TTC #2 (September BFPs)

A new thread (following on from our July and August ones!) for all those trying for number 2 and hoping for a September BFP. Welcome aboard!

Unicorn I have totally refused to even get my hopes up because it cruelly gets dashed everytime I see a bfn! Now I'm just hanging here in Limbo. I won't test anymore. At least for now. Sure af will arrive in a couple of days.

Kashy the ttc struggle is so real I could cry. I know I will not be trying indefinitely. My deadline is January 18. After that I will forego all the poas business and accept maybe I will never have #2. But until then I will remain hopefull.

9dpo and I haven't tested yet feeling quite proud as I am a serial tester and have normally cracked by now! Zero symptoms...

Guys guys guys! It's a squinter but can you see it! I've spent forever trying to get a picture but so hard with lighting! I even was walking around my garden with it! Don't know what to think!

Congratulations!!! Wow, this is great! This thread is on fire!!!! I'm only 3 dpo, I have the longest wait everrrrrrr! What's the earliest you can test and get an accurate result?

Oh my god really?! I'm so shocked I can't believe it! Now I guess a case of testing for a few more days to check! Gosh this is such a weird feeling!

I also didn't sleep well last night so hoping it's a very early good sign for me too. I have a really sharp pain in my right side today, it's not painful but a little uncomfortable.

I can see a faint line Karpuzkiz. Wow! So happy for you. That's so exciting! Keep us posted please!

cautious I had exactly the same as you. How many dpo are you? I will save my digital for next week, so fingers crossed I finally get to use it!

I think I'm 6 dpo today but that seems very early for any signs.

I know we all like to poas a lot, last night DH was questioning me about whether the test could be wrong. Do you agree with me that I'm right in thinking there really is no need to take any more tests? I don't feel the need to myself, the line was pretty clear but DH is making me paranoid.

Congrats Alex and Karpuz, fingers crossed for a smooth 9 months for you both.

Alex it's very, very rare to get a false positive so I would take it that the test is correct.

No idea what dpo I am, Af due a week tomorrow so I'm just waiting until then to see what happens.

Had a very faint positive on a clear blue then negative cb digital af due around Saturday I think so I'm out 😑

Alex, I'd settle for it too but maybe a cb digi is in order to settle it for DH. Much clearer to see the word than questioning the lines.

I thought your positive was pretty clear too Alex- I wouldn't have thought another test is necessary.

So hard to be patient- AF not due for another week yet. Finding it a struggle to stay optimistic and not constantly Google things that probably mean nothing!

stee the digitalis cant detect it early on they have a higher sensitivity of 50 where as most have 10 so that would be why. Don't rule yourself out on that. I'm going to finish the cheap tests I have over the weekend as AF is due Sunday/Monday and save my digital for next week and then I'll feel confident if it says the words! There's something about seeing words rather than lines!

I'm defo out went an got a first response completely neg. Only my first month and didn't dtd as lush fingers crossed for next month x

Stee unless you did it first thing it's still likely to be negative at this point as you're not past your af date yet.

Don't want to give you false hope but you're not out until the witch arrives.

Hi all, I have been a lurking creeper for a while now, so thought I would join in!
TTC #2, one DD (5) and I am 27. Only on first cycle (and even then only properly made a conscious decision to start trying half way through FW).

AF not due until 06.09 and I am going stir crazy already!

I am already amazed at the strength and encouragement on these threads and I can't wait to be a part of it.

Why is my OPK almost positive on CD6?! only did it because I had a cramp.

Welcome mamoffrankie. Yes alot of support here. These ladies keep me going.

Sharp cramps, af 6 days late and no bfp. Had a strong positive opk today but very definate negative hpt. Now is it really possible to have a second surge??? Should I bd just in case. Arg but the cramps intense at times so don't really feel like it. Maybe she will be here tomorrow showing her red face.
