I'm on CD11. I've actually still got my copper coil in but it's being removed Monday. Ov day is usually around CD17 so just in time for the fertile window I've started daily OPKs too.

Welp. OPK positive which is far too early! Bloody coil not out yet :( looking back at fertility friend when I was ttc #1, I have had the odd cycle in the past with an early LH surge then another one at the proper time when I ovulated. Let's hope it's the same here, really don't want to miss the window. Bloody ttc stress already

AF arrived today so I'd like to officially join the September bus please!

There's a reason you shouldn't feed the gremlins after midnight. I may have just created an excel document with my heart rate since I got my fitbit and added a graph to see if it's spiking/dropping at the same time. I don't have two full cycles of data, but it looks to be similar to last month when I definitely felt ovulation pains so I'm taking that as a good time.

I've also added the next few months ready to go and calculated my af/fw and testing periods for it as well as trying to work out when I'd be likely to get my scans and be able to tell people. I actually don't think I'll really be on the September bus. If af arrives on schedule on the 31st August, my next one will be due 6th October as I have a 35 day cycle.

WRT the first scan, is that normally 12 weeks after your ovulation/conception date or 12 weeks after your last period? I'm trying to work out if I get a BFP on the 12th November, would I have scan done and be able to tell at Christmas. Otherwise I'll be very obviously not drinking but not telling.

Phoenix when I had my copper IUD out before I had DS my first cycle went a bit wonky. Apparently even though it's not hormonal it can still affect your hormones if that makes sense. Hopefully not an issue for you - just thought I would mention it as my first cycle AF was a whole week late and I spaffed hundreds of $$$ on pregnancy tests wondering why I kept getting BFNs! Grrrr

@holyshmoly 12 weeks after your period. But sometimes if it's busy it can be 11-13 weeks x

I'm also worried I have ovulated (and won't this cycle) :(

This is my first month of temping and I got a huge spike in my temp yesterday which would mean ovulated right? Although this morning it dropped a bit ... what does that mean? So worried I don't produce eggs or that I don't produce enough progesterone. :(

My coil is still in situ Genz until tomorrow! I'm trying not to stress, I'm pretty sure it's just a 'false' LH surge as I've not got any of my usual ov symptoms, namely EWCM and my sex drive going through the roof

I hope it's not ovulation anyway, I start 3 night shifts from tomorrow so no action till the end of the week!

Pixie you have a lot of open circles. What's the time difference between normal and your spike? I wouldn't worry about it dropping slightly it's not a major drop and it's still above the coverline.

@juneybean what makes you think that you haven't ovulated?

I initially started taking them at 7am and then I found myself waking up at about 5am and then sleeping really lightly until I would get up to take them temp. So then I started taking it at 6:30am and I still was basically wide awake by then. So then I started at 6am and that was working better. But this morning I woke up at 6:45 and couldn't go back to sleep so I took it at about 5:52am ... what time do you take it? Maybe from next month (if I don't get a BFP) then I'll wake up at 5am?

I'm annoying and set a silent alarm on my Fitbit for 4.30 haha.

I don't think I've ovulated as my temps haven't gone up despite a very big dip on Thursday day 14 :/

Think that is a good idea though. Think I'll do the same from next month if I need to...

I could be eating my words later but it looks like AF has stopped or is on the verge of stopping. If that is the case that's one day early with only a day/day and a half of heaviness (it took a couple of days to kickstart). That wasn't too bad at all. Phew! 🙃

BFP - APPROX 30th August but who bloody knows this month

I would like to say I'm now in my 2WW, however my cycle seems to be being a complete arse this month just to make me more hormonal and on edge than I already am
Positive opk on cycle CD16, ovulation pains, ewcm, all the typical signs.... fast forward to CD20 today and my temp has still not risen!!! Or it has by .1 for the last two days but clearly that's not enough I'd of thought! So I'll probably just write myself out now but hope is a funny thing!!

Only on second cycle since miscarriage so I'm sure this is all normal while I get back to normal, but it definitely doesn't make it any less annoying!

Possible positive OPK again, or very close... don't feel like I'm getting any of my usual ovulation signs though, hmmm

better get on with it tonight just in case. I'm a bit gutted though if it is early ovulation. Was hoping it's be at the end of the week as I'm on a run of 3 nights from tomorrow

Think calling it fertile 'week' was a little ambitious - 7 days in and I've had to order some conceive plus as things were feeling a little fragile. Thank goodness for amazon prime.

My first ever positive opk today (yay!) so ovulation should be right on schedule. Just hoping he hasn't run out of steam by then...

We have decided to take the plunge and try for number two as our first is now three. Last time ended up using OPK and temping but we have agreed will try for a few cycles first without and see how it goes.

Something I have only just noticed. I've been using ovulation testing strips every other day due to work commitments. Around the same time every time since my first positive OPK on the 7th August. They have faded slightly but I have just done one today & it's become stronger than yesterday's one. Is that normal?

So just to clarify you ovulated on the 7th? Could it be worth doing a pregnancy test? If you are 13 days after ovulation . I am sure i read somewhere that they sometimes looks positive when you are pregnant.
