Yum was in need of a new thread, and I thought the title was apt because it's not just TCOYF charts anymore... hope it's ok?? I don't want anyone to think I am taking over

Just needing something, anything, to take my mind OFF my impending doom

Me too 3cats - time you got some good news hon

seaside72 · 11/07/2007 20:06

Hello chart spotters

Just wanted to pop in and say I am thinking about you all. Sorry I have not been around but I have been away for work and internetless But I am back home now after 3 weeks - phew!

Amazingly I am now 12+3 and had my scan on Monday - It was amazing and I just want to say my girls on here that it was a dream come true - I truly had begun to believe that I would never have that experience of a sonographer squeezing jelly on my tummy and seeing a little perfectly formed bean but it has hapened and it WILL happen for all of you. I have faith and renewed optimism - enough for all of you.

I am sending you babydust and positivity and loads of {{{{{{{big hugs}}}}}}}}

Stay strong xxxxxxxxxxxx

greedygreedyguzzler · 12/07/2007 12:56

how you doing 3 cats? feeling af-ish or pg-ish? or just normal?

3catstoo · 12/07/2007 20:02

AF ish .
PMS, spots and slight spotting today.
I hope I'm wrong.

My cycle has gone a bit awry though. It was slowly going up from 26 to 33 days and if Ov was when I think it was and AF is on it's way, I'm back to 27 days.

One of the playground Mums had her baby this week. She came into the playground today at pick up time. She had crowds around her and DD was poorly so I stayed away. (I didn't real feel like looking at a newborn tbh, but I was jealous nonetheless )
Another is due next week .

Thank you all for your kind words and support.

Glad you are all coming on nicely and look forward to hearing the announcements.

I shall depress myself somemore and watch 'make me a baby' on BBC3 tonight, final episode.

Am I the only one ttcer left on this thread?

MrsMcJnr · 13/07/2007 09:59

Hey 3Cats sorry to hear that, I hope you are wrong too. Shorter cycles mean more opportunities! I have persuaded a few ladies on the TTC after MC to join you I think. Zammummy has just started using the software and Popsy is keen to use it too so look out for them ? I know you?ll look after them where s Ready these days?

Rainbowdays · 13/07/2007 10:38

3cats - sorry not to have come back more often, I am still around though. feeling a bit at the moment.

MrsMcJnr · 13/07/2007 11:02

Rainbowdays - x

Ready · 13/07/2007 12:37

3cats - I am still here, and still ttc, chick - just got lots on my plate at the moment, so haven't had the time to chat on here. Big hugs. Sorry to hear about your cold - sounds to me as though all this stress and worry is affecting your immune system - running you down. I think you need to take some time for yourself and just CHILL!! (((hugs)))

3catstoo · 13/07/2007 12:47

Sorry you are feeling sad Rainbowdays. Big hugs to you.

We can be together perhaps.

Thanks MrsMc, you are kind.

Still feel the same today. AF is due tomorrow and not today like I thought. Still slight spotting though.
I couldn't wait to test either, despite feeling like AF is just around the corner, BFN of course.
I can't believe I'm almost on cycle 12 of ttc.

DH has his test in Sept so not that long to wait.

I'm not sure what to try next to help us in the right direction.
My thyroxine is at the right level, I'm taking pre natal vits to keep me healthy and using opks to pinpoint the right time along with checking cm. We are bd ing around the time of +ve opks too. So not sure what else to do.

Sorry I'm not a happy poster at this time in my cycle.

Hope you all have a fab weekend.
I have a bottle of Pimms at the ready for when AF arrives properly .

3catstoo · 13/07/2007 12:49

HI Ready.
Hope you are well.

I think you are right about the stress.
Unfortunately I can't seem to get rid of it.
This ttc is just so consuming.

Rainbowdays · 14/07/2007 20:28

3cats - hope that the pimms was not necessary today, but if it was, I will have a virtual one with you!

Ready - hope that all is well despite being hectic.

MrsMc - I was pleased to read about the good scan, I hope that you are now enjoying the start of the "blooming" phase!

I think I have ov'd early, temp rise today etc, of course dh has been away and does not arrive back until late tonight, so this cycle is well and truely scuppered for me!

cityangel · 15/07/2007 01:14

Hello everyone.. hugs from me

Great to have some success stories on here and happy bean scans

Corporate world is fine in the sense that I am earning money we can put towards bean. We went house hunting today in case we get lucky.

This month we are carrying out the specific doctor instructions of bd every 2/3 days and no temping. Here's hoping it works then in a few weeks we get the sperm CD3 results. One good thing is that the CM signs give it away without the temping.

Ready how is your footbal man? MrsMC glad your dh is good. How is bean? Are you still going to Spain?

Hope you feel better Rainbowdays and 3catsoo xxx

3catstoo · 15/07/2007 09:59

Hi girls.

Well AF arrived yesterday, as predicted .

I enjoyed my Pimms though.
Did you enjoy your virtual one Rainbowdays?

Into cycle 12 of ttc now.

Glad you are happy City. House hunting sounds like a good thing to concentrate on.
Like the idea of bding every 2-3 days.
Not sure if my DH would be up for that.

