I desperately need some TTC buddies. We've just started trying for no.3 and we haven't told anyone. I'm bursting but with no one to talk to. I realise this makes me sound like a total sap

Af finished yesterday so I’m going to start with the wonfo opks immediately and then switch to clear blue for cd 10. Last month clear blue reckoned I ovulated super early so we shall see what this month brings!
Going away tomorrow so need to remember to cart a load of opks with me

Af finished for me Friday but cramping loads. Weird. Hope my cycle isn't gonna go up the shoot now we're steaming into trying 🤦🏻‍♀️ TTC is a constant worry

Hello everyone. Can I join ?
We have been TTC since June. I got pregnant 2 Nd cycle and then lost the baby at 15 weeks. We have been trying since then and every month has been a deception. I should of been due on the 10 th of May and got my period yesterday. My next period is due on the 10 th of May I am really hopeful that it will happen this month. I don’t put pressure but I am getting my excitement back !!! Which has not happened since We lost our first baby. The two week wait for me is always so stressful any tips on how to cop ?! Maybe sharing my experience and feelings here will help. I am completely new and it is my first time on a forum like this ;) x

@Renault5 welcome lovely. So sorry for your loss. I'm def finding posting and talking to others in the same boat helpful. Hopefully it helps you too x

@Renault5 I'm gonna use OPKs and DTD every other day too. I'm steaming straight in this month haha

Hi all, how're you doing? I thought AF was due Friday but it's actually Saturday. My FRERs should be delivered tomorrow or Tues so we'll see but I'll try holding off with POAS until Thursday. I felt ok yesterday but I was in the bathroom this morning and suddenly the floor felt like it was made of jelly and I struggled to stand. It passed as quickly as it came on but I've been light-headed all day. I'm pretty sure I had this in my last pregnancy very early on but I may just be imagining things. Somebody tell me to get a grip!

@Squiff70 how exciting. Keeping everything crossed for you. I remember feeling light headed a lot with my two too

@Squiff70 I can imagine! I'd be pulling my hair out. I'm due to ovulate next weekend and I'm so impatient it's unreal I dread to think how I'd be waiting to test

@MrsM18 which OPK do you use? I used to use some I bought off Amazon but NEVER had a positive which has made me so worried that there's something not working properly with me. I ended up using one every single day and always got just 1 line not 2.

So sorry for your loss @Renault5. I don't think there are really any ways to cope whilst you're waiting, I certainly haven't found any! I try and keep myself busy so I can think about something else lol.

@squiff70 let us how you getting on! I get what you mean about the hopes up though! I though I had all the symptômes three days ago but then got my af. I think symptômes are so similar as well that the first reliable symptôme would probably be the period being late... so long wait though !!!!

@cc1616540 thanks yeah I guess that is what I am trying keep busy with work and meet up with friends ... I have not had a positif opk either until I used boots opk sticks and I tried when I saw the egg white cervical mucus that I get just before ovulating it was then positive.

@Renault5 it can be really difficult though when it's ALL I can think about! I've definitely started to try and find anything and everything to keep me busy, even housework! 😂
Ooh that's interesting, are they just boots' own brand? I may try OPK during the fertile window according to my apps.

@cc1616540 yes it is the boots own brand. I hope it works for you let us know! Do you have any other symptômes when you ovulate ? Different discharge? Pain in the lower tummy ? Bloated ? ....

Thanks @Renault5 I definitely will! Going to pick some up. It's difficult really because I've never had confirmation that I've ovulated. I definitely notice a change in CM but nothing else I've noticed :(
We DTD last month all around the days the CM was giving us the sign but still BFN :(

I get cramps and v sore boobs when I'm coming up to my period due date so I know when that's coming.

What about you? Do you have any tell tale signs?

@cc1616540 if you have regular period and mucus like egg white then yes you are ovulating ! I have been having sex every 2/3 days for the last 5 months and still not pregnant. It is frustrating I completely get ya and I had month when I would cry myself to sleep and have all this negativity but this month I feel so hopeful and want to share my positivity !

During ovulation it depends month to month but I tente to just have the discharge and sometimes a bit bloated !

My husband is going to test his sperm as well just in case ( I have done my check up last month and everything is fine ) but as we got pregnant once I am thinking that we might be fine and I just need to enjoy again ttc. It is so easy to get into this spiral where you are so obsess that you do not enjoy and don’t get excited about the whole thing anymore !!!

May I join? TTC DC2, this is cycle 11. I'm beginning to feel the emotional strain more and more. DC1 in 2yrs now and you can guarantee I'm asked several times a week when the next baby is coming . This is our first month of using OPK's. No smiley faces yet. When does everyone else ovulate in their cycle?

You're right @Renault5, the earliest symptoms of pregnancy are the same as impending AF. It's almost impossible to tell the difference.

Hi @turquoisebaby. I'm sorry things haven't happened for you yet - very insensitive of people to ask when baby #2 is coming - people honestly have no idea do they?

I ovulate around day 14/15 (at least on day 14 I had a blazing positive OPK). How about you?

@turquoisebaby sorry to hear that !! people are so insensitive sometimes! My mother in low last month when she knew I was upset about having period showed me pictures of her neighbour new born !! My husband told her off as it was definitely not the right thing to show at the time.

I ovulate usually D14. But again there is never an exact science on when exactly the egg is released so we have sex every 2 days on my “fertile days”!

How did it happen for baby #1 ? What worked ? X

Good morning hope everyone is doing good! Hello to all the new people too. AF has finally stopped today at last on to the new cycle 😄 my predicted ovulation day is 24th according to my app so I'll start the opk testing as from tomorrow. Hope this is a lucky month for us all ☺️
