Two week wait - help keep me sane!

Hi ladies,

I have been TTC for four months now. I actually didn't realise how stressful this whole experience is. I shouldn't have expected for it to happen straight away but i'm so impatient.

Anyway, would love to see who else is out there to join me on my TWW. I used CB ovulation tests this month and dtd the day before ovulation. I had an HSG last month and my tubes are all clear so that's good to know.

I am only about 2dpo. Obviously no symptoms the only thing worth mentioning is I have been getting these weird gurgling/popping noises in my stomach. It's SO strange I've never had this before. Maybe it's because I'm drinking lots of pineapple juice which I never normally do, who knows! What are you all doing to keep yourself occupied and not obsessing over this tww?!

I've booked my first acupuncture session this Friday so hopefully that will help de-stress me! Good luck to you all, would love to hear your stories x

@sav89 - i have history of recurrent miscarriage so not really. I cant think of a positive test as a baby yet. Maybe if i'm still pregnant in a few weeks!

I am happy but tentatively so, if that makes sense? Last month i got a BFP on 14dpo which was about the same strength as todays 11dpo, so thats reassuring that my HCG looks higher earlier. Always a good sign. I usually MC at about 6 weeks so once i get past that point I will feel better I reckon.

My boobs are feeling quite tender today so thats good.

No other symtons yet, congratulations! That’s really clear !!!!

Currently 12dpo still a waiting! Eek 😬

@Sav89 no worries! I'm hoping so, have no idea when will be best to test, don't want to set myself up for disapointment, feels like forever to wait to test! XX

whiteonesugar I can understand why you don't want to get your hopes up just yet but good news so far! Really hope you get past the 6 week point and you can relax. Keep us updated!

Update for today by boobs are much sorer and i am feeling REALLY wiped out and tired. All good things especially this early.

I had nothing this morning , still only 10dpo so hoping it's just too early ! I've ordered a couple of frers for the weekend.

I currently am not working , we decided it wasn't worth me going back to the job I was in (dental nursing) paying for two kids childcare ! I had applied for College supposed to start in August just gone and then we decided to put it off and complete our family ! One more baby then I'll decide what I'm going to do . Realised I'm not in a rush to find the perfect career, I'll likely have to work til I'm in my 70s so there's no rush 😂

New here, been trying to conceive for 1 year now with donor sperm and IUI, had breaks in-between now on my 3rd cycle of IUI and in my 2WW! It is driving me nuts!! 6dpiui and ovulation. I had a 21mm, 17mm and 15mm on trigger day. I was on menopur and took gonasi 3 days ago for luteal support.

any symptoms...hmm..I pee a lot..today I've had white creamy discharge, not a lot but had some..few pinches here and there...thats about it! Trying not to think too much about it, can't stand another BFN!! How can we contain ourselves from testing early? Its just too damn hard!!

ReginaPhalange89 Sounds like a good idea. There is no rush in terms of a career I'm actually looking forward to having kids so I can take a break from mine (not for that reason only obviously lol)

Hey PinkBlue1985 I don't know too much about IUI but i had a little read up on it. Sounds like you have a good shot especially if the sperm basically starts in the uterus (if my research is correct lol) FX for third time lucky

So hard not to test early, are you going to wait and see if AF shows up? I plan to test next Wednesday but it feels like a lifetime away and not feeling confident this month. I know it's too early to tell but I just don't feel pregnant at all :(

11dpo. Not feeling optimistic today ☹️ feel like AF is on the way and I went out and bought some Clear Blue early detect and it's a definite BFN . I know there's still time but I just don't think it's happening this month , I really got my hopes up too!

Ahh really sorry to hear that ReginaPhalange89 it really is so frustrating. I was hopeful for you too. Still hold onto that hope until AF comes though.

Ps. are you using pre-seed? I've read a lot of success stories about that so I will be using next month if I don't have any luck either.

13 dpo here, eek.. testing tommorow morning with the other half. Still got the soggy knicker feeling - been 6 days of it now

Sample making, shopping at every super market one day a week- shopping and being paid for it ! customer visits lunches, liasing with customers. Admin and pc work.

@sav89 I'm not, because I conceived so easily before I'm hoping it'll happen quickly again! This is only our first month trying so maybe if it hasn't happened in another couple of months I'll look into things like that . What do you do with it ?

@ReginaPhalange89 Yeah give it a few months but i'm sure you won't need it. Basically it is like lube but sperm friendly! It's meant to help them reach their destination a little easier lol

I've just been to the loo and noticed a huge glob of greeny snot/ewcm 🤔 anyone had that in the tww? I though that was like a fertile thing

I'm a stay at home mum to my little boy who's 2. I did go back to my job as a breast feeding peer supporter after a year on maternity leave which was last year but there was all changes being made and had to re interview for my job wasn't successful, ended up being redeployed elsewhere but hated it and was affecting my health so made the decision to leave and hubby said when ready to find a little part time job which will probably do after we hopefully have a another baby.

Still got slight sore boobs and like a niggling, dull ache feeling in tummy. Looked at this website count down to pregnancy and said tomorrow most likely day for implantation. X

I always thought green discharge meant infection but a quick google does suggest it could be a pregnancy sign! Keep an eye on it.

Anyone else about 3/4dpo? I'm getting impatient already 🙈

ReginaPhalange89 sounds positive! Never had this before on all my BFN's so you never know.

EvieV28 Im 4DPO today and i've been soooo impatient this cycle.

I'm going to my first acupuncture session tomorrow. Apparently it can help encourage implantation...worth a try!

@sav89 Yes its a bit more complicated, the downfall is washed sperm only live up to 24 hours! Today I had a pinch/pain for 10 seconds under belly button it hurt! not due for another 10 days and didn't feel the same, lets wait and see. 7dpo today, feels like everyday is going slower! I think I will order in the pregnancy tests tomorrow : D ....not sure if thats a good idea.....haha

PinkBlue1985 Ahh okay that's annoying but I guess if you time ovulation and IUI right you are in with a good chance! I'm so jealous you are on 7DPO and i'm sitting here on a measly 3-4DPO going out of my mind haha

Let me know if you test tomorrow but it might be a bit early as implantation may not have happened yet! Good news about the pinching pain though good luck

@sav89 Haha yes I remember being 4DPO..feels like so long ago!! lol just kidding! You will get by, try to keep busy!! I'm not testing till at least 11DPO-12DPO can't bear another BFN. Lets pray we all get our BFPS!
