July bus - jump aboard!

Thought I'd start a July bus, I'll be due to test around the 3/4th (because I'm impatient mostly). Fingers crossed for us all!

I'm thinking it's going to be a no to the hen do if I'm honest.

It's hard not to get hung up on the 'we need to have sex today' when ovulating. My DH is so laid back it's not been too bad luckily. I didn't overwhelm him with opks just made a few more move when the time was near haha! However more recently he has been the one asking 'is it the window?!' and insisting on laying down after cos he read somewhere that would help. I'm worried he thinks it's a test of his manhood and so I've been giving lots of compliments and reassuring. I think sometimes men can definitely overthink things and then can lead to performance anxiety because they now need to be a 'man' and go forth and procreate haha!!!

This TTC lark is a hell of a lot harder than I ever though it would be!!

Oh and now I feel incredibly sick!!! Eugh!!! Not looking forward to the commute home

Only 4dpo and woke feeling sick and having cramps. Was sick after my breakfast too. Have been having cramps all day like AF. It's so early but I'm really hoping it's all a good sign. Fx

@juneybean wow that's a lot of testing in one day! You must get through a fair few opk's?!

@WithCheesePlease that's very true, even DH is saying to me just relax and basically doesn't realise the importance of when we DTD.

@MissWitch I said that to DH that it's good for de stressing but he wasn't in the mood at all. Yes morning could be a good suggestion as long as DS doesn't wake up before us which sometimes happens. DH isn't aware that I'm using opk's as he would think it's too much pressure, the only reason I'm using them is that the last 2 cycles have been longer than normal due to vitamins extending my cycle, now I'm off them I don't know when I'm ovulating. DH is definitely stressed, it's his busiest time of year with work so it's just bad timing.

Really hope this month is our month as I will then be due on my 30th birthday and couldn't think of a better birthday present. Maybe it's just wishful thinking!

Emz that would be a lovely birthday present, but if not, please don't let it ruin your birthday (as it could happen the very next cycle). Turning 30 is a big milestone to be celebrated

What do you think ladies? AF due today, no sign at all of arrival. Shall I test in the morning? Am I just wasting yet another test? Last had a bfn yesterday so it's hard to believe anything will have changed since then? Don't want to get my hopes up again

@alexsmum89 without wanting to disappoint you it might be stress that is making AF late 😕 when I was really stressed it extended my cycle to 38 days!

@mrsjones17 probably. I can't stop crying at the moment, I'm being so unreasonable. I keep losing my temper at everything. I've got 2 days off work now, but I am about to start baking the wedding cake. I might eat some of the batter to cheer me up!

@alexesmum89 wow you're making your own cake? Sounds like you've got a lot on!!I'm sure it will all be wonderful. Your probably emotional from the stress of everything. Really hope you have an amazing day 😊

@AlexsMum89 I would test but that's just me. But yes it could be just down to stress you're late, hopefully not though!

alex i would test too. Wow! baking your own wedding cake that is impressive.. i can't even make a kids box of cupcakes without burning them 🙈 hehe.

Ahh thanks everyone! As with everything at the moment, your kind comments have made me cry! Hopefully the cake will be ok FX !! It's a 3 tiered beast!
I'll do a little test tomorrow, just to check...

So, if AF does arrive, should I be concerned with 5 days of intermittent cramps of varying degree leading up to her arrival? I've had a google (bad!) and it doesn't seem normal ...

gweatherwax I'm not sure, I've noticed a few people here seem to be getting cramps similar to AF, but maybe it's not AF 😊

Anyone else finding it really hard to sleep while waiting obsessing? I'm averaging about 2 hours a night. God knows how I'll (hopefully) survive the 12 week wait to scan, especially as last time it all ended after 6 weeks. 😑

@withcheeseplease. That would drive me mad! I hate being tired. Not a lot stops me from sleeping though. My DH reckons I could sleep on a washing line haha!!

@mamasbooksbabynumber2 no not seen it is it any good. I'm late to the game of thrones train so catching up on that at the minute just finished watching series 5. 8dpo today. 4 days until POAS or in other words 96 hours. Not that I'm counting!! 😵

6 days now till AF/BFP
I'm starting to over-analyse every 'symptom.'
When I was pregnant earlier in the year I knew I was pregnant before I took a test. It's because I had symptoms that were very different to my usual pre-menstrual signs.
I'm starting to get some of those symptoms again, but It could be wishful thinking or just a co-incidence. It's so frustrating that until a BFP/AF there's no way of knowing if you're pregnant or not. I hate the 2WW! Makes me crazy every time.

Hello ladies, ducked out for a while whilst waiting for the FW. I'm CD15 - today's OPK test line was fainter than yesterday, but still negative IYFWIM.
Not sure if that's just the test...

How's the wedding cake going? I made my own wedding cake too. Was a lot of pressure but saved so much money in the end and everyone gave positive feedback.

@Joeybee I've just downloaded the glow app. It's really good. I wish I'd done it months ago. I've been trying to discreetly write on our big calendar in the living room but didn't have enough room to write on all symptoms etc.
According to the app I will be ovulating around 3rd July but DH and I have been dtd everyday since the last day of my period as I don't want to inadvertently miss it!! I think that's what happened last month. Drove myself crazy symptom spotting and did way too many tests, then got my hopes up as AF was late but just think it was my cycle readjusting after having the coil removed.

Ladies I went to visit one of my best friend's brand new babies last night- oh my god so adorable (3 days old). Was emotional, so happy for her, but made it all the more real for me too 😢😢. Soon, soon, soon!!!
