@nimbleknitter did you get an answer about seven seas vitamins? I've just started taking them and now I'm feeling paranoid!

Not yet, but still can't see why extending the cycle would be a bad thing.

Long cycles can be indicative of a failure to ovulate, but as long as you are ovulating, longer cycles can only help implantation. Particularly for those of us (cough) whose cycles got shorter the other side of 30

@nimbleknitter hopefully it is a good thing, just any kind of change or impact makes me scared!

Sob. I think AF might have started to rear her ugly head. Either that or its implantation. I didn't get to look at the colour as I'd already dropped the toilet paper in the loo. Tried to wipe again and it was a faint colour. I'm thinking brown with a tinge of pink - but then I'm thinking I saw that cause I wanted to see that. I'll keep checking though.
Glad I didn't test this morning - would have been a waste - 11dpo

@pixielove123 how long is your cycle and luteal phase normally? Do you normally get spotting? Timing wise this could definitely be implantation. Or it could equally be early signs of period. It's cruel but it's so hard to tell.

My AF started this morning bang on time. I knew it was coming so not surprised but still feeling sad about the whole business! I am impressed tho by my body's ability to run a consistent 14 day luteal phase month after month. So clever - now if it could just be clever at getting pregnant too that would be grand!

Ahh no AF is such a cow!

I've got consistent cramps so reckon my AF will be here just now :(

Hi ladies

I'm heading into fertile week - today is CD 12. For those of you who do OPKs what's your DTD strategy when you get +? We try the day of and the next day but wondering whether we should go at least once more? Just so over it by that point 😂

My cycle is either 28 days or 30 days depending on the ovary. But I haven't started AF before my due date before. Im either late or bang on time.

Weird thing is yesterday I had lower back ache and had an underlying nauseous feeling. Even today there is that underlying nauseous. Now I have cramps as well as low back pain.

Damn roller coaster. Damn AF!

@Janefx40 you did make me smile about wishing your body would be clever enough to get pregnant.

@Gennz we have been trying to DTD every 2nd day from CD10 and then when we get the smiley face of the OPK we try do it three days in a row.

Oops. Not too sure why half of that message was in Bold!

Oh and does anyone know if it takes a couple of months for your body to come right after taking out the Copper T. Like it does with the Mirena or the Pill or any hormone birth control. The Copper T doesn't have any hormones so I would think that there shouldn't be any adjustment

@Sugar82 @Gennz good luck with DTD. I quite like the Sperm meets egg plan so every other day from CD8 ten every day for 3 days from positive OPK. You're then meant to have a day off and do one more but not sure about that one!

@DoAsDreamersDo I find these chats a godsend during the 2WW. Something to do that isn't symptom spotting!

@pixielove123 I have everything crossed this is implantation. It would be so great to get a BFP on this thread - no pressure we're just going to have to wait it out I think!

Pixie re copper IUD - my theory is that it does have an effect on your hormones when you remove it. My first cycle was really out of whack when I got mine out to TTC last time. Apparently it works by thinning your uterine lining so it can tKe a while to build it up again.

I don't think it's anything to worry about - I got pregnant with DS after 3 cycles - but it's good to know about as it drove me crazy last time. AF was a week overdue for the first time in my life! 🙄

@Janefx40 haha I knew what you meant. Our aim is to DTD every other day for at least a week now, and then maybe a few times after that anyway.

Ohhh god!! I found this thread about Zoflora today and someone has posted the COSHH sheet and says it's suspect of damaging fertility and I'm always spraying it around the house!!

As if I didn't have enough to worry me.

Hi @juneybean! Nice to 'see' you again! ☺️ I have half following your progress but trying to avoid this forum too much - but I am firmly back now to help as my BFP gets closer.

I may test on Saturday if I have no sign of AF - but I now definitely have a UTI & I am on antibiotics. Boo!

Sending you all lots of baby test. Hoping to see lots of BFP's again.

Thanks @Janefx40 - it can become quite the obsession can't it! But it also helps to keep looking - it's a hard one. Hope your UTI is behaving today!

I don't blame you love as much as I love the support I get so complacent sometimes that I stop visiting as much.

I'm 10dpo today, still got my usual cramping off and on.

Ohh @roseandtime it's a gorgeous smelling disinfectant, you can find it in B&M or Poundland. I dilute it in a spray bottle and spray it on my curtains to make the house smell nice....perhaps I should just use essential oils!
