Have been slowly coming off antidepressants and stopped taking the pill (using condoms) to get body back to normal ready to try for no.2 in June, also started taking pregnacare. I know its early to start posting but got my first proper period today so just been on site to check fertile dates for months again and think we're going to go for it in June - ooooooooooooo, very excited. Just wondered if there was anyone else out there planning way ahead cos i wouldn't talk to anyone in RL life about it so far ahead, other than dh!

good luck

spugs · 10/06/2007 18:45

tested tue/wed and got a bfn (1st since mc), have been really crampy since cd 16 which was around ov, so not sure whats going on. Im symptom spotting like mad though i really dont think i am. And you know that feeling where you know fine well as soon as you say the magic words 'i think i might be....' bloody af turns up!

scorpio1 · 10/06/2007 18:46

i know!! then when you dont really want it to be a certain month it always is! you might have tested too early though ?

spugs · 10/06/2007 18:51

it has crossed my mind, still really crampy but feel sick as well, have done for past week. I normally get cramps a couple of days before and sometimes feel a bit queasy but this has been the past 8 days! Im on knicker watch and keep legging it to bog cos i feel like its came. AAAAGGGGHHHHH

scorpio1 · 10/06/2007 18:52

test, test!

spugs · 10/06/2007 19:02

No dont encourage me, i have learnt from this thread not to have one in house- but nearly went to asda to get one this afternoon. I reckon af will show up at some point and im just winding myself up. I dont even know if i ov'd when the crampig started or if ov makes you cramp!?

scorpio1 · 10/06/2007 19:04

ov pain can happen - its called mittelschmerz - literally 'middle pain'.the asda tests only cost about £3 for 2 dont they? i would!

ps - am awful tester

spugs · 10/06/2007 19:08

yeah i use asda tests, but its sunday so its closed thank god . matters are not being helped by a web site called two week wait where pg people have put there symptoms during the 2 weeks and loads have cramping . plus have not mentioned this to anyone one (not even DH) in RL, so going a bit bonkers.

scorpio1 · 10/06/2007 19:14

oh that website is evil! good luck when you do test. i too dont really tell dp when im late anyway, he hates all the fuss and the am i arent i part!

spugs · 10/06/2007 19:17

will post on here when af arrives (or the minute chance of a bfp ) Af will come tonight or tomorrow any money!

tigerschick · 10/06/2007 19:26

Evening ladies

I find the worst bit about testing is that I always want to wait until the morning to test as I know if I get a bfn later in the day, I'll want to test again in the morning

Hope everyone is having a good weekend

scorpio1 · 10/06/2007 19:28

hi tiger yeah we had a good weekend, just relaxing now! ds party went really well but it was so hot down here the kiddies were all bright red!

had a bbq/beer at a mates house this afternoon too.

You?

tigerschick · 10/06/2007 20:06

Db stayed over. It's really nice that he's so close, gonna miss him when he moves to Salisbury (but don't tell him that)
Dd got a nasty cough
Dh and I got really rather drunk last night and had a quicky on the sofa when we were supposed to be getting drinks
Weather gorgeous yesterday and ok today tho a bit cloudy.
Glad your ds's party went well

Gotta go - dh has cooked and he'll be cross if I'm not ready!

plummymummy · 10/06/2007 21:34

Ooh you naughty things

nogoes · 11/06/2007 08:39

Hello! Can I join in too? I am on CD3 so not actively trying yet but will be very shortly. I am 34 and have one ds (2.10). Planning to use an ovulation kit as I have a very irregular cycle. Hope to talk more soon.

tigerschick · 11/06/2007 09:50

Hello nogoes
You are very welcome to join our happy, if a little carzy, band
The best of luck to you.

Morning all.

waiting4bambino - bloody frustrating isn´t it when it seems that your partner isn´t as interested as you are in becoming pg!!

babybratt - pleased you had a gd b'day. Our Las Vegas night was fantastic, didn´t get back to my friend´s place till 4am, which is unheard of for me but at least I didn´t have to get up for ds

scorpio - sounds like your weekend was good too
^
nogoes - welcome

I think I´m cd1 today as have tiny amount of bleeding, just going to keep an eye on it throughout today to be certain. Here we go again!! LOL

Thanks anniemac. DH was sweet though when I told him about bfn on test, telling me not to get too down and we´ll get there eventually, bless At least it meant that I could enjoy my wine on Saturday and even treated myself to a cocktal

Soph73 · 11/06/2007 11:49

I mean cocktail obviously!!

This is the beginning of my 8th, although probably the 4th cycle ttc "properly" and by that I mean properly going for it at the right time (lol). When we first said we would try for another baby we weren´t exactly keeping an eye on when the best time to bd was!! I think I sound a lot more positive than I actually am though, tbh