Hope it works for you. Good luck.

ZamMummy · 15/07/2007 10:04

Hello, can I join? My chart can be found here - is that right?
Looking forward to getting to know you all xx

ZamMummy · 15/07/2007 10:12

Think I may have got the link wrong... try again here xx

Ready · 15/07/2007 12:45

ZamMummy - Welcome to the thread I won't bombard you with a million questions

Cityangel - Things are still up in the air here, nothing sorted as of yet. Patience is a virtue, and all that - How's the corporate world treating you? And how are you doing not charting etc?

Seaside - Thrilled that things are going well. I look forward to hearing about it all. How was your work stuff? Good I hope.

3cats - A girl after my own heart, Pimms is my weapon of choice, although after a brief flirtation with alcohol consumption over the summer, I am back on the wagon. How are you feeling?

Rainbowdays - Hope you are ok? Will email you soon

MrsMcJnr - How's it all going?

Sorry if I have missed anyone...

cityangel · 16/07/2007 00:28

Fortunately I don't like Pimms otherwise I would have been very unhappy to miss virtual fun :0(

Next time there let me know in advance!

Rainbowdays and Zammymummy hello how's it going? Please post lots of links and fill in the blanks.

Ready not temping is actually fine. In the sense that after 4 months of temping I got the idea and can still check CM not (officially) using the CBMF and pretending I don't know what CD it is really should get me into RADA!

We went house hunting lots this weekend. Annoyingly both of us couldn't be more ready (to steal your name) In the pg family department.

Still we have a good life. The current debate is whether I go back to work after 6 months...I'm up for it but lets get there first!

3catsoo how are you and your brood? What's the latest xxx Hope your dh does ok with the test. Seems its a stressful man thing.

Any lurkers/ graduates to cheer me up?

Happy Sunday xxx

MrsMcJnr · 16/07/2007 10:35

Rainbowdays ? thanks hon not blooming quite yet, still quite sick most days and very tired still but it?s fine ? much less than a lot of people are hope you are doing ok and feeling a bit stronger.

Hey Cityangel ? beans certainly cost money Fingers crossed that your Dr?s plan works this cycle. My beanie seems ok (always touch wood when I say that) we get another peek this Friday at my dating scan . Plan is to move to Spain when beanie?s about 8 weeks, want to get all it?s checks done etc before we head off

3Cats ? I?m sorry hon hope the Pimms helped a bit x

Zammummy ? these ladies will look after you

Ready ? how are things hon? Sorry that DH is still having to hang in there, hopefully you?ll get some good news soon. Must be stressful.

3catstoo · 16/07/2007 18:12

Welcome Zamamummy.

Hello again to everyone else.

The Pimms was so nice that I had another last night .

I don't know if you all feel the same, but I feel more down when I know AF is approaching than once AF has been here for a few days.

I feel positive about the next cycle at this point every time. It's the run upto AF and that first day that are the worst for me.

I was thinking of getting the Zita West book this month. Has anyone read it or heard about it?

I will try really hard to follow City's example of bding every 2-3 days.

Hugs to you all

xxx

MrsMcJnr · 16/07/2007 20:58

Spooky 3Cats - I was just thinking of you as I was looking through my book shelf and thinking that the Zita West book might help you because there is lots in there aside from the actual TTC part - would you like my copy? I'd be happy to send it to you CAT me your address and I'll send it to you if you like (I'll include some baby dust too!)

3catstoo · 17/07/2007 09:44

MrsMc, that would be fab and so kind of you. (hug)
Can I send you a cheque?

I will try and CAT you now.

Did you find the book useful?

MrsMcJnr · 17/07/2007 11:22

3Cats ? it would be a pleasure especially if it gives you the outcome you want have the book as a token of my gratitude for your friendship over the last year It?s now much easier to CAT, you just click on the envelope on the line above with my name in it (right hand corner). I thought the book was interesting and I think I did learn from it but I was reading so many books at the time that I can?t remember which tips I got from where certainly there is a good section on the whole holistic approach to things which you might find interesting

Ready · 17/07/2007 15:41

Hi ladies... Still no news on the club situation. Frustrated, much.

But thought I would tell you that we had our referral appointment today (the silver lining of DH being sans club means that he was able to come with me) ... Our consultant was LOVELY, he made me feel really relaxed. The assistant-nurse asked for DH's autograph for her son, which was a good ice-breaker too .
In a nutshell, he is very pleased with everything so far. My progesterone level shows I am ovulating, and DH sperm is fine, so he wants me to get an x-ray to see if there are any blockages in the tubes. And assuming that is fine, he just thinks it's only a matter of time.

So... we shall see. In the meantime, he said, plenty of sex

MrsMcJnr · 17/07/2007 15:44

That all sounds great Ready I'm so pleased. Just a thought - but does DH have really hot baths after training/playing? that can kill sperm x

3catstoo · 17/07/2007 16:51

MrsMc that is such a lovely thing to say. Thank you.

I used the link above to CAT you. I hope it worked.

Ready, so glad your appt went well.

So are you on the bding every 2-3 days diet too now?

Good Luck.
