@HJWT thanks for the baby dust. Hope your sleep improves, nothing worse than when you’re not getting enough. Maybe try the camomile tea as @scarlet suggested, it’s very good.

That’s a good idea @mummybearboo if you know what you did and it worked than you may as well try it again. Like you say it’s not worth the stress of testing until enough days past ovulation. I won’t be testing until after a missed period either as it just screws with your head doesn’t it. 💜💐

Thanks will try the tea I think!! Good luck everyone! I hope to see some BFP in the next couple of weeks ✨💕👶🏻

Oh lovely, its nice when you can get a romantic relaxing night in during fertile week, I think it defo ups your chances.

Yes its a relief, my line is quite dark still this morning, normally it goes light again by that night of positive opk, hoping its a good sign.
I was doing some more reading and egg lives for 12 hours so even if you ovulate same day, chances are still good 🙂 Anyway with us being 26, we dont need to worry about that being in 30's for another few years 🤣
That will be tough tonight for you then with dh gone and ds, you will need to think of lots of distraction techniques and some good bribes lol. Yes im sure your + will be coming very soon, mine was a day later than last cycle... its strange, I never knew ov days could change every cycle... would make it really hard to pinpoint without opk's . Any nice plans today? Im just getting ready for work 😔

@scarletrose18 thanks for saying that, I don’t know about romantic though with my cheeky monkey up late lol. We did have a nice night though and DTD last night and this morning 😊 (not SMEP) but the mood struck 🤣. It was nice that ds stayed in his own bed all night and it meant me and dh had the bed to ourselves for once.
I took an opk this morning and it was darkest negative yet so I think positive is on it’s way very soon. I’ll take another this afternoon and tonight. It’s typical because dh is away! I think it’ll be positive hopefully by tomorrow at the latest (cd15 today) so we might be around the same time. He will not be back until late tomorrow night but I’m going to try DTD when he does. I just hope the sperm survives and the egg catches it.
Hope work goes okay for you and that you have a nice Valentine’s Day. I told ds he’s my little valentine and we’re going to have a nice day together just him and me 👩‍👦

The mood struck 😂🤣 Thats great chick, well even after you ovulate your egg is still around for 12 hours so with you having had relaxing dtd twice now and plus the little swimmers already there waiting and then dtd the night dh gets home, you defo have all the bases covered. Really hoping this is your month!!

Happy days for the dark neg. How was this afternoons test? I find it hard testing through the day because I drink so much water, tea etc x

Aww thanks @scarletrose18 I hope so, I haven’t ovulated yet but my tests are almost there so I’m hoping for tomorrow. I always drink too much as well and I always have the best chance of catching it in the morning. Thanks for saying that and I hope this is your month too huni.
Hope you have a lovely night tonight, ds fell sleep on me after his bath and went straight to bed so I couldn’t believe it, so far so good anyway. I’m not convinced he’ll stay there though but we’ll see lol

Sorry I didnt see your reply @coco Thats great that he didnt stay up as daddy not there!! You must of been relieved (and a bit baffled too lol) Will be so good if he stays and your body gets a lovely full nights sleep just before ovulation.

We dtd tonight, just tomorrow night to go then a break on sat, once more on Sunday then that will be us completed our smep exactly by the book lol. Then the wait begins!

How are you doing @mummyb ? Hope AF hasnt been too bad and your doing ok. With it being another new cycle, you may find that you ovulate earlier this time as your cycles are regulating a bit more x

@Scarletrose18 opk very close to positive this morning but not quite, I think it’ll be positive before today it out though. I told dh my surge is holding off and waiting for him to get home! I hope it means the egg will be released a little closer as he won’t be back until late and I’ve told him we have to DTD tonight it’s not optional lol.
You have an amazing chance this month especially with SMEP. We weren’t able to do it exactly to the book but hopefully it’ll be enough what we have done. We’ll hopefully be able to do the end part as well.
Exactly it was very unusual I think ds knee his daddy wasn’t going to be back. He fell sleep after his bath at 6pm then slept until 11.45pm and I gave him a drink and got him resettled for about 12.30 then he slept in bed with me until about 7pm so he did very well.

Oh no @HJWT I’ve heard spotting is normal in early pregnancy though. How are you feeling?

Report
Cocobana · 15/02/2019 08:50

It says this online:
‘Light bleeding, or spotting, during pregnancy is common, especially during the first trimester. Usually, this is no cause for alarm.’
Hope you’re okay Flowers

Hello all, haven't been online much, feeling super anxious so stepped away from it all for a bit. Have my scan on Sunday, I'll be 10+1 and I'm terrified its going to be bad news. Sad

Right, I'll catch up now! Glad to hear you ladies had a lovely Valentines Day! Smile We did naff all haha, its our wedding anniversary next month so we just stick to that and do something nice then. I did nearly buy myself some chocolate yesterday though. Wink

@MummyBearBoo I'm so sorry about your chemical, how truly unfair. Flowers I hope AF isn't too bad for you and your lucky month is coming really soon.

@HJWT as @Cocobana said pink spotting can be absolutely nothing to worry about! Are you getting pains at all, and is it only when you wipe?

Report
HJWT · 15/02/2019 10:03

Thanks everyone, no pains atm but have had a few pains through the week only light link blood on wiping as my mum said hope for the best but expect the worst xxx

Hi @PastaSauceHoarder how are you feeling? Gosh it’s so close to you’re scan now!! It’s so exciting! I know it’s hard not to worry alittle but try stay positive because you’re young and healthy and there’s no reason that anything would be wrong. I was on my own for it because dh was away, we don’t tend to do too much for it either, usually just something nicer to eat and an indulgent dessert.
