BFP or AF due 19th January

Really enjoyed being on the Christmas day testing thread even though I was out before the 25th. I thought it would be good to start another thread for peoplw to join me in the TWW since the January buses are such a long period and some people are 14dpo and some like me are counting down the hours to the TWW. I ovulate on Friday 4th or Saturday 5th. Opks are very low at the moment but hoping to catch a surge. Still trying to DTD everyday (we are newlyweds), keep forgetting to take our vitamins and to use preseed but hoping just to get lucky on our second cycle.

@Syncope I am exactly the same! Due between CD 25 to CD 31.... I am not on CD 29 and still no sign but done a few IC and all stark white! I have had waves of feeling mildly sick and a few crampy moments but I expect it is all in my head and just the early sign that AF is in her way. When will you test?

@Kins00 in theory I should wait until Monday as that would be the first day that AF is definitely 'late' but I might crack and do one tomorrow morning if no sign of AF! What about you? Fingers crossed for you!

I was sure AF was on her way on Wednesday, had AF-is-on-the-way cramps most of the day, but no sign. Only other symptom I have is sore nipples, which is not unusual for me but I normally get that earlier in the TWW.

@glowingtwigs I used the cb opks last months and didn't get a static and it was disheartening but it is what it is. Just trying to stay hopeful for next month. I would start using the from day 8 or 9 dependant how many u have: they are expensive but they are very reliable so worth the investment. I've learnt (the hard way) my body is very unpredictable.
@Syncope thanks hun I knew no static last month wasn't a great sign. That's good af hasn't come yet. Fingers crossed this is your month. Any symptoms?

So I had BFNs for the past 3 days, AF due today and my normal pre-menstrual spotting yesterday. I declared myself out on this thread. But did I read the writing on the wall? Nooooooo! I convinced myself that I still felt pregnant, the ICs were unreliable and the spotting could be implantation bleeding. Wasted a FRER - it was BFN, of course.

AF still hasn't started, so I'm not even onto CD1 of the next cycle yet. But I am now drinking wine, at least

Ps, sorry for state of nails, just finished putting air in my car tyres!

@Syncope BFN for me this morning. I think I have ovulate late which is why no sign of AF yet so I will just keep on waiting for her to show up! Did you have better luck! X

BFN for me too @Kins00. I think I'm in the same boat, must have ovulated late. Will just have to wait for AF. What a let down!

I stayed in bed for ages because I knew once I got up and tested that tiny bit of hope I had would be taken away with the sight of stark white!

Your nit out till af shows up so stay positive. Some people have low estrangement levels so may not show positive on a test till a week after they are late

When is af due for you kins00?

I've had three 25 day cycles and two 31 day cycles so expecting it tomorrow as that will be CD31 but who knows anymore! Just when I think I have got my cycle figured out it all changes haha

When in the cycle should we test? I’m not sure of ovulation due to clomid but I’m on cd26 and usually have 33-36 day cycles.

Same here @Kins00 - no AF but still getting BFNs. On CD 39 and thoroughly bemused now!

@SunnyL88 ideally wait until AF is late but I know that's easier said than done...!
