Two week wait - help keep me sane!

Hi ladies,

I have been TTC for four months now. I actually didn't realise how stressful this whole experience is. I shouldn't have expected for it to happen straight away but i'm so impatient.

Anyway, would love to see who else is out there to join me on my TWW. I used CB ovulation tests this month and dtd the day before ovulation. I had an HSG last month and my tubes are all clear so that's good to know.

I am only about 2dpo. Obviously no symptoms the only thing worth mentioning is I have been getting these weird gurgling/popping noises in my stomach. It's SO strange I've never had this before. Maybe it's because I'm drinking lots of pineapple juice which I never normally do, who knows! What are you all doing to keep yourself occupied and not obsessing over this tww?!

I've booked my first acupuncture session this Friday so hopefully that will help de-stress me! Good luck to you all, would love to hear your stories x

ReginaPhalange89 Argh it's so frustrating isn't it. Well IF you are out this month don't stress too much just look at it as if you have a brand new chance coming up. I'm sure it won't take you long.

ReginaPhalange89 This damn light is shining on my computer screen so I can't even see it properly! But if you can see a faint line this is good!! What test did you use?

Baby dust to you all, thank you so much, I’m currently still dazed at work and I do currently have 2 spots on my chin and I’m sure the rash round my mouth I have had for 2 months is from the folic acid supplements ... it’s so annoying... better than facial herpes !! With all this action I’ve been having!!! Lol it’s going to be lovely to tell family if I’m ok and not too round for Xmas hoping to be 13 weeks then xxx

I used a first response this morning which I'm pretty sure was negative but then I got some cheapies through the post , one step ones but they're apparently as sensitive as the frers. I don't know I just thought I'd heard some people don't test with fmu. Probs clutching at straws , I'm sure AF will arrive tonight lol

13dpo here and nothing. Pretty sure I'm out ! AF due tomorrow and I'm cramping so I'm sure it's on the way. Boo! I had mostly cramping on my left side yesterday so wondered if it could be late implantation but I doubt it

I started with back ache yesterday which usually means AF might be on the way, I'm hoping not though, according to Flo app AF due to start 23rd of October which I know is just an estimate. I'm hoping for a bfp this month. X

Hey ladies sorry to all those that think their AF is coming. This waiting game is no fun 😒

I'm about 6dpo got a sore throat and woke up with stuffy nose but that could be just a cold coming. Went to acupuncture yesterday which was so good and relaxing I deffo recommend it. I saw all these thank you cards in their reception room from women that got pregnant with the help of acupuncture so I'm going to weekly sessions!

Just looked at my fertility monitor and it says I can test for pregnancy and af due in 3days, I'm going to be strong and wait until then, just going to have to tie my hands together! X

Can I join you? Im 11dpo today although my cycles range between 25 and 28 so could be less dpo if I ovulated later.. I dont test or use opks. I tested with a frer this morning and bfn... losing the will ! And this is only our second cycle !

Going to jump on this thread. 6th cycle trying and 3 dpo today. Trying to keep a positive mindset but not feeling confident. We gave it a full 100% effort this month amd am exhausted!

@ReginaPhalange89 sorry to hear about the BFN. It sucks but stay positive it will happen!

I'm 9DPO today, think im going to test tomorrow morning. Reason, I have had a lot of symptoms e.g flu cold, pinching, craving salt and I got a pimple today which is unusual for me! So praying its not my AF coming but will def update you either way x

I’m ttc#3, its our first cycle of actually trying although we’ve been “not not trying” for a few months. I’m not too confident, as I had a pos OPK on Monday afternoon, and DH was away that night so couldn’t DTD until Tuesday (and the time before at the weekend we had a location error for the main event ). But anyway I’m 4dpo I think, and have sore boobs and lots of spots coming, but I always tend to get those between ov and af so who knows!

Oh and also I am a complete POAS-aholic......may have already tested this morning even though it’s completely impossible .

I will say though, for the last few months I have tested each time from 7dpo onwards (even though I wasn’t officially trying lol), and each month I’ve had a couple of ic’s and even frer tests that have shown a definite but super faint, so faint I couldn’t really tell the colour, and then af arrived on time each month. So please do be careful testing early unless You can take a super faint line with a pinch of salt!

@houseplantinvasion yeah ive had those super faint lines and then AF showing up. I was getting a bit too upset at those so have tried not to test until its due. I'm anxious this month though if i get to 10DPO it'll be a miracle lol.

Not due on for 9-10days; but pretty sure I’m gearing up for AF already :( a few tell tale crampings and such things.

GreyC oh no really hope it's just implantation cramping for you!

I'm only 2dpo here but feeling so optimistic this cycle. I'm a bag of nerves and feel so anxious about it but I just feel like this cycle will be the one!

I am 7dpo, AF due on 24/10. We dtd 3 times over my peak days so hoping for the best.

Already have DS5 and have been trying now since September 2017. I am really beginning to feel like it will never happen.

@TwittleBee hello, and sorry to hear you've been trying for over a year too, so disheartening isn't it. I am trying to remain positive but the main thing that worries me is the gap between DS and future baby is getting bigger and bigger.

I have also had awful back pain and been unable to sleep past couple of days which is same for me every month in the run up to AF.

When are you due AF/BFP? 

Tisfortired yeah I'm lucky that our DS is still only 16 months (did only want a year between them, naively thought it be easy again)

I suppose at 7dpo though you might not have even implanted yet so hopefully that will happen and your preAF symptoms will go. FX!

BFP expected on Halloween for me haha so really will be a trick or treat!

@Dianebz1 oh wow congratulations! Your actually the first person to ask me that, hopefully end of june 28th ish. How about you, I’m still in shock faze tbh. How long were you TTC for? I could do with a buddy, not made my way over to another board yet.

@TwinkleDay omg!! I'm due the 29th of June!! Yeah me too, I can't believe it still ..it gets kind of draining after 30 months of trying!! Iv been trying for nearly 2 and a half years, how about you? I'd love a buddy to chat to, it's all mixed emotions just now, full of excitement but then the fear takes over! How about you? Xx

Got more backache and started light brown spotting think I might be out this month, thought it might have been our month. X
