@Squiff70 Thankyou, that's nice of you. I'm so sorry for what you went through too, I can imagine how awful and traumatic that was for you, it's so sad. But it's great to see you've carried on and are pregnant again. It gives me some hope. I definitely want to try again soon I think, but my OH is saying he wants to wait abit, the hospital said I should have a period in 4-6 weeks then I'm good to try again, so I'll see how we both feel by then.

@20TinkerBell20 aw congratulations to you 😊 it's nice to see more good news, wishing you all the best and definitely relax and enjoy it ❤️
Thankyou, it has been an awful time for me, not what I expected at all but I will be ok, I am feeling physically better each day, emotionally I feel drained and lost at the moment but I know that will take time. I do have some good support around me which I'm grateful for. My OH has been amazing throughout it all.

@Cupcakes1234 Thankyou, it has been a horrible thing to go through but I will be ok in time. It's nice to have people to talk to on here. I hope all is going good for you xx

Those of you that have had your bfp’s. Is it normal for symptoms to come and go? I had two days of having waves of nausea and outside of breasts felt slightly sore which lead me to testing (as well as missing AF). But today my breasts feel slightly less sore and the nausea has gone and of course now I’m worrying. Shouldn’t symptoms gradually get worse?

Cupcakes1234 · 30/07/2019 09:27

@20TinkerBell20 my symptoms were coming and going to begin with but I'm 10 weeks tomorrow and feel sick 90% of the time now and soooo tired!

Squiff70 · 30/07/2019 10:13

@20TinkerBell20 Symptoms do come and go. I've got sore boobs and waves of nausea and I'm 5+5. It does fluctuatate all the time. As long as you don't have any pain or bleeding try not to worry. Period-like pains are normal, however.

Chops14 · 30/07/2019 10:46

Hey, can I join? TTC since May - am 35.

x

Squiff70 · 30/07/2019 11:10

Hi @Chops14 and welcome!

LuciBee · 30/07/2019 13:18

hey girls, i went for a private scan on sunday (because im so impatient) they put me 3 days ahead so im 10+6 today. Not getting booked in by midwife until im 12+2 and scan with the hospital at 13 weeks. this is baby no.2 for me and im finding it hard to hide my belly now. nausea started to die down from 10 weeks, but still have waves of it.

Hope everyone is good

Cupcakes1234 · 30/07/2019 15:10

@LuciBee I'm 10 weeks tomorrow with my second and it's impossible to hide. I had a few people kind of backward ask me at work but think it shows more if you're slim as well. Belly button is starting to pop again also 🙈

LuciBee · 30/07/2019 15:12

I think its because i feel sick all the time and i eat sweets and crap to try and stop feeling sick! But its literally so hard to hide now! i'm not as slim as i was the first time round either so that doesnt help! Im a big size 10, was a size 6-8 last time.

20TinkerBell20 · 31/07/2019 14:47

I’ve got back ache today but seems to be all the way up not just lower back. Also had some spotting light brown on one occasion today and now I’m really worried.

Squiff70 · 31/07/2019 18:17

Hope you're okay @20TinkerBell20!

dizzy85 · 31/07/2019 21:23

@20TinkerBell20 hope all is ok. If your worried maybe get it checked out to put your mind at rest x

How are you @dizzy85?

dizzy85 · 31/07/2019 22:26

@Squiff70 I'm not too bad thankyou, just feel sad and miss being pregnant so much but I'm trying to be positive. How are you?

OP posts:
Squiff70 · 01/08/2019 10:07

@dizzy85, it's important to remember that whatever you're feeling is normal and understandable. I really am devastated for you.

I'm ok, thank you for asking Flowers

MrsB899 · 01/08/2019 13:20

Sorry ladies I've just caught up
@dizzy85 I'm so sorry to hear you're having such a rough time of it. I hope you start to feel better soon.
@20TinkerBell20 how are you feeling today?
I've just seen the pram I want for half price saving £600 but I'm so worried it's too early to buy something big

Cupcakes1234 · 01/08/2019 15:19

@MrsB899 you've had your 12 week scan now haven't you so id say get it while it's on offer because those things are expensive lol

dizzy85 · 01/08/2019 15:29

@MrsB899 Thankyou, I'm ok I just have up and down days but I know I'll be alright in time. I'm eager to start again when we can, I'm just gonna wait and make sure my periods are back to normal and then wait for the OH to be ready.
That pram sounds like a good bargain saving £600 I'd go for it!

Cupcakes1234 · 01/08/2019 16:23

@dizzy85 you are so strong, I've got everything crossed for you that everything will go back to normal quickly for you and it all goes well!

Squiff70 · 01/08/2019 16:53

@dizzy85 you might be surprised how soon you both bounce back. We lost our twins at 19 weeks in January and by March we decided to try again. It doesn't mean we've forgotten about the babies we lost nor would we ever try to 'replace' them but we were ready to give them a little brother or sister and here we are just four months later...

You are indeed a very strong lady. You will come through this pain.

dizzy85 · 01/08/2019 22:17

@Cupcakes1234 @Squiff70 Thankyou ladies it does make you stronger. I'm definitely determined to try again. Thats a lovely way to think of as a little brother or sister for them❤️. I'm popping to the hospital tomorrow to collect my scan pictures as I didn't think at the time to ask for them, they're gonna be hard to look at but it will also be nice to have a photo to remember our baby by and I think it will help with the healing process.

Hope your both doing well and feeling good x

How is everyone doing? I've not been on in ages. I guess people have probably already had their scans? I have mine on Tuesday afternoon.

20TinkerBell20 · 09/08/2019 11:02

How are you feeling about your scan Tuesday? So exciting. I’m currently 6+2 and nausea has kicked in. Struggling to drink anything but not actually being sick (yet). Seems like such a long wait to get a scan. I’m tempted to pay for an early one like we did with DD. Is anyone else having problems sleeping? I’m exhausted yet seem to be waking up every hour feeling really uncomfortable and spend the whole night tossing and turning Sad
