Hi!

Didn't manage to conceive last month so now it's time to try for a December baby! Anyone else want to join? On CD 4 so I'm feeling positive about a new start! I'm ttc no3.

CD31 (normally can be anything between 28-35 days)and I'm feeling crampy like AF is coming. I had kinda accepted it but this afternoon I did an OPK and got a faint second line. Do you think that means anything? X

blondie87 · 06/04/2019 15:27

That's must have given you a fright but I'm glad you worked out what happened scarletrose! Thanks for taking a look at the pics; I'm stepping away from poas for the time being and still no AF. I guess for the time being I'm pregnant!

mrsawhite sorry to hear that. I hope you're ok.

coastaldreamer is it worth taking a test or do you want to wait until your longest cycle day? Cramps were an indication I was pregnant.

Coastaldreamer · 06/04/2019 15:36

@blondie87 yeah I think I might. I feel like a fool giving myself false hope but I won't know till a few days time I guess. I have a cheap savers test and one FRER but don't want to use that one yet 🤷🏽‍♀️

blondie87 · 06/04/2019 15:49

Do what works for you- if you can hold out and have more patience than me that's probably good! I completely get the desire to test though!

I've banned myself from testing now. I'm going to give it a week and see what happens

@blondie yes your right for the time being you are, so congratulations and im really hoping for you that all is well 💖

Hoping everyone else gets their bfp soon and you dont have to wait long as testing is so stressful 🤯🤯

Starfish83 · 06/04/2019 17:57

Hope you’re doing OK Blondie, Scarlet and Coastal. Sorry about AF MrsAWhite.

I’m about 3DPO so I don’t think there’s much chance of having any symptoms yet? The wait is awful. 😬 x

mrsawhite · 06/04/2019 19:21

Thanks all. Was waiting to see if perhaps just some spotting. But now in full flow. Feel silly for thinking it would just happen. 4 months in now. Feel sad 🙁

Chips4dinneragain · 07/04/2019 08:29

I'm out Sad had a couple of days of positives on ICs and FRERs but pregnancy symptoms disappeared yesterday. Had negative ICs last night and this morning, and also killer period pains have kicked in so now just waiting for af to start. Feeling a bit glum but trying to get a bit more positive by reading about the supposed increase in fertility after a chemical pregnancy. Good luck to everyone still on the bus!

blondie87 · 07/04/2019 13:36

Oh I'm sorry chips. That must have been really disappointing after the positive. I really hope you get lucky next month xx

Chips4dinneragain · 07/04/2019 15:33

Thanks blondie how are you doing? Managed to hold off on testing?

blondie87 · 07/04/2019 16:53

I'm good thanks, not re-tested (don't know how) but still no period. I've felt a bit off today so we shall see.

Hope you're ok & doing something nice tonight.

So I retested with Clearblue and whereas on Thursday it was the faintest squint today the test line was darker than the control. I feel like I can finally get a bit excited! Thanks for the handhold.

Peachyx2505 · 08/04/2019 17:21

Yay! Fab news blondie xx

Chips4dinneragain · 08/04/2019 17:41

Oh that's great blondie what a fantastic bit of news.so happy for you!

I also have a positive development. After a weekend of feeling glum I woke up this morning feeling so nauseous I couldn't eat my breakfast, also had really sore boobs, so took an internet cheapie and it was a glaring positive!!! Really not sure what happened there, can only presume I had some dud cheapies that gave false negatives??

Got a FRER this afternoon to double check and it was positive, but after the ups and down of this cycle I'm now feeling a bit anxious and am worried my lines haven't progressed enough? Any thoughts?

@blondie87 congratulations!!! Wishing you a happy and healthy nine months

@Chips4dinneragain I'm no expert but that looks positive still! Perhaps you just had some bad tests that weren't as sensitive? That line on 12 DPO looks certainly convincing!!

blondie87 · 08/04/2019 18:13

Thank you!

Chips that sounds really positive. I think when it's really early tests may vary as I have found. I think your 12 day one looks darker than the others. 🤞🏻

Chips4dinneragain · 08/04/2019 18:20

Thanks both, the reassurance is really appreciated (I'm feeling quite needy today!)

Your experience has definitely given me hope blondie and you're right the tests were taken pretty early. Hoping we both go on to have slightly less dramatic 9 months!

Scarletrose18 · 08/04/2019 19:05

@starfish I hope the rest of your tww comes in quick 🙂

Yaaay @blondie Thats great, im really happy for you. So... your pregnant! Congratulations!! 🎉🎈🎊🎀

@Chips4dinneragain Congratulations! Thats so lovely. Im sure you cant believe it! 😀🎀🎊🎈🎉

Everyones hcg levels progress at dif rates so one person could be 5 weeks and have a super strong test line when another person at 5 weeks could have a light one.
Hopefully this chart helps showing dif levels etc that dif people have. x

Chips4dinneragain · 08/04/2019 19:36

scarletrose that's really helpful, thank you for sharing it, I was getting a bit anxious that my 12dpo line didn't look as dark as all those google images I had been trawling through, but what you have shared is really reassuring.

I'm stepping away from the tests now before I drive myself insane, I've got one FRER left which I will use on the day AF is due (Thursday) to confirm the pregnancy before we tell parents, the. Will just presume I'm pregnant unless told otherwise!

Chips4dinneragain · 11/04/2019 12:42

Well by some minor miracle I managed to hold out taking my last FRER until today as planned, and I'm really glad I did as any lingering doubt have been fully quashed. Reckon I'm about 15dpo now, although I don't temp so can't say for sure.

All remaining ICs about to go in the bin and along with used FRERs to get rid of any temptation to obsess! Also, if I'm ever pregnant again then I absolutely will not be testing more than once, lesson learnt.

Chips4dinneragain · 11/04/2019 18:06

Thanks both!

mrsawhite · 17/04/2019 08:10

How's everyone doing? Been trying to down play it all this month. See if less stress helps!

Peachyx2505 · 17/04/2019 10:50

Me to @mrsawhite!

AF due anytime from tomorrow I think. I'm possibly around 10/11 dpo som more likely due Sat/sun.

How about you? Xx
