So I thought I would start a thread and see who else has started the dreaded TWW, I'm currently 2DPO and finding it impossible to wait to find out the outcome, so I need some ladies to share my insanity with.

@MaceyP87 I must admit that is the cutest and sweetest thing I have ever read! I'm really sorry about your loss and I truly wish you all the happiness and success in the world! ❤️ I hope all of us on here have success stories to share with you and your lovely wife

Hey @Abi58 I am on CD 23 I am really hoping that AF doesn't pay me a visit. I have even been checking my CM and it's thin milky white so I'm hoping it doesn't get thicker....fingers crossed. I must admit though I have had lower back pain and cramps on and off yesterday and today

tiredmoma · 18/06/2019 16:00

Awww how sweet @MaceyP87 i hope that you too get your BFP soon!! And sorry to hear about your loss it mist have been heartbreaking x

@Abi58 I'm 8dpo, and boy do I feel rubbish! Aww thanks for that- hopefully it's all related then 🤞. I already threw my test away- but did another this morning which my OH verified as negative... AF due any day over the coming week so we'll know for sure soon enough I guess!

@MaceyP87 Welcome! Hope your wife is feeling ok- such a nice thing to do :) And so sorry for your loss. Our first pregnancy ended in MC at 11weeks (a few years ago now), so know it can be rough getting back into the mindset.

NinaPS · 18/06/2019 16:52

@JenDaw I tested this morning too but got a BFN. Think i might test tonight or tomorrow? 🤷🏻‍♀️

OP posts:
JenDaw · 18/06/2019 18:13

@NinaPS I'll prob do a cheapie in the morning 🙈... can't help myself. I'll try and save my FRER for the weekend (if I can lol) xx

Abi58 · 18/06/2019 18:14

@tiredmoma aw 😁

@MaceyP87 aw that is so lovely! Sorry to hear about your miscarriage, similar happened to me last month at 5 weeks it's awful :(
🤞🏻 for you both! It's rubbish that a lot of pg symptoms can be pms symptoms as well. I feel like that after ovulation for a few days I think it's the hormones.

@FredMyl I'm cd 18, mines sticky same as last month. Is that normal for you at this time in your cycle? It's early for af cramps so 🤞🏻 for you 😁

@JenDaw keeping 🤞🏻 for you! Will you try to wait a few days before you test again?

NinaPS · 18/06/2019 18:19

@JenDaw just used an FRER and it was BFN. So maybe I'll just wait now until the end of the week or atleast buy some cheapies in the meantime. Recalling my dates 2 years ago I tested positive 11dpo so I guess it's not over yet. Just a little disheartening as I'm now starting to think more towards me being out this month :(

OP posts:
tiredmoma · 18/06/2019 19:17

@Abi58 i deffo agree the past few days after OD ive been feeling a bit rubbish the past few months so must be something to do with the hormones!!

JenDaw · 18/06/2019 19:41

@Abi58 I'll try and hold off using my expensive tests- but being honest I will prob still test with my amazons! It's more of habit really I think, so not getting too disappointed at the moment. X

@NinaPS Ah sorry hun, try not to put too much pressure on it- it is still early on for us. X

So sorry about both of your losses, it's tough. I wish I'd known about these group chats back then, helps a lot I think to know you're not alone in it (if that makes sense!). Hopefully we see some rainbows soon xx

monkeyted · 18/06/2019 20:21

Hello - hoping it's ok to join you all.

Currently roughly 9DPO (hard to say exactly as cycle can vary by a few days and I didn't try to track)

First cycle of TTC no 2.

I have a 2 year old. But never done the TTW before as last time took me by surprise - had just come off contraception and didn't expect it to happen so quickly.

Can't believe just how hard it is to wait!! I cracked and tested yesterday, BFN, but hardly unexpected. Trying to hold out for a few more days but I'm sure I'll end up testing again tomorrow. Trying to decide if I should waste spend money on a FRER or not!

NinaPS · 18/06/2019 21:49

@monkeyted - Hi the more the merrier, were all just here trying to keep each other sane 😂 I'm in the same predicament, I bought an FRER today, and used one this evening and got a BFN, now I don't know whether to wait a couple of days or try again tomorrow 🤷🏻‍♀️

OP posts:
NinaPS · 18/06/2019 21:50

@JenDaw - I should really stop thinking about it but I can't seem to help myself, I need to remember that it's still very early and there's still chance

OP posts:
Abi58 · 18/06/2019 22:16

@NinaPS how many dpo are you? If still early try with fmu as you'll have a much better chance at seeing something 😁🤞🏻

@tiredmoma definately. Ive now got cramps and feel so sick, 3dpo the joys and it feels like I have soooo long to wait

@JenDaw as long as you're not being too hard on yourself it's still so early!
And thank you. Yes it defiantly does especially as can't talk to many about it in real life 💕

@monkeyted welcome! What are you using to test at the moment? Frer are good at detecting earlier but it all depends on the levels in your system although you are stil definitely very early so still 🤞🏻

tiredmoma · 18/06/2019 23:43

@Abi58 we will be testing around the same time!! Im only 1dpo so ive to wait all the way until 1st July
It really is easier said than done the temptation can be so hard esp if you have tests at home!!

NinaPS · 19/06/2019 07:06

@Abi58 - Today I am 9dpo, I tested this morning on FRER but nothing. I think I'm going to stop now until at least 12dpo.

Markygirl1995 · 19/06/2019 09:59

Tested again today BFN I just don't think I'm lucky this month!

FredMyl · 19/06/2019 10:58

@Abi58 I must admit this is not normal for me this time of the month I am normally dry so I am keeping everything crossed. I am trying my best to be patient and test mid week next week and see what happens :-)

Abi58 · 19/06/2019 11:13

@tiredmoma yes! Is that when your af is due?

@NinaPS it's still early, if you can wait a few days that should give time to build the hcg levels 😁🤞🏻

@Markygirl1995 you're not out til af shows! Are you feeling different this month? 🤞🏻

@FredMyl different sounds positive 🤞🏻 for you

💕

Markygirl1995 · 19/06/2019 11:16

@Abi58 I feel the same apart from experiencing pain after ovulation but that could be just be normal ovulation pain and a little light browny brown discharge 🤷‍♀️ my cervix is medium and watery Cm

NinaPS · 19/06/2019 11:21

@Markygirl1995 I also got a BFN this morning. Feeling slightly nauseous today and shooting pains, but part of me thinks I'm making it up

OP posts:
monkeyted · 19/06/2019 11:51

@Abi58 I used a regular 'Clear & Simple' - but today I found that Savers sell a '6 days early' version of the same brand, for only 99p, so I've brought a few of those! Maybe not quite as good as FRER but hopefully similar.

Now I've got them in the house I'm sure I'm not going to last the day without testing!

Markygirl1995 · 19/06/2019 12:04

@NinaPS I get that I think I was like that at the beginning of the week phantom pregnancy 🤣

Abi58 · 19/06/2019 12:09

@Markygirl1995 🤞🏻 for you 😊

@monkeyted good luck! If you do tonight and get bfn it's still early and might show better with fmu 🤞🏻 good luck!
