get a positive I'll have a few drinks :)

I've been feeling really sick and hot all day with cramps, I also have a runny nose and sore throat :( I'm guessing I'm just run down

@Abi58 yes af is due the 1st so ill try and wait to see if she shows before testing easier said than done though!!!

@JenDaw its very faint!! Test at the weekend but it looks very promising!!

@tiredmoma yes it is! I want to wait until at least the 29th but I have awful willpower

@tiredmoma Will do- surprised anything showed up at all at 9dpo, so not counting my chickens. 🤞gets a bit darker at the weekend x
