Hi, I was just feeling a bit down in my 2ww and wanted to share a bit. I'm trying so hard not to symptom spot but it's impossible.

Im around 7 or 8dpo, I couldn't pinpoint the actual day as LH tests were inconclusive, CM got very watery one day and the next seem thicker so I'm hoping that's when I ovulate. I have sore boobs, slight backache, weird ache very low down in my abdomen, almost like an internal bruise. If I stand, sit or bend then I feel it ache.

Cervix is high and soft, creamy CM, little bit of nausea but that's probably because I'm working myself up... I stupidly did a test this morning which was a bfn so feeling even worse now!

I know everyone else feels the same way but I wish I just knew one way or another... I'm 35 so worried that's affecting my fertility too.

Thanks, just needed to vent a bit x

It's hard to tell in photos but I think I see something in the second one? Keeping everything crossed for you.

Thank you so much for your kind words, means a lot. I would go mad without this forum I think!

Helensss · 12/04/2019 12:41

Congratulations @peasando! Such a wonderful feeling, I am back in the tww now I think I see a faint one in the 2nd @autismfamily test again in a day or so! X

AutismFamily · 12/04/2019 13:08

Same as that @peasando it's nice to have women like minded. Gives me a little hope that both u and @helensss think it might be. Will just have to wait and see what happens xx

Sauty · 12/04/2019 18:05

@Autismfamily I can’t see anything on the 2nd photo but think I can on the first! 😂
Been out today and stocked up on cheap tests for next week, hopefully we both get our BFP next week. Fingers crossed.

AutismFamily · 12/04/2019 19:54

@sauty well even that's ok as it's the same test just different pics. Fingers crossed for us Hun xx

peasando · 13/04/2019 07:42

peasando · 13/04/2019 10:11

@AutismFamily thank you so much hun!!! 💖💖💖 haha that's so funny you forgot to test, maybe you can hold your wee and do one a bit later? xx

AutismFamily · 13/04/2019 10:19

Yh that's what I will try and do if not remember in the morning. I'm not sure if I am tbh as not got many symptoms but then I think hmmm maybe the lack of symptoms is a sign because im always got loads of things to point out normally xx

peasando · 16/04/2019 08:43

Hey @AutismFamily, how are you getting on hun? Have you tested again? I've made an appointment with the midwife and with my consultant but it's still all feeling a bit surreal to be honest xx

AutismFamily · 16/04/2019 08:52

@peasando Hi Hun how are u? I bet you can't wait. If u ask your doctor they might get u in for a early scan bet that will make it all more real for u Hun. I done one yesterday and couldn't be sure so saying negative going to wait a few days and try a frer one xx

peasando · 16/04/2019 09:32

Yeah @AutismFamily my consultant is getting me in for a scan at 6 weeks cos of my history, even that feels like forever away!

How many dpo are you now? Frers are the best I think x

AutismFamily · 16/04/2019 09:47

@peasando that's great to hear, the time will soon pass. Well I can't be sure when I ovulated as when my app said I was meant to I had no cm at all. But I had sex on 7 and 10th and on 8th I had really bad cramps xx

peasando · 16/04/2019 10:03

So still early then @AutismFamily - test with frer his weekend? I really hope this is it for you! x

AutismFamily · 16/04/2019 10:08

@peasando it would be lovely but I'm not sure my symptoms are different to past months xx

Sauty · 16/04/2019 10:58

Hi @AutismFamily and @peasando nice to see you both this morning. I’m keeping up with your threads as and when I can. It’s Easter school hols at the moment so been busy with my kids and it’s worked to keep my mind off testing. I’m 8dpo today. No real symptoms that I’ve noticed other than one sore nipple. 😂 Amazon kindly did not deliver my early testers yesterday so that’s one not wasted 😂👏 I’ll post when I can. In sort of having to dip in and out of this thread as and when I can. Good luck and lots of sparkly sticky bean dust to you both xxx

peasando · 16/04/2019 11:25

Hi @Sauty Amazon has done you a favour there!! Looking forward to hearing how you get on when the tests arrive. It's great that you have the kids to keep your mind off things - I am at work and trying really hard to concentrate but spending far too much time on here and on dr Google! I'm really hoping everything will sink in a bit after my first scan and I can stop obsessing quite so much...

Sauty · 16/04/2019 13:05

@peasando are you in the UK only my Drs surgery won’t book a midwife appointment before 10 weeks gestation.
If I get pregnant again I’ll want a scan at 8 weeks ish to check that all is ok and I’ll have to pay privately for it, if only to put my mind at ease. I think there should be variation on rules for those who suffer recurrent m/c it’s unfair.

peasando · 16/04/2019 13:56

Hi @Sauty yes I'm in Scotland. Midwife is booked for 8 weeks (that's the earliest they do) but because I have a long history of miscarriages I have a consultant too, and he's getting me in for an early scan at 6 weeks. Just waiting for the date but it should be in about a week and a half - seems forever away, and I'm totally petrified something will go wrong in the meantime. Still testing every day and frantically knicker checking every time I go to the loo 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Sauty · 16/04/2019 14:02

I know the knicker check very well! 🥴
Amazon have been! Bfn.
But still very very early to be testing.
A week and half does seem like a long time when your on a countdown to something so important to you. Maybe get a a massively long book like War and Peace or something to keep you busy in the meantime. 😂😂😂

peasando · 16/04/2019 14:45

Lol @Sauty I gave a two year old and a full time job, I'm plenty busy but still not able to keep my mind off it!! Sorry about the BFN but maybe tomorrow with FMU??

Sauty · 16/04/2019 15:09

I’d collected FMU this morning and got BFN.
Anyway because I’m such a doofus, I’ve just done another with a fresh wee and I think I have a squinter on a 10miu.
I’m leaving it at that and will retest tomorrow. 😬
