TTC June.... early I know but excited and don't want to talk to anyone in RL about it!

Have been slowly coming off antidepressants and stopped taking the pill (using condoms) to get body back to normal ready to try for no.2 in June, also started taking pregnacare. I know its early to start posting but got my first proper period today so just been on site to check fertile dates for months again and think we're going to go for it in June - ooooooooooooo, very excited. Just wondered if there was anyone else out there planning way ahead cos i wouldn't talk to anyone in RL life about it so far ahead, other than dh!

its my ds1 b'day on Wednesday, he is 5 i feel abit too young to have a 5yr old!!

Tiger your holiday sounds fab i keep trying to make my dh go but because he works for himself he says he cant go on holiday at the moment then hopefully I will be to big and pg to want to go in the winter!

woweeeeeeee, i'm offline for one weekend and there's loads of chat! Had my parents to stay which is always a bit stressful, made more so by the fact that the go to bed really early, insist on sleeping on sofa in living room rather than take up our offer of our bed and so we are stuck in our bedroom being really quiet (its a small flat and they don't like sleeping with the door shut so can hear every noise 9good job it wasn't fertile time!).
Scorpio, sorry to hear that period has arived but LOVING your wedding venue. We live by the sea and got married in a little hotel nearby but had our wedding photos on the prom, some with pier in the background, cheesey
anyway, onto the important business. I'm on day 22 - feeling pretty constipated which is how i felt whn pg with ds but have also been taking my pregnacare which has iron and also makes me a bit 'bunged up!!!' so who knows...
Feeling v lucky that I'm on a standardish 28day cycle, you 40ish day ladies have to have a LOT of patience.

meant add lissie - love your wedding tale, i too passed out well before the end of the party - laid out on one of the setas in the bar , that was after nagging dh for the previous 3months about the fact that he shouldn't drink too much!!! I blame the bar men, they were practising for a cocktail copmpytetion the next day and I am an utter lightweight

Morning all - you have been busy over the weekend. Plummy & Lissie good luck for your appointments today. Well, period was due on Saturday and no sign of it yet. Spoke to dh about buying a test and he told me to wait (easier said than done). The thing is I´m going on a girlie night out on Saturday, which will involve a fair amount of wine so really need to know whether I am or aren´t pg.

Don´t think I ever owned a pair of hotpants, although don´t think they were in fashion when I was young enough & slim enough to carry them off

Loved the wedding venues. We got married over here (Gran Canaria) at the end of July and it was baking. Quite a few of our friends and family came and the hotel where we had our reception was fantasticwww.euro-hotels.com/hotelinfo/Escuela_Hotel_Santa_Brigida/, we got to try the food and drink before we made our final choice for free - even better

My best friend has just got pregnant after coming off the pill 4 weeks ago, feeling quite down although very pleased for my friend.

We haven't been trying that long, but a friend of mine took nearly a year to concieve, and she has a beautiful baby girl now......enjoy the trying I'm sure it will happen soon!
I have been looking thro all the lovely wedding venue pics......my wedding was very small but perfectly formed...apart from dh getting so drunk at the pub in the eve he was no good to man nor beast! IYSWIM !

hiya , good luck to everyone having tests today and those hoping for a bfp. Im going slowly mad and am symptom spotting like crazy - my sister thinks it is all in my head and that its possible to wish yourself into having nausea,and cramps! need this week to fly past so i can either get bloody af or have a bfp, though my gut feeling in varying wildly between the 2!

Hope you are feeling a bit brighter knowing that you are not alone. We are all on here because we want the same things and some of us have been here quite a while... but the ante-natal threads are booming too, so it does happen, I guess it's just a matter of waiting our turns. I know what you mean about other people getting pg, 2 of my friends from ante-natal with dd are expecting their 2nd ones in November. One lot weren't even trying properly, they just thought they'd see what happened! Ah well, dead pleased for them, like you are for your friend
