Hi, I was just feeling a bit down in my 2ww and wanted to share a bit. I'm trying so hard not to symptom spot but it's impossible.

Im around 7 or 8dpo, I couldn't pinpoint the actual day as LH tests were inconclusive, CM got very watery one day and the next seem thicker so I'm hoping that's when I ovulate. I have sore boobs, slight backache, weird ache very low down in my abdomen, almost like an internal bruise. If I stand, sit or bend then I feel it ache.

Cervix is high and soft, creamy CM, little bit of nausea but that's probably because I'm working myself up... I stupidly did a test this morning which was a bfn so feeling even worse now!

I know everyone else feels the same way but I wish I just knew one way or another... I'm 35 so worried that's affecting my fertility too.

Thanks, just needed to vent a bit x

peasando · 02/05/2019 07:12

@Donthaveaclue1 I think I can see a hint of something in this one, more than yesterday. Fingers crossed for you!

Donthaveaclue1 · 02/05/2019 07:31

I'm hoping I'm not tbh honest @peasando and I feel so bad saying it because Ino your all trying and believe me I know the pain of trying for a baby I had 8 miscarriages before I had my son and 1 inbetween having my daughter but I split up with there dad 2 years ago and we were together for 9 years so I'm currently at my mum's with my two children untill I get my own house so the timing would not be great at all I do have a new partner we've been together for a year but he's nowhere near ready for a child hes 5 years youbger than me and I am the depo injection so I haven't been careless sorry for the long post and I hope I've not offenended anyone xx

peasando · 02/05/2019 08:22

Oh crikey that doesn't sound like ideal timing! Well fingers crossed things work out the way you want them too. Do another test tomorrow/at the weekend and we'll see.

No one is offended, everyone's situation is different! x

Sauty · 02/05/2019 08:53

No one is offended @donthaveaclue1 because let’s face it, is there ever a “right” time to have a child. Ok I get that there’s a definite “Wrong” time as this is how you feel at the moment with the situation you find yourself in. @peasando is correct though, we all hope things work out the way you want them to. Life throws us some curveballs sometimes and we middle through in the best possible way and we get there in the end. Keep us informed! X

Donthaveaclue1 · 02/05/2019 09:03

Thank you both so much for your kind words @peasando @sauty your both right there is never a right time if I am pregnant then I better get used to it fast I will keep you updated I'm going to test again in the morning xx

Helensss · 02/05/2019 09:17

@donthaveclue1 dont apologise! I completely get the situation, sounds less than ideal. I understand, I got pregnant when I was 18 (31 now) but my boyfriend was really abusive, I had a to get a restraining order in the end so I terminated it which was tough. Let us know how you get on, I have no idea where I am in my cycle so lots of pictures with squinters coming in upcoming weeks no doubt 😂 xx

Helensss · 02/05/2019 09:18

@donthaveaclue1 by the way I was not suggesting you terminate!! Just saying I know when situations aren’t right xx

peasando · 02/05/2019 09:20

@Helensss I love a squinter picture haha!

Donthaveaclue1 · 02/05/2019 09:22

Ow Ino @helensss I've also been in that situation myself hence the reason id never have another termination it was traumatic for me and living with the guilt has been hard for me xx

Helensss · 02/05/2019 09:25

@donthaveaclue1 yeah it was and I feel guilty now and it isn’t that easy.
I also didn’t realise how common miscarriages were, until I had one! Fingers crossed for next time. I have been with my husband for 8 years and we were having fun and waiting and I just assumed it would be really easy 😂 how wrong was I haha

@peasando good because you will be getting some 😂😂 xx

Donthaveaclue1 · 02/05/2019 09:36

Ino what you mean @helensss everybody always assumes it's so easy but in reality so many women struggle I think the pressure we put on ourselves doesn't help either it's so hard not to get wrapped up in it all x

AutismFamily · 02/05/2019 09:58

I can see it in that pic @donthaveaclue1 xx

Donthaveaclue1 · 02/05/2019 10:04

Donthaveaclue1 · 02/05/2019 11:41

Helensss · 02/05/2019 12:53

@autismfamily I get watery for a few days, then goes stretchy for 2 days then thicker like egg white on ovulation day, not sure about pregnancy x

AutismFamily · 02/05/2019 13:31

Helensss · 02/05/2019 20:24

Oooo I wonder what it means! @autismfamily have you tested some more? I’m going to try hold out a week and see if I come on as I’m pretty sure my cycle is just getting back to normal this month xx

AutismFamily · 02/05/2019 20:55

No I'm gonna wait a week see what happens xx

Donthaveaclue1 · 03/05/2019 07:24

2WW... The longest wait
Sauty · 03/05/2019 07:43

@donthaveaclue1 I can see it without tweaking. X

Sauty · 03/05/2019 07:44

@AutismFamily you must be well over due on your period now hun, how late are you? Have u retested? X

Donthaveaclue1 · 03/05/2019 07:45
