July bus - jump aboard!

Thought I'd start a July bus, I'll be due to test around the 3/4th (because I'm impatient mostly). Fingers crossed for us all!

Oh yeah I read 'eat, pray, love'- you could give that a go. It's quite good, but a bit hard to keep interested when she's waffling on and on about meditation 😂. I'm thinking of going back to the gym for the 2ww- I haven't been for a while, all the sex-ercise makes me too tired for exercise!

@Mrsjones17 thank you that's really helpful!! Very clear actually when you look at them all together. I've been keeping them and writing on my cycle day and whether it was am pm ☺️

@withcheeseplease yeah I've been trying to exercise a bit more. Went for a run yesterday to try and clear my head....if I wasnt thinking about how much my body was hurting when running I was thinking about symptoms! 🙄🙄🙄 Wish I could turn my brain off!

Yeah MrsJones so hard to switch brain off. I just did one little Google about what's the difference between sore boobs in early pregnancy and sore boobs in pms.. it didn't help, as not clear at all. Will try not to look up anything else!

I have ewcm on cd19
..... wtf? What do3s this mean? According to ovia I ov cd17 or 18 normally. My boobs have been sore since yesterday. Is.more dtd needed.
To repeat we dtd cd 11,12,13,14,17,18,19.. What do we think?

It could be late ovulation... If you still have any energy left, no harm in one more try!

Thanks withcheese it's exciting if it is as means missing cd15 and 16 will no longer matter as I've been kicking myself about that.

Does anyone else get excited when they get ewcm or any other indicator that they are fertile?

@mamasbooksbabynumber2 yes I get very excited I had ewcm for two days after ovulation but negative opk tests. I tried DTD again but my DH was 'oh god not again I havent got anything left!' in fairness we had just gone for 7days straight haha! Have you got any suggestions for a book? I've been shopping instead think I had a 'craving' for some new shoes haha!!

Hahaha @mrsjones what shoes did u go for? I'm going to try and dtd tonight and tomorrow to be on the safe side. Dreamily thinking about what it will be like with a new baby. Dc is 7. Then reminding myself not to get carried away.

@mamasbooksbabynumber2 went for tan wedges. They are a bit high but I find I'm a little more stable in wedges than heels!

I'm trying really hard not to imagine cos I don't want to be disappointed again. I haven't got anything to compare it as as we are trying for our first one. If not lucky this month doctors has said to go for a blood test next month not sure what they look for?

I've read Bridgett Jones baby and although it was ok I didn't think it was as good as the others. Also I'm currently reading hand maids tale haha. I read it a few years ago but re reading as I watch the TV adaptation. Im quite impresses with the adaptation normally I think they ruin the book but this one is quite good although I do think k they have made the commander and his wife too young! Haha.

This is cycle 7! Trying not to get frustrated. Me and DH have been together for 10 years and married for 2. We did everything in our power to not get pregnant cos the time wasn't right with work money houses etc and now we want to it's proving harder than I thought!

The only reason they have offered a blood test I think is because I had a chemical last month. I think they will only test to see if I am definitely ovulating but sure I am to be able to get a chemical?! Then we have to wait another 5 months before anything else is checked. I've heard from friends you can buy online a test to check sperm so if not lucky this month we might look at that. How long have you been?

Your doctors said very good. I also had a chemical cycle 2. This is cycle 5. I think give it a couple more cycles and I'll get dp sperm tested as I already dc from previous partner. How old are you @mrsjones? We seem to have quite a bit in common!

I'll be honest my doctor's is brilliant. We live in a tiny village which I think maybe helps! Sorry to hear about your chemical it's so annoying! I'll have a look in boots thanks! I'm 29 x

mamasbook before we started trying, I went for bloodtests to make sure everything was good.. as I'm 36 so didn't really have much time to be wasting. They tested on day 3 and day 25 (of a 32 day cycle), and I think it's to a rise and fall off certain hormones, and to test amh will shows your egg count. Anyway, they said I'd a fairly low egg count, but all you need is one egg each time! They might do similar tests, or possibly some additional ones.

For me, It took about 7 months, and then I got pg, but then had mc at 6 weeks. Like yourself at least I know I can get pregnant, so not really sure if the tests help, but they would probably show if something like pcos, or fibroids were present.

Raaaaaaggggeeee. DH and I seem to time our disagreements slap bang in the middle of FW. At the moment, I want to rip his head off, not DTD!

CD10 here and had some ewcm for the first time this cycle today. Really don't have a clue when I will be ovulating, opk's are negative but best get dtd just incase!

lollysbee that's awful, sod's law. Yeah it's difficult to dtd if you're having an argument! I'm not sure how to get around that one, except maybe some quick angry sex and then back to fighting 😂

Emz yeah I don't think I'd ever let a negative opk stop me from dtd, in fact I got pg before when it was showing as negative, so sometimes question their accuracy!

@WithCheesePlease wow it does show you're just better off just DTD anyway then. I did think that I might not bother with them and just DTD at least every other day. I will keep testing for now though and see what happens.

@LollyBeesLife ever see that episode of Friends where Monica is mad with Chandler but she is ovulating so she pretends not to be mad just so they can DTD? That's exactly what I suggest haha!

Emz aw yeah remember Monica and Chandler... I never really got it at the time, the whole struggle with getting pregnant and timing etc. Makes so much sense now! Remember Chandler poas to see if he was ovulating 😂😂

We dtd last night as I had lots of ewcm so I will now officially stop harassing dp for sex. I believe I have luteal phase of 10-11 days. Is this considered short? Anyone else similar? I believe short is 10 and under days.
